We had a good tour at The Firs. It was a really warm and cozy atmosphere. The administrator who walked me through was super nice, very personable. The apartment was nice - the layout was a little different and nicer than I saw at other facilities. It seemed like a nice place. I’ve also had friends whose parents have lived there and really liked the experience. It was just a bit outside of our budget.

Extremely friendly & helpful staff and delicious food

Sky Ridge is a good place, and reasonably priced. I would recommend it to other families.

We were referred to The Commons by caring.com and found it to be amazing. [name removed] spent as much time as we needed showing us the facilities, explaining the amenities, the rooms, the pricing, what it covered, introducing us to the caring staff, levels of care and the procedure going forward. It was truly amazing in all areas and we were so impressed, having visited a total of 9 facilities. Hands down, this was the best. My elderly parents will be choosing the Commons; albeit in one of their northern facilities (due to established physicians and hospitals) but we are confident they are consistent with incredible facilities no matter which Commons you choose, choose it!

The people at the Charleston were awesome to our mom and our family . Our mother had many challenges toward the end of her life and the people here were angels to her. They are truly sent by God. Our thanks to all of you.

My father-in-law stayed here at the Charleston for [time frame removed]. My mother has been here for [time frame removed]. The care has been fantastic! Mom has been safe, secure and well attended too. We have had no concerns and no problems. The activities are great, the staff is great. It has been a wonderful community to be part of at this time of their lives.

5 stars for ALL! So friendly. Staff is caring and always have time to explain and/or questions. Courtyard at Mt Tabor is spacious, with walking paths and close to many shops and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend them to others

Unfortunately, my mom was only here at this facility for a short time before she passed. I will say, however, this facility and [name removed] really "saved " us. For the last 2 months of her life, my mom was very happy and well taken care of.

It is a warm senior community. The care by the staff for my mom is very good. They are attentive and caring. The food is inviting and there are various activities for all interests. My mom really likes the connection with Divine Savior Catholic Church.

We had an amazing tour with Northgate Plaza. The staff were very welcoming. The facility itself is beautiful. This was a very close second choice for us, it was hard to choose. During the tour, they gave us samples of their food and it was excellent. I would definitely tell others to check this facility out during your search.

We chose Mountlake Terrace Plaza because the director and the staff that we met were all very friendly and really focused on what my dad needed and how they could help us. Overall it has been a positive experience and I would recommend this facility to other families looking.

We chose NorthGate Plaza mainly because of the location and the overall feeling that we got from the salesperson. They have a great maintenance staff and a caring nursing staff. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

My loved one likes the food. We picked this community,because it checked all of the boxes for the family. I would recommend to others. They have been very helpful, and they do what they supposed to do.

Our experience with Courtyard at Mt Tabor has been very good indeed. My family member is a much happier person, now that he has a social life, people to talk with, and a familiar place to walk around and enjoy himself. He has not had a single major medical event because his meds are given to him daily - but in the past he would forget to take his meds and have serious A-fib episodes. The staff is generally excellent and caring.

I highly recommend the community, I think the community is very conveniently location right off the highway. The community property is very appealing, the staff and residents are excellent and friendly. The food served is also very good, but There could be more activities for the residents not in memory care.

The experience with The Montera has been great. All of the staff have been incredible. We chose this facility initially because my mother actually was talking to a travelling nurse for homecare and she asked the nurse what the best facility was in the area and she said the Montera. I would most definitely recommend this facility to others.

I would like to thank all of those at the Charleston who watched over and cared for my Mom [name removed]. The management and staff made sure that my mom's needs were important and always saw that those needs were met with love and care. I would personally like to thank [name removed], director at the Charleston. [name removed}. [name removed] always took my phone calls and addressed and answered any questions and concerns that I had. Mom's stay at the Charleston was a blessing!

They are fantastic. They have plenty of food options. We picked this community, because we liked the place, it was close to home., and we knew it was the right place after driving into the parking lot. It's a comfort and peace about the community.

My tour experience was very nice, but they offered a lot of activities that my husband couldn't do so I didn't choose it. Their staff had mostly been there a long time too.

This facility was great! We were so pleased with everything. They took great care of my dad, they were so loving and kind. The staff was wonderful. Housekeeping was often and they always did a great job. Communication with the family was also great. They checked on dad at least every hour, if not more. Especially towards the end. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
