We toured this place and I was not impressed. One thing I will say is that they need to get their roof replaced or replace the many, many ceiling tiles that have water stains on them. The building was not maintained. If they couldn't take care of their own facility, It made me question their ability to take care of my family member.

Get to know the director and head nurse to see what they are like. And maybe some cnas and other staff. There is always turnover and the sales woman is fabulous but not involved in the daily care as much.

I have a family member currently living at The Bluffs. They have extremely high employee turnover and are dangerously understaffed. I have confirmed multiple days per week having only 2 to 3 caregivers for 35 plus residents. My family member has waited over an hour for a response to her emergency call button. If there is a large scale emergency, it could be catastrophic. I have raised serious concerns to management multiple times with no resolution and, even more concerning, no response.

We left our dad in respite care for 1 week. When we went to pick him up, the room was filthy and bathroom was covered in urine and feces. When we pulled back bedding on bed the sheets were stained and he had been sleeping in his own pee. We had left written and oral instructions that he would need help mornings making it to the bathroom and had frequent accidents when waking up, which clearly were not followed. There is no way anyone checked the status/cleanliness of his room the whole time. We told the staff on duty and they immediately mopped the floor while we were leaving. For the amount we paid for respite, service was definately not worth the price.

Choosing Chancellor Gardens for my father’s care after his Alzheimer’s diagnosis will forever be my biggest regret in life. It wasn’t until after my father’s stroke that I began to understand the extent of the issues here Any request or question was met with bitter resistance, and I felt as though I was seen as a burden for being involved in my father’s care. The actions of the third-party NP, who is contacted by the facility, regarding my father’s medication had severe consequences. Chancellor Gardens was fully aware of this practitioner’s actions and the administrative staff was complicit in concealing the true impact on my father’s health from me and my family. To anyone considering this facility for their loved one, I implore you, please do not subject someone you care about to what my father and family endured. The administrative staff here are truly indifferent to the well-being of your loved ones. Do not make the same mistake I did in believing their sales pitch.

Our Mother has been on the memory care side and all I can say is that it is horrible from the top down. Management is not trained or professional. People are moving out left and right and they cannot keep Caregivers or Medtechs which should tell you something. The facility is not kept up, is not clean and the food has to be the worst in the valley. We were told this was one of the best but after 7 months and first hand experience it is a horrible place and the Directors on both sides should be removed!!

My grandparent moved here after leaving their home. The two women running this place were beyond unprofessional. The manager early on went outside looking for me to try to get a dig in after I had just left a card and flowers for the staff. Pulling me into the office attempting to chew me out, after scolding me out front while trying to check my grandparent in. Repeatedly chasing me out to my car in an attempt to give me a hard time. Only because I was trying to be there and support my grandparent, who was contacting me regularly asking me to come get them. They hated it there. Always told me how much they disliked the place and to come get them. I can’t say I blame them. I would cringe every time I had to go there to pick them up. The place was so awful. The constant staff turnover speaks volumes as well. I am FURIOUS with [name removed]& [name removed] for their behavior and the garbage they put me through while trying to cope with my grandparents dementia, and just trying to provide support.

For a company that talks about loved ones and family you would think that when my Mom passed away on [date removed] we would of received a sympathy card instead of them moving her things into another room so they could rent it when we paid the $7100.00 for the month. So much more to say but this is really all you need to know.

It is a terrible place to live. The only reason I stayed there as long as I did was because I was uncomfortable moving during COVID until I was vaccinated and then I had to find a new community. They only took COVID precautions during the first few months of the pandemic, and even then they didn't follow all recommended guidelines for long term care communities. They never enforced masking among their staff let alone the residents, so I didn't feel safe leaving my apartment. The food program is too restrictive. Even though they advertised all day dining from a special menu, that was only actually available to residents of the main building that housed the main kitchen. They couldn't deal with special dietary needs at all, and the quality of the food was inconsistent. There was constant turnover of the staff in all departments including the executive director. A few of the staff tried very hard to do a good job while others were downright disrespectful , poorly trained, and didn't care about doing a good job at all. They advertised activities, but there was no variety and it wasn't safe to participate anyway since nobody wore masks. The property is located on a major road that was the main route between Highway 522 and downtown Woodinville, so there was constant loud traffic noise from trucks and commuters. I do not recommend that you point your clients there at all!

My mom had a terrible experience here. She was on hospice and they couldn't get her medications straight. I ended up taking over her medication management. I also didn't feel like they were very proactive with their Covid precautions. Verbal communication was fine, but the follow through I would rate at a zero. We had several meetings with them, but nothing was resolved. They never came to me, I always had to reach out to them. I will say, they've since hired new staff, including a new Director. So maybe things have improved. Housekeeping was once a week and they did a fine job with that. The activities were fantastic, they have wonderful activities. I would not recommend this facility for anyone who has medical concerns. Maybe for Independent Living.

The managerial staff have minimal follow through given situations. It took over 9 weeks to get a refund. Everyone is always busy or in a meeting and they do not call you back. We were always getting the runaround. my father in law was having challenges and it was probably not the best placement for him. There is a person who works here and her name is [name removed]. She handled it with zero empathy or understanding. She was so hurtful and disrespectful and did not take the family dynamic into consideration at all.

I was not impressed by my tour experience at Courtyard Mt. Tabor. The facility is very large and not laid out well for memory care. The lady who was giving me the tour seemed extremely rushed and was impersonal. She did not ask one question about my mom which was a big red flag. She just said here is the facility, gave us the information and that was it. She could not get us out of there quick enough, she also could not be walking any faster or she would have been running. She did not leave us anytime afterwards to ask questions. It just overall was a bad first impression of the facility.

This would be my last choice of senior care facilities I would ever pick. Last week I saw a man in the hall nude. And when I brought it up with management they said under HIPAA law can’t talk about it but yet told me he had dementia. Thr staff was very unfriendly. They seem very on organized and very understaffed.

If you are looking for a care faculty for your loved ones, The wellington should not be on your list. They are understaffed the rooms are dirty the lighting is low. The activates are old and stagnate, they do the same things every day. The activity director's office is a disaster. After dinner they want the residents to go to bed. There are a lot of things that happen their which are ignored, for example: i was called and told your mother was found in a man's room with not cloths on but they are consenting adults. Men walk around in the depends or with no clothes on. pick another facility.

They lied to us saying they work with people who are hesitant in moving to a senior living. They can accommodate different levels of care. [name removed]the executive nurse needs to go back to school for bedside manners. She was over 1/2 hour late to our appointment and took 15 minutes to access the situation. Who does if you really care about people and their needs. I would not recommend this place unless you have money because they only care about wealthily people. They are snobs

My loved ones moved in when Covid was really bad. There was a care program with my loved one and it did not happen due to all of this. The communication between the departments and my loved one and us is not very good. My loved one passed shortly after moving in so we did not have very long at the community. They are not very organized.

Our experience was horrible. If your loved one is progressed at all and not able to do things themselves, this is not the facility for them. They did not care for my dad and just medicated him. They could not find staff to hire but the ones did hire were not trained. The manager was not helpful at all. I would not recommend them to other families.

Our experience with memory care was awful. Communication was awful between the staff and the family, When you called you could not get ahold of anybody and sometimes they didn't even call us back. I would not recommend this community to others.

DO NOT entrust your loved ones to this facility, especially if they need memory care. My mom spent a total of 2 1/2 months there, and in that short time fell numerous times, (laid on floor sometimes in her own waste), went from ambulatory to wheelchair-bound, without so much as a call to any family members to inform us. This happened within a week!! When we would get to visit there were times when she had not been showered, was in her p.j.s and unkempt. Memory Care NO ONE EVER answers the phone. You leave a message, NO ONE calls back. All for the low price of $7,500/mo., and the "non-refundable" $2,500 move-in fee. So, for the 2 1/2 months she was there my mom spent $17,000 dollars. This place is nothing short of horrific. I wish I had read a few reviews or dug a little deeper before entrusting my loved one to this horrific situation. Their marketing manager sells you something that the Montera could never deliver.
