Tuscany is phenomenal and I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. All the staff are wonderful. They are kinds and caring. The food is fantastic and my loved one is loving all the activities offered. The staff communication with the family has been outstanding. They are true professionals here.

I would like to thank all of those at the Charleston who watched over and cared for my Mom -[name removed]. The management and staff made sure that my Mom's needs were important and always say that those needs were met with love and care. I would personally like to thank [name removed] director at the Charleston. [name removed] always took my phones calls and addressed and answered any questions and concerns that I had. Mom's stay at the Charleston was a blessing

The staff at Island House are very accommodating and friendly. They are not overbearing and they allow the residents to have the amount of independence that they need/desire.

My dad loves this place, and really that’s the most important thing. He’s been there about six months and the staff and the administration from the top down are really well trained and professional. They are also very friendly with her patience and always happy to bring a smile to their faces whenever they see them around the facility. Super happy with this place, and I recommend it.

The staff are very friendly. They interact with the residents a lot. We always see activities going on when we come to visit. Any time I've had a question, it is addressed right away. The facility is much cleaner and more spacious than we experienced at another facility previously. The layout is better, with more couches and lounge chairs for the residents and families to gather. And it's spacious enough to accommodate those in wheelchairs as well.

So far I am very happy with Citrus Place. It has been very inviting and I have more piece of mind knowing my mother is safe and secure. I am very happy with the staff and the care for my mother. We chose this community because it is in the same neighborhood where my mom had lives for 60 years. Its close to home so we can visit often. Citrus place has taken away some much stress out of my life. I had been caring for my mom at home and paying private care givers to care for her while I was working. After a year of this I was feeling overwhelmed Citrus place alleviated all that stress and allowed me to have more freedom in my own life all the while taking excellent care of my mother. thank you.

We had a nice experience at Hacienda Del Ray. Everything was wonderful. The staff were really nice and always took good care of my mom. And they would call me if there was any situation I needed to know about.

This facility is very pleasant. Everyone is very nice. Mom's room is absolutely fantastic and such a quiet place for her. Her room is on the first floor and she has 9ft ceilings, which we love. It's a good size facility, but not so huge that residents may feel lost or overwhelmed. My mom is on a limited income, but still able to afford this place. We couldn't be happier with it! The food is good, but not great. The quality is pretty good, but could be improved. Housekeeping is good. They don't seem to deep clean, but they do a good job of tidying up. Communication with the family is great, they even send text alerts when needed (for example, Covid case in the facility, etc.) I would absolutely recommend it to others!

I toured this facility and it is gorgeous. It was like being on a cruise ship! The people were lovely, staff was amazing, even our tour host knew the residents by name and greeted them as she passed them during our tour. It was out of our budget, but if it's within yours, this is definitely the place to go!

We had a great tour with Citrus Place. We were very impressed with all of the staff, they were extremely helpful and thorough with the information that they gave us. They answered all of our questions as well. We were on a waitlist for a shared bathroom and a single bathroom, but unfortunately there were just no openings at the time we needed to move our loved one. It was a wonderful place.

I think the staff is just awesome. They are always so friendly and willing to be helpful. They are very patient with the residents even when they are being difficult. They will give you any information you need- you are able to to text the lady who runs the memory care unit and they are always available. It is a beautiful place to be. It is always clean and smells good. They always have things for the residents to do, even in memory care they take them out. It was a hard decision but I really love the place. I would highly recommend Estancia del Sol to other families.

Island House is a very friendly and safe community. All of the staff members know me by name and always check in on me and make sure everything is going well. It is always a difficult decision and transition leaving the comforts of your own home but they have made the process very easy, they have made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I would recommend this community to other families.

Our loved one was there for a short time but we felt the people there help make it a great experience - they seemed to be very caring and really went out of their way to assist with our families situation. With the experience we had at Palisades At Broadmoor Park we would absolutely recommend them to other families searching for a place for their loved ones

I looked at a lot of places and they just didn't compare. If there's a problem, you need to get together with the staff and make it a group effort moving forward. There was an issue initially and I opened up by suggesting that we have a meeting to brainstorm on how to make it better. So, I would say that it's important to communicate as communication is upmost. The community is safe, but I wish there were a little more shaded areas outside. I would desirable the staff as very caring and open. There is always room for improvement in the food. They need to ask for more feedback from their residents and the residents families because a lot of residents aren't capable of communicating for themselves, which is my situation.

The staff is great. The food is great, and my loved one loves the food. Everyone is nice and friendly. My loved one is well taken care of. It has been a great experience, and they love where they live. it was a big change and was difficult at first, but my loved on loves it there.

Directors and staff made working through the process with them completely effortless. The questions you answer to help them integrate your loved one are thought-provoking and super helpful. When we arrived to settle mom into her space everyone was there to welcome us and let us know how much they were looking forward to working with her. Even the current residents were open and welcoming. They made a place for mom at the table. Because we settled mom and then had to leave the country for previously scheduled travel, we were not able to check in on some of the things that this survey asks. However, even as we were gone, the team at Hacienda Del Rey worked with us remotely through phone calls and emails and made the transition very smooth. The best thing about this transition to Hacienda del Rey is that mom is feeling so connected with her new "family" in her Casita. Previously she had been in an independent living apartment as part of a larger community. However, the casita arrangement is so much better for building a family of residents in an intimate setting. She told us this week that she is so happy! That makes this process easier to deal with.

The people at The Commons at Dallas Ranch are so extremely caring, everybody there knows our loved one by name and whenever we come to visit they know us by name. They are always engaging and interacting with her and with us. They do a really nice job of encouraging our loved one to get involved in activities such as their knitting group. We would definitely recommend this community to families based on our experience so far.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience, they were able to show us around both on the assisted living and memory side. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, but at the time it was just not going to be the right fit for our loved one
