Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was an excellent place we were very impressed.

I have lived at The Firs for just over 2 years. During that time I have had such a fun time living here. I came from another retirement community in Seattle that I enjoyed, but when I arrived here many residents welcomed me with open arms, it made me feel so good. They invited me to dinner and to various activities. I enjoy TED Talks, Documentary Hour and Coffee & Conversation. Team Trivia & Happy Hour are great fun. So many nice people here! The Firs has a restaurant that I can eat in any time of day, the service is great and the staff really seem to like working here. I appreciate having night managers available, my daughter likes knowing I am in a safe place. If there is an emergency the medics are down the road and the hospital is across the street. I feel welcome to talk with managers anytime, they are attentive to me and I feel like they listen to all the residents even if we ramble too much. Everyone is important at The Firs it is a positive living environment.

Our first impression right away was with the friendliness of the staff members and the residents, everyone just came up to speak with us on our tour which made us feel very welcoming. The meals are good and the residents are kept very busy with all the activities. The value for cost is great.

My frail mother insisted she was perfectly able to take care of herself at home. As long as my sister moved in with her and cooked, shopped, and cleaned on top of my sister working full time as a cardiac nurse. In spite of my sister's care, mother ended up in the ER from falls, dehydration, and adjusting her own meds. The dutiful daughter was exhausted. So our other sister and I decided to check out the assisted living facilities in the area. As soon as we saw the cleanliness of the Commons, drank their coffee, and toured a beautiful airy apartment, we knew it wouldn't be as hard a sell as we had feared. Mom moved much of her furniture into the two bedroom apartment and it became home. She's safe, well cared for, and well fed. Now she goes to scheduled medical appointments on the Commons shuttle. And now my sister takes her on picnics and birdwatching. Any negatives? Mom complains about the food. I eat it when I visit. I think it's very good. We should have done this earlier.

I toured a dozen communities prior to moving my mother to Utah from California. The Wellington stood out from all the others in every category. The choice was easy and we are so very happy our mother is here. She loves the apartment, the decor the food especially the people have!

I’m so grateful that I found a perfect home for my father. Not only because of the beautiful facility which reflects much forethought of resident needs, but especially for the caring, cheerful and thoughtful staff. You feel the warmth and of being welcomed from the time you walk into the lobby until the time when you check out. The meals that are prepared by the Blanca and her team are wonderful. They always have a wide variety of meals being served. I extremely happy that I found this place for my father in which he now considers home.

I researched 4 retirement communities and visited all 4. I spoke with staff and residents. After all the tours and sales pitches, I was most impressed with the Commons at Dallas Ranch and Melanie McCants. Her honesty, transparency, professionalism, and communication were unparalleled. The residents are well taken care of. The community is clean with an open design. The staff is very engaged and inclusive. And their meals choices are pretty good. My mother loves all the activities; the calendars make it easy for her to choose what and which activities to participate in. I feel very comfortable with my mother here. I would highly recommend this retirement community for loved ones.

While looking into a assisted living facility for my mother, Estancia Del Sol was recommend. Being new to this whole process, I was greeted by {name removed} She proceeded to educate me on how things worked and what the facility could offer my mother. I took an individual tour and then with mother, took a much more in depth tour with her. The facility is amazing and of course my mother fell in love it and all the amenities at the facility. {name removed} had a very caring attitude and soft touch in her approach to my mother. I highly commend her for her professionalism and care she took with us. Five Stars!!!

Since the first the I entered this building as a business marketer I was amazed by the friendly welcoming and smile I received by the concierge service. The staff is so wonderful, and so sweet always working so hard! [name removed]just one of employees I would like to mention that always goes over and beyond for the community. [name removed] is the epitome of excellent customer service, and embodies all great ideas socially and intellectually needed for the senior residents.

[name removed] and her staff have been professional, they clearly know the world of senior assisted living community. [name removed] has been patient and kind explaining the details of preparing, transitioning and living at Estancia, as well as living and board costs, assistance costs. I looked at around 10 or so senior living communities via the internet and one of the things you cannot buy is staff of character who understand the sometimes painful problems that elderly persons and their families face, and still remain caring and compassionate. And although my mom has yet to move to Estancia, the experience so far has outstanding. Thank you very much.

So grateful for the staff at Estancia. They made the transition better than I could have hoped. [name removed] was especially helpful answered all our questions and concerns.

I love this place. I would live here, but can't afford it, but my mother can. My mother lives here and she loves it. Now I can sleep at night knowing she's safe. Keep up the excellent work you do there Citrus Place. You won't find a better place than this for your loved one that's for sure!!

Look no further for a place to have your loved ones live their final beautiful years in peace. I have been searching for months for the right place for my mother and this place checked all the boxes. [name removed] and her staff are fantastic and made me feel at ease knowing my mother was going to have all of her needs met. Would strongly recommended. 5 stars.

I recently toured Estancia Del Sol and was very impressed with the decor and ambiance. Most impressive however was the warmth and friendliness of the staff and their concern for meeting the needs of the residents. Of participate note was {name removed} who went to great lengths to answer my questions and describe their programs and services.

My mother loves it here. I think they're terrific. We've been in and out with hospital and rehab stays. But everything that we've experienced here has been top-rate. Her room is wonderful. The other residents I've met are really friendly and outgoing. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate for individual needs, and they're really personable and helpful. If ever there is an issue, they respond very quickly with a correction or solution. Even down to a problem with a TV - the head of finance came up with a part because the head of maintenance couldn't come up and they didn't want me to wait. They're just very caring. The food is really good, and my mom says she really enjoys it. I have no complaints, and I highly recommend them. I visited maybe a dozen places before deciding, and this was far and away at the top of the list.

The Firs community is just fantastic, it is kept really clean and we are just so grateful to of found them. The staff members are fantastic, and even with the supply shortage the meals and dining service its overall pretty good. The value for cost is great they have been very accommodating to our family so its has been worth every penny.

After looking at other places, this was the best place. They really care about people. Financially, it is excellent compared to others. They're very personable. And they meet the needs of the people who live here. It's a very friendly and fun place to be.
