The main reasons we chose this community was based on the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Our loved one says at times they give them to much food but other than that he does not complain about the taste. We have not heard any complaints with the activities he seems to really be enjoying them. We knew going into this community it was going to be expensive and it is a little but on the pricier side.

We went with Citrus Place because it look like an apartment complex and we are able to go in and visit whenever we want, 24 hours a day. There is no smell when you walk in. The staff are very helpful as far as making sure that she is ok, if she even gets a scratch they make sure to call us to let us know. She loves the food and my brother went once and they served him lunch and he said it was great. They also seem to have a lot of activities provided because she is always out of her room. I would definitely recommend to others looking. Whenever we take my mom out and come back they always greet her with a hug and tell her they missed her which makes her feel special. Her birthday was a few weeks ago and they have decorated the room with streamers and balloons for breakfast.

McDowell Village has met all of our expectations. There had been 24 hour nursing care that my loved one used and it was exceptional. The staff are great to work with if we have any questions or concerns. The food is great and everything my loved one would want. Wine tasting, live music entertainment and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from.

I'm very pleased. I feel like The Commons is very accommodating when it comes to room selection as things become available. The staff at the front desk is always very friendly. The management is also very accommodating whenever there are special needs or circumstances that arise. Everything in the facility always seems to be in order. The maintenance crew seems to always be available whenever there is an issue, and they resolve matters in a timely fashion. I've also been very pleased with the occupational therapists. They are very attentive to ongoing needs and are always assisting with any issues that arise in therapy. They're also willing to train the general staff to help out with a resident's OT goals.

Our tour with The Montera was amazing. It seems like a really good option for those who are looking for assisted living. My loved one needed more care and would not have been able to take advantage of all of the amenities that they had to offer.

Amazing place to put my parents. Staff is so caring, happy and helpful. Every-time I go to visit my parents it’s so welcoming and full of life there. Activities daily so they never get bored or feel lonely. Residents walking around saying hello along with amazing staff smiling and greeting me at every visit. I walk in and automatically feel as if I am a part of their family. This makes me feel comfortable and able to sleep at night knowing that my parents are in good hands. The concierge [name removed] always greets me with a huge smile. [name removed] the marketer sold me on a great place to keep my parents. [name removed] is always running around helping everyone. She even helped me move some furniture for my parents. This is something I have never seen in an executive director. [name removed] the director of health services was so delightful as she did the assessment for my parents, and answered all my questions.

The meals themselves were not a fan favorite, they are very bland which medically there is a reason for that but our loved one just simply hated the meals. We did think the value for the money was good and we would recommend the Almond Heights community to others.

It's a safe environment. They are very personable and organized. You can tell they care about their residents. In the memory care area, the staff do a great job of keeping the residents engaged. I would recommend you go take a tours but take a few tours and do so during different times. You will get different experiences during different times. Weekdays have more staff that are there versus the weekends.

Citrus Place is a very nice facility. They have a lot of activities provided for residents, but my loved one is shy and has not taken part in any yet. All of the residents seem to be very happy here and the staff members have been super friendly as well.

We love it here! It's clean, and it's comfortable to be here. They have great activities. Everybody is friendly and helpful. And the caregivers are wonderful.

we toured Courtyard at Mt. Tabor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. we chose another community because it had a better location.

The Bellettini is a great facility with great people, and a great location.

This is a good full service place if your loved one want activities and meals and everything included. The staff here are very friendly and majority of them have been here a long time. My interactions with the staff are good. The tour was good and very welcoming and they gave me all of the information that I needed. There is a target next door and that makes it even better.

Our tour with The Montera was very impressive, we were just looking for a facility where the staff spoke Spanish so it would be easier for my loved one to adapt.

The management deserves a really high mark but due to the pandemic the staffing was challenging but it seems to be getting better. The food is very edible and tasty but the presentation is not always the best. However, you are allowed to order whatever you want off of the menu. This particular community is ideal for a certain age group and above. If it is a young couple looking for a community this is not suited for that level of community it is geared towards a older community.

The Montera is a beautiful place to live. Everything was kept well and I didn't have any bad experiences here. The food was delicious, and had a good variety of options for the residents to choose from. Some of the activities included poker, outdoor trips, games, arts and crafts, and more for the residents to choose from.

I have told many people about this community. this is a group of really skilled and really kind people. they go out of their was to make my mom feel welcomed and make her feel like she is part of the community. She is so happy and she is really thriving. She is a lot better than she was being on her own. They have activities like happy hour, a counsel for the community, manicures and pedicures, and they also offer in room physical therapy. My loved one has also made friends here. People were out and about and it just gave us that feel good feeling. They congregate and all interact with each other.

The staff are very friendly. We're comfortable with our loved one's placement in memory care. We feel they have handled Covid appropriately. We're now moving another loved one into independent care there.

The staff are very warm and inviting at this community. The community is beautiful and still looks really new. They have a lot of activities at the community as well for the residents. They are currently under new management and enjoy working for them as a leader in the industry.

The staff were kind and considerate. We so appreciate all of the care you provided my mom for the past few weeks.
