In my opinion the food service department at the Montera does great things, day after day, feeding the multitude. The kitchen consistently prepares meals of very good to excellent quality. The dining room staff are consistently very courteous and diligent, and do their best to insure that the dining experience is a positive one for the residents. Also, the kitchen and dining room staff always go the extra mile to provide an excellent buffet on certain special days, such Mothers Day and 4th of July.

I just had my eighty six birthday, the staff has been very kind, loving and helpful, the food is great, after seventeen years of living at the Montera I still feel at home. I’m a veteran and eleven years ago lost my wife that I really miss, her memories live on in my heart and her time at the Montera still is a pleasant memory.

After seventeen years with most of time with wife that passed in the year 2011 I have lots of memories here and love my life at the Montera

We have been very pleased with our experience here. The staff have been supportive of assisting the family with getting my loved one to eat their meals. and encouraging them to be social with other residents in the community. The residents are not allowed to eat in their rooms alone. The staff communication has been very good with the family. Everyone has been warm and welcoming, and the staff know the family members and make sure we feel like a family in the community. They truly care for the entire family here.

[name removed] was so knowledgeable and helpful when meeting her to look at the facility. She knew all of the residents names and greeted them with a smile. She really cares for others and is wonderful at her job! This is the kind of person I admire, the facility is so very lucky to have her working for them. The Inn at Greenwood Village.

I would recommend the community to others to view to see if it would be a good fit for their loved ones. I would stay here myself. The staff are great to work with. The staff communication with the family is really great. They are always keeping us updated on any changes health wise or in case my loved one falls. They truly treat the family and residents as they would want to be treated.

I thought the facility was above and beyond what it needed to be - a little expensive- but certainly worth it- I'd recommend them- it is a great place for your loved ones.

They have great food with outstanding menu, location is wonderful, the units are very spacious and open floor plans.

Our family had an in person tour and all the people were nice, the community was nice, but we just did not like the fact our loved one would have a shared bathroom

Hopefully it will be around when I am ready to go into a community. They have independent living to assisted living, to memory care to assist with all care types. The staff communication is really good with the family. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There are two dining rooms, one for assisted living and one for independent living. The food is really good, and my loved one loves the food offered. The independent living and assisted living are separated into different buildings. There are pools available and the community allows pets. The staff are great and attentive to my loved one.

This was our top pick, but was to expensive and this was a downfall for us.

My experience with [name removed] has been great. She has responded to my concerns, and requests in a timely manner. She showed concern and empathy in communication in every interaction.

We chose Savanna House because we liked the friendly people we met and the rates were a lot lower than where she previously lived. The location is a mile from us so that was a big factor too. When we toured the residents were talking to us and telling us how nice it was and how much they liked it there. They have identified that my mother needs to go to memory care and the staff have been very willing to work with us on that and even let her pick out her room and held it while I was away.

The staff is very nice and they are very helpful. The facility is very clean and very nice. Anytime I have a question, they're always happy to answer or to try to find the answer. They are very easy to work with. The front office staff, the med techs, nurses, and assistants are all great to work with.

We had a really good tour experience with Cottonwood Creek. The reason we decided against this facility was just due to the bigger size, we wanted a place with less residents.

I love the community. This is the perfect place for me. They have large apartments and they allow pets in the community. There is a kitchenette in the apartment. I like the residents and staff here. There are three meals served a day in the dining room. There is also an option to order room service and have it delivered to the room. The food is very good.

We needed a place for our Dad to live on very short notice. We reached out to The Charleston and Wayne and Rick did an excellent job making sure it was a good fit for him. From the moment we moved Dad in he gushed about how he loved his room and the staff. It is a beautiful place with kind and compassionate people who did such an amazing job. They cared for our dad as if he was family. When Dad’s health started to decline they communicated clearly and promptly with us and consulted us to make sure he was getting the care he needed. Working with [name removed] and [name removed], we always knew he was getting the proper care he needed to be safe and happy. They took great care in making sure they never overcharged us with things he didn’t need, but were always willing to go the extra mile for our dad and our family. We will be forever grateful for the care team at the Charleston.

Chancellor Gardens is amazing. Love them. They have an amazing memory care community

Overall our family has been extremely pleased with Seven Lakes, there are only about 20 residents in each "section" so we like that its smaller for more individualized care. The care takers are extremely friendly and they are very receptive to our loved ones needs. If he asks them for anything they get it done. They are also receptive and friendly to our families needs. It is just a great place and would recommend this community to others.

If it were up to me, my mom would be here at The Commons on Thornton. This was my first choice and I absolutely loved everything about the place. Everyone I spoke to, both the staff and the residents only had rave reviews about the facility. The experience was overall just great.
