We had a really good tour experience with Cottonwood Creek. The reason we decided against this facility was just due to the bigger size, we wanted a place with less residents.

We needed a place for our Dad to live on very short notice. We reached out to The Charleston and Wayne and Rick did an excellent job making sure it was a good fit for him. From the moment we moved Dad in he gushed about how he loved his room and the staff. It is a beautiful place with kind and compassionate people who did such an amazing job. They cared for our dad as if he was family. When Dad’s health started to decline they communicated clearly and promptly with us and consulted us to make sure he was getting the care he needed. Working with [name removed] and [name removed], we always knew he was getting the proper care he needed to be safe and happy. They took great care in making sure they never overcharged us with things he didn’t need, but were always willing to go the extra mile for our dad and our family. We will be forever grateful for the care team at the Charleston.

Overall our family has been extremely pleased with Seven Lakes, there are only about 20 residents in each "section" so we like that its smaller for more individualized care. The care takers are extremely friendly and they are very receptive to our loved ones needs. If he asks them for anything they get it done. They are also receptive and friendly to our families needs. It is just a great place and would recommend this community to others.

If it were up to me, my mom would be here at The Commons on Thornton. This was my first choice and I absolutely loved everything about the place. Everyone I spoke to, both the staff and the residents only had rave reviews about the facility. The experience was overall just great.

Our mother lived here for over 2 & 1/2 years and often said "I love it here. This is home". She was lovingly cared for by the entire staff & also by other residents which made her experience so comfortable for her & gave us, as her family, so much peace of mind.

Our family absolutely loved The Charleston, but unfortunately our loved one was just not able to stay there. The staff members working there everyday were just so great with the residents. They always interacted with them, cared about them and the resident's themselves were so friendly. The community really did higher very personable and knowledgeable staff. They always had constant activities going on it was such a stimulating environment and it felt more like a community. Based on the experience we had we would recommend them to other families.

The tour with Courtyard at Mt. Tabor was very informative and the facility looked nice. We just felt like it would be too much for our loved one, it is pretty large and there are a lot of residents who live there since there are many different levels of care.

All the staff including the administrators from day one was a tremendous help. The needs of my loved one changed and they were able to accommodate the transition in the community for my loved one easily. The staff have been able to answer or address any of my concerns I have had. The room, changing of linens, housekeeping, and all meals are included in the monthly rate.

My friend recommended this place. That was the best recommendation we could get. This was what we chose. It was the friendliest. It was the best. The smell was good. My friend is very happy there. The only issue was her medications were a bit early but that was addressed. Something they could address is taking care of residents pets who lived in assisted living and get moved to memory care area. The staff are very friendly. They address us every time we visit.

Our family has been very happy so far with The Charleston, I have only visited once and that was on the tour and the community was extremely clean. The staff have been very cooperative in trying to solve problems or concerns we may have. They communicate very well with our family who are the closest with our loved one who is there. We appreciate how they try to personalize certain things to meet our loved ones needs.

this place is AWESOME. lots of fun people working in here, from care staff to activities to the dining. the health services assistant is amazing! she helped my mom get excited to meet people, to do things, to go for walks, and shows a lot of TLC. my mom would never do anything before. the kitchen makes one good cheese burger, you keep asking for more.

You can’t find a better place to live. You also can’t find a better staff and they are so friendly. Care givers are great, and they will ask you if there is anything more they can do for you upon leaving. [name removed] are always good at answering the more difficult question you may have. Once you get to know the staff they are friends for life. The rooms are beautiful, and there is wonderful landscaping with a lot of greenery with a quiet location. There is an exercise class every morning, and there are lots of things scheduled all day to keep us busy and having fun! There really is something here for everyone.

I would recommend you come here to live. There are nice accommodations, and the entire community is very nice. There are three meals a day, activities, exercises, movies, housekeeping, and linen changing that is included in the monthly fee. They have a washer and dryer in my unit and a kitchenette in the room. The staff are wonderful to work with if there are questions or concerns. The maintenance team is very quick to assist with requests. We are very happy here.

Seven Lakes staff and leadership are amazing. they are so thoughtful, loving and genuinely caring to our mom. I would highly recommend Seven Lakes Memory Care, they are top notch in every way.

my husband lived in this community for almost 3 years. he passed away recently. the community took very good care of him while he was in hospice services. the care team was very patient, and understanding while providing my husband the care that he needed. the staff were all very friendly. my husband in particular adores his favorites [name removed] and [name removed] that served him so well. he had a lot of love, and compassion from the two caregivers. everything else in the community is wonderful. this place left like home.
