I have told many people about this community. this is a group of really skilled and really kind people. they go out of their was to make my mom feel welcomed and make her feel like she is part of the community. She is so happy and she is really thriving. She is a lot better than she was being on her own. They have activities like happy hour, a counsel for the community, manicures and pedicures, and they also offer in room physical therapy. My loved one has also made friends here. People were out and about and it just gave us that feel good feeling. They congregate and all interact with each other.

The staff are very friendly. We're comfortable with our loved one's placement in memory care. We feel they have handled Covid appropriately. We're now moving another loved one into independent care there.

The staff are very warm and inviting at this community. The community is beautiful and still looks really new. They have a lot of activities at the community as well for the residents. They are currently under new management and enjoy working for them as a leader in the industry.

The staff were kind and considerate. We so appreciate all of the care you provided my mom for the past few weeks.

A community where you feel the warmth as soon as you walk in the door. You see smiling faces and a lot of caring people. Community always looks nice and well maintained. Staff are kind and devoted.

From the moment we walked into the community it is just so clean and the staff members have continued to be so friendly and professional. Right now due to the mandate protocols there are no group activities, but if there were no restrictions the activities would get 5 stars.

Living here is a blessing- for me who got too old to live alone. My husband passed and I retired. I am an active person and appreciate the programs here and would welcome more activity, games, trips, shopping ventures.

This is a facility that cares about the residents. They offer many activities, facility is always clean, staff is very friendly.

Wonderful staff, friendly residents, excellent food. There is always events going on to entertain residents and keep them active.

I think that all the staff is very efficient. They do their duties well and they are kind to the residents. Other than issues with the thermostat, the building is very nice.

I cannot say enough positive things about the care my sister received at Chancellor. The personal connections and the ability the staff has to make it seem like family is just amazing. I'm so happy I chose Chancellor for my sister's care.

Our tour went very well with Chancellor Gardens. The facility was extremely clean and all of the staff and residents we interacted with were friendly. The only reason we chose a different facility was due to the location.

It was great! I liked it a lot. They took good care of my loved one. I got to go visit my 95-year-old mother without having to worry about him. They gave me a feeling of confidence that they could take care of him, and they did. And he loved the food.

We chose Mountlake Terrace Plaza because after looking at a couple different facilities, I felt that this was the most clean, the staff were friendly, and it was in a great location. We just felt it was the perfect fit for mom at the time with what her needs were. I always trusted them and knew she was in good hands. The staff assured me and helped me in anything that I needed, it gave me a great peace of mind.

I was pleased with this community. This community just did not have the services that my loved one needed at the time to get the best care. Great tour.

This place is awesome. Lots of fun people working in here. From care staff to activities to the dining. The health services assistant is amazing!! She helped my mom get excited to meet people, to do things, to go for walks, and show a lot of TLC. My mom will never do anything before. The kitchen makes one good cheeseburger, you keep asking for more.

While my mother-in-law's stay was short, we couldn't have asked for kinder care givers, a cleaner facility, and more pleasant surroundings.
