Maplewood Senior Living

I felt like I didn't have any options, was experiencing some memory loss and wasn't coping well. My niece suggested Maplewood at Newton. I've been here seven months now an the transition was easier than I expected because everyone here is so very kind. Coming here was the best decision!

The Maplewood at Darien was the perfect solution for my 89 year old mom who was unable to live alone. In addition to having memory loss , my mom struggles with anxiety issues, the kind, compassionate and competent staff have embraced my sweet mom and created a community of care and purpose. I drop in all times of day and early evening and find my easily distractable mother engaged and comfortable. I highly recommend this very warm, professional environment to anyone who is struggling with the very difficult decision to find the perfect place for their loved one.

Maplewood is a new, modern take on Assisted Living Facility. It is beautiful, the staff is phenomenal and helpful. I go in often and all of the residents speak about how great of a place to live it is. I could not recommend Maplewood more, it is the all-top supreme of Assisted Living/Memory Care Facilities. They have great events for their residents so that they are never bored. It does a perfect job at encompasses a modern beautiful flare while still being something familiar for the older residents, particularly in memory care. You can tell that everything down from the designing layout to the chef's dedicated menu has been thought out perfectly to create an excellent space and home for its residents.

I just can't say enough about the wonderful, compassionate, caring staff at Maplewood. They are truly angels. Referring to the residents, the activities director had said to me that this is their last stop before heaven, so we are here to love on them. I will be forever grateful to Maplewood for everything that they have done for my husband.

The community is very clean and the staff is friendly. There are many activities going on at Maplewood. The residents very happy and participating in many activities in various locations throughout.

This is a stunning facility with a top shelf team at the helm. The staff is caring, the facility is clean, and everyone there seems really happy. Not to mention the amazing food options offered each day.

I’ve done a lot of research on Senior living in the area and I really liked that Maplewood at Princeton is nice and centrally located in NJ for clients that I have all over the state of NJ. I also liked to see that it was right on a Penn Medicine Princeton Health campus too.

Went on a tour there and absolutely loved it. It would have been perfect,just what my family and I have been looking for.... BUT, was told they only take self pay, no medicare or Medicaid and without that we cannot afford it. What a shame. Absolutely fantastic place though.

I have been a resident here at Maplewood of Newton for a few years. From the beginning with the COVID pandemic. I found the atmosphere to be welcoming and friendly. The care and concerns of the staff were spot on. The maintenance men were great when needed. All in all it has been a pleasant experience. I am grateful. High praise for all.

I have lived in this community for over a year and received excellent care.

I appreciated the multiple aproaches to my care, including medical, meals, community activites and metro parks. I feel like I am regaining strength and can give and recive. Thanks to Maplewood.

My husband is in the nursing home and I am in assisted living. I can see him every day just walking through a hall way. So happy we can be together.

The place at Maplewood is suited for my personal needs and highly recommended. The facilities are very well taken care of, its clean with lots of room. We have a good activities program that keeps us busy.

Maplewood at Danbury gets all 5 stars. We have had a very good experience with this facility. The staff have all been extremely helpful and attentive to anything my loved one needs. I would recommend Maplewood to others looking for their loved ones.

Our dad has lived at Maplewood for over a year. The care and staff are friendly and attentive to dad's needs. The diversity of activities and outings are a nice offering, and the activities staff are always trying something new to engage my father in the day to day. I'd recommend to others and especially those that have parents that are self-isolating and don't have the ability to get out and socialize routinely. This move was a challenge initially as it was a change, but our dad has adapted and looks forward to dining with other gentleman and not having the burden of a large home and lawn to care for.

I have been living here for 5 months. Leaving ones home is never easy but the staff at maplewood at brewster has been very welcoming and caring. There are many activities, a beautiful therapy pool and great food!
