Overall everyone is friendly.

I have lived here for ten years and am happy to call it my home. Yes, my rating numbers look high; but that is truly the way I feel when I evaluate each area.

Staff is friendly and helpful and responsive.

This is the best place ever! I am very happy! Everyone is great!

I toured with McDowell Village and it was very nice with a big full kitchen, etc. but a little too far from me and my mom doesn't need a stove at this point! It wouldn't be safe for her to use. The tour was great, it was very informative and they had great follow up after.

I have been living at the Wellington for nearly a year. I wanted to say everyone around here goes the extra mile to make sure our home is the best it can be for us. The CNA's are wonderful. The housekeeping does such a great job. The food is so delicious. All the people that work here do a great job. And I have made wonderful friends here.

My choice was made on Savanna House from the moment I walked in the lobby, I was greeted and treated with kindness, respect and understanding. With the difficult decision to place a loved one in a memory care, the staff lifted the weight off by answering questions and providing reassuring solutions to assist my family with amazing care and environment. Our loved one deserves in memory care.

Citrus Place is hands down the best place for the money - everything is great there. Initially we only looked at one other place that was a private home with 5 other residents. It was small and had no extra activities or protected area to walk in air conditioning. I would definitely recommend Citrus Place to others looking.

Our mom has been living at Muirwoods for several years. The care that she receives there is outstanding. The staff is friendly, caring, and kind. Mom is in a safe and healthy environment, and we are extremely grateful for the efforts of the entire staff on her behalf.

Estancia del Sol is a beautiful Senior living community. The amenities are top notch. Super relaxing environment, with a staff that really cares for its residents and guests. I always feel welcomed when I visit there.

Estancia Del Sol is a gorgeous community with friendly residents, and plenty of opportunities to make new friendships. I’ve been here 21/2 years and have made lots of great friends. The staff here are wonderful, especially [name removed] and [name removed]. I have a beautiful apartment and love all of the activities and outings we have.

My mother is a new resident & a recent widow. The staff has been very supportive,compassionate & helpful. My Mom loves the feel of family at Estancia with all the staff. We really appreciate [name removed] for all support & attentiveness to my Moms care. She is an excellent asset to Estancia.

Very clean staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable of what’s going on. I get updates continuously from their staff. They keep my mother very busy doing a little chores which is what she’s done her whole life.

Home sweet home” is how our residents describe the surroundings and experience living at the Crystal Terrace. We highly recommend this community. This is a five-star Assisted Living community and a perfect fit for our friends & Family. I would give them a 11 out of 10. They have gone above and beyond. In a day and age where it is hard to find people who care Crystal Terrace exceeds that. They have a tremendous amount of patience; the staff is wonderful. They have great activities, outings, and they encourage all the residents to get out and join in. The food is very amazing, and a tremendous value!

[name removed] has been a great point person for me as I look for an appropriate new home for my hubby. She is compassionate, always ready to listen to my concerns and needs. She is easily accessible, returning my calls and texts in a timely manner. She keeps me informed on updates and availabilities. She has been an Angel to me. The community is exactly what I’m looking for to care for my Husband. The grounds are beautiful, the building is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. I’m hoping he can live here and be cared for better than I can care for him alone.

I am giving this input to the best of my knowledge based on feedback I've heard from my parents. I think the location is great, my parents have met a lot of friendly and interesting people. The staff is great. I know the place was still recovering from its pandemic protocols when they moved in last year. Fortunately, the activities and dining services are getting back to where they were before. One of the things my parents liked was the size and the regular kitchen which gives it a true apartment feel. They wanted the two bathrooms although they really don't need the second.

Sky Ridge Senior Living is a great place. The facility is bright and beautiful. The staff are nice. The atmosphere is nice. It's just a bright and upbeat place. The rooms are nice too.

Our family had an in person tour with The Commons at Dallas Ranch and we thought the the tour experience as well as the staff were very nice and did answer all of our questions.

I would highly recommend Emerald Valley for assisted living. It is a lovely place full of lovely people. Both the staff and the residents are so friendly.
