My loved one likes the food. We picked this community,because it checked all of the boxes for the family. I would recommend to others. They have been very helpful, and they do what they supposed to do.

Our experience with Courtyard at Mt Tabor has been very good indeed. My family member is a much happier person, now that he has a social life, people to talk with, and a familiar place to walk around and enjoy himself. He has not had a single major medical event because his meds are given to him daily - but in the past he would forget to take his meds and have serious A-fib episodes. The staff is generally excellent and caring.

I highly recommend the community, I think the community is very conveniently location right off the highway. The community property is very appealing, the staff and residents are excellent and friendly. The food served is also very good, but There could be more activities for the residents not in memory care.

The experience with The Montera has been great. All of the staff have been incredible. We chose this facility initially because my mother actually was talking to a travelling nurse for homecare and she asked the nurse what the best facility was in the area and she said the Montera. I would most definitely recommend this facility to others.

I would like to thank all of those at the Charleston who watched over and cared for my Mom [name removed]. The management and staff made sure that my mom's needs were important and always saw that those needs were met with love and care. I would personally like to thank [name removed], director at the Charleston. [name removed}. [name removed] always took my phone calls and addressed and answered any questions and concerns that I had. Mom's stay at the Charleston was a blessing!

They are fantastic. They have plenty of food options. We picked this community, because we liked the place, it was close to home., and we knew it was the right place after driving into the parking lot. It's a comfort and peace about the community.

My tour experience was very nice, but they offered a lot of activities that my husband couldn't do so I didn't choose it. Their staff had mostly been there a long time too.

This facility was great! We were so pleased with everything. They took great care of my dad, they were so loving and kind. The staff was wonderful. Housekeeping was often and they always did a great job. Communication with the family was also great. They checked on dad at least every hour, if not more. Especially towards the end. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

It was a smaller community, and was vey nice. My loved one liked the set-up and the people. It felt very homey. They did not have any rooms available at the time.

It was really nice. It was more expensive, and further away. They were good but did not meet our needs.

All 5s. I judge by my mother. She complains about everything. At [facility name removed] she had several complaints and a roommate. Sky ridge has been great, cost even better. Almost same as [facility name removed] but she has her own room now, no roommate. Staff is very friendly...top to bottom.

Tuscany is phenomenal and I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. All the staff are wonderful. They are kinds and caring. The food is fantastic and my loved one is loving all the activities offered. The staff communication with the family has been outstanding. They are true professionals here.

my mother lived here for a number of years & we always felt that she was cared for and had a wonderful experience while she was there. Everyone was friendly and most of all caring. Everyone in the facility new her name and showed interest in her

The staff at Island House are very accommodating and friendly. They are not overbearing and they allow the residents to have the amount of independence that they need/desire.

My dad loves this place, and really that’s the most important thing. He’s been there about six months and the staff and the administration from the top down are really well trained and professional. They are also very friendly with her patience and always happy to bring a smile to their faces whenever they see them around the facility. Super happy with this place, and I recommend it.

The staff are very friendly. They interact with the residents a lot. We always see activities going on when we come to visit. Any time I've had a question, it is addressed right away. The facility is much cleaner and more spacious than we experienced at another facility previously. The layout is better, with more couches and lounge chairs for the residents and families to gather. And it's spacious enough to accommodate those in wheelchairs as well.

So far I am very happy with Citrus Place. It has been very inviting and I have more piece of mind knowing my mother is safe and secure. I am very happy with the staff and the care for my mother. We chose this community because it is in the same neighborhood where my mom had lives for 60 years. Its close to home so we can visit often. Citrus place has taken away some much stress out of my life. I had been caring for my mom at home and paying private care givers to care for her while I was working. After a year of this I was feeling overwhelmed Citrus place alleviated all that stress and allowed me to have more freedom in my own life all the while taking excellent care of my mother. thank you.

This facility is very pleasant. Everyone is very nice. Mom's room is absolutely fantastic and such a quiet place for her. Her room is on the first floor and she has 9ft ceilings, which we love. It's a good size facility, but not so huge that residents may feel lost or overwhelmed. My mom is on a limited income, but still able to afford this place. We couldn't be happier with it! The food is good, but not great. The quality is pretty good, but could be improved. Housekeeping is good. They don't seem to deep clean, but they do a good job of tidying up. Communication with the family is great, they even send text alerts when needed (for example, Covid case in the facility, etc.) I would absolutely recommend it to others!

I toured this facility and it is gorgeous. It was like being on a cruise ship! The people were lovely, staff was amazing, even our tour host knew the residents by name and greeted them as she passed them during our tour. It was out of our budget, but if it's within yours, this is definitely the place to go!
