5 stars on all of them! This is an amazing place! My dad is very happy. [name removed] is so kind and caring and has been a huge support and help. The apartment size is typical. There are lots of activities, exercise classes every day, Happy Hour every day at 5, Bingo twice a week. They have a weekly newsletter of the activities.

The staff at Palisades really communicate with the family members, and are timely with call backs. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

This facility is great for those who are looking to stay active. The residents watch out for one another. They have daily exercise programs to keep the residents active. The caregivers check in multiple times (if required) and they care. The facility works with the family. The food is great. Very few times is there a meal that is not to my parents' liking. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

Almond Height's dedicated team, compassion for our families situation and understanding has been incredible. Both my sister and I work in senior living and found ourselves needing to find another community for our mom after the community she chose wasn't working out (failed promises). Both of us always say it's just different when it's your own parent and that is the case with us! With all of us kids having crazy busy lives the team walked us through everything in order to do a really quick move. Her apt is bright, cheery & a perfect size for her! She has joined the book club & has made friends. The community is warm and welcoming, this coupled with the professionalism and kindness of the staff has provided immense comfort to both my mom and us kids. Thank you Almond Heights for going above and beyond! As an MBK employee, I can say with lots of experience that this organization has an ethos like no other! It feels so good to work with and for MBK Senior Living!

Front Desk and all Staff are very friendly and helpful. My mom likes the food, however, the dining room in memory care is not as nice as the assisted living dining room. My mom likes many of the activities in memory care. Especially, the musical activities. it's expensive, but probably worth the cost. The Montera seems to be managed fairly well.

Almond Heights is my first experience with Senior Living. I have been Pleasantly Surprised by how warm and caring everyone on staff is. The Building and grounds are also very nice. The place is decorated nicely and it feels like a home not a facility.

The first time I stepped into Almond Heights to get care for my 93 year-old mother, I got a good vibe from the place. The facility is clean and immaculate. The staff is more than friendly and very knowledgeable on handling their guests. The staff are also friendly to me when I visit my mom. My mom is in very trustable hands at Almond Heights.

I would recommend to them to others. They are very accommodating but it is not cheap. I looked at another community, but decided that island house was a better fit. We did just lose our activities director so we will see.

My loved one is currently a resident at Highland Glen and everything has been great for him at this facility, so far! The inside of the facility is BEAUTIFUL! The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are also great. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends!

Such caring and amazing staff there. My grandmother passed away there in January and they were and still are so caring. They took such great care of her. Instead of living only another 6 months she lived almost a whole year with them.

My Mom currently lives at Huntington Terrace. It has been an excellent experience. Initially there was quite a rough patch, but Huntington Terrace staff and my moms hospice care and myself were able to get together and make a plan that seems to have made a big difference in my mom's response to be there. The major change was her anxiety meds, which Huntington Terrace staff worked with hospice to monitor and evaluate, to my mom's benefit. Nothing is ever perfect, but the way in which things are handled and addressed make a difference. Huntington Terrace has responded in a very positive way to every issue that has come up with my mom. My mom is a clean freak and the first thing she said when I took her to visit "was how clean it was." Made things a lot easier. We always had an issue with her eating habits while I was her caregiver, she is doing much better with her eating at Huntington Terrace. It was a control issue with me. So, all in all, we are quite satisfied.

I have been doing some exploring of the many Senior options in the Sacramento area. Someone on staff invited me to a Health and Fitness fair they had on site. The building looks newer and I was pleasantly surprised at how Homey the place felt. The information provided was very helpful. I was introduced to a lot of the staff and residents and everyone was up beat. I would feel safe having my Mother there. I made a short list for Mom and they are on it!

I feel that my mom is well taken care of. Everyone says how sweet she is. She thinks of this as her home. I do appreciate feedback from those who care for her and share with me how she is doing. I know that it is sometimes difficult to keep her belongings separated from others, but you are always good at sorting things out.

I toured Almond Heights for my Grandmother [name removed]. The place is really nice. I also felt very welcomed by the staff. I noticed they know all the residents names also. I loved the Fitness programs, and healthy food choices. Grandma is not ready to move just yet, but Almond Heights will be the place when she does!

I would highly recommend -Hillcrest. They do everything right, the staff is so loving and friendly and go out of their way to make the residents feel at home and part of a family. This is a very beautiful place in all ways. We picked this community, because of the location, and I always thought it was top notch. One of the best in Loveland Colorado.

The place is newly remodeled and lighting is bright and cheerful. The staff is welcoming and friendly also very helpful. Dad likes to keep his door open during the day and any staff that walks by will poke their head in to say hi and ask him how's he doing even if they aren't his assigned caregiver. The staff made my dad feel so welcomed. He is happy and content he tells us the food is great

Estancia del Sol was a very nice community during the tour. My family and loved one made our decision based on the pricing of the community, and how far it was from family.

Our family had an in person tour with Dale Commons and we thought it was an excellent tour experience, and they put on really good presentation for us.

The community/staff have gone beyond expectations to make my mother feel welcome and comfortable in her transition from her own home to assisted living. Both my sister and I are at peace with our very difficult decision to have my mother have a new living environment. We are very pleased with the care provided to her.

Creekside is a beautiful small community. My mom moved there in November 2020. She loved the staff and residents. Creekside is well taken care of the property. If my mom needed her trash taken out, they gladly helped. She had a cleaning service weekly. We experienced many excellent staff that were so helpful in many different ways. My mom required modified specifications for the bathroom of her apartment that we made on request. If she needed help, she asked, and her needs were always met with kindness. Creekside has a lovely staff. My mom didn't require daily needs to help her, but if she ever needed something, they were there to help. My mom didn't eat at the property daily, but enjoyed to ability to order to her room or go to the dining room. My mom loved playing Bingo and attending the Bible study groups when she was able to attend. Assisted living is expense but we felt that we got a good value for all of the amenities available.
