For the most part I have only food things to say! Many wonderful qualities! One "consistent" complaint: Not enough staff members. More staff especially at night and on weekends would change my rating to 5 stars.

We ruled this facility out. It was not well maintained. Staff did appear to be patient and engaged with residents. Reminded us too much of our loved one’s current facility.

Nice lace. They seem o really want to work with you. Great DHEC scores. A possibility.

Nice facility and [name removed] was very helpful. Not for mom as too expensive for shared rooms and out of reach for a single.

Community may be more geared for older people.

Visited Saturday at 2nd favorite, rooms ok . A bit out dated but seemed clean and friendly staff.

The employees are really nice. It seems to be a good place.

All updated and renovated and open after a year off flor flooding. I was interested in independent living and while these clients are welcome, the cost is for assisted living, which I was not interested in for a family member.

We toured this community for my father in law, and his needs. The tour went well. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The staff was kind, and helpful. The only thing I was not impressed with was the cleanliness of the community. Everyone was kind, but we did find another community that met our needs better.

I'am somewhat comfortable with my move to this community. I do feel they nickel, and dime with me with everything. There are a lot of hidden charges, and add charges to my bill that I did now know about. However they have an awesome staff. They have been very kind, and also helpful whenever needed. They do a good job with the cleanliness. There are activities offered, and they do provide good meals. With the billing issues I'am having, I would not recommend this community at this moment.

This facility is run by some very friendly people. Many who have worked there for a long time and that gives me comfort. My mother has lived there for a year and is doing well.

I took a tour of this community for my mother, and her needs. There were many factors that played into where to move my mother too. My tour was okay, but I did feel this was the community for us overall.

My uncle moved here recently. He is 97 with Alzheimer's disease. I think they are understaffed in professional caregivers. My uncle enjoys music.They have musical acts come in but sometimes he isn't able to watch them because they are performing on the other side of the community and he is in the memory care wing and no one can take him over there.The food at Habersham is terrific! I had lunch with him today and normally I don't like corned beef but it was pretty good.

We had a decent tour of this community. This is a big community from what we saw. The staff was friendly. I did notice for it being such a big community, the general common areas for the residents was small. It was an okay experience, but it wasn't the place for us.

Our family appreciated the warm and loving environment for my mom. They were accommodating to her needs and our desires for her wellbeing. The room she was placed in was quite small, but actually was fine for her. We found [Removed] to be very helpful in every aspect as we approached this new stage of life with mom. The one thing I would say is that the facility seemed quite cluttered with many decorations up. I suppose it is for the comfort and/or interest of the residents, but it seemed to me to be more confusing.

We had a tour of the community and all went good until we spoke about the programs for medicaid. They were not able to purse help after that. There was no sense continuing with them. It was not going to work out for us.

I feel the community needs to educate the family about the care cost that may add to the monthly rent. It has made a big difference in the long run for us. They are equipped to provide care for my loved ones and since using the memory care it has been more costly. The care is good and I was more focused with the care. The meals could be prepared to taste better. It is not the best. I liked that it is small and homey, it allows them to feel cozy.

We really loved the location of this facility, but were disappointed in the facility on several levels. The prices were very reasonable, but the facility still allows some of the residents to smoke in certain outside common areas at certain times, which is a concern. Another concern was that there seemed to be a lot of "conditionality" of whether a resident could continue to stay, as our contact cited an example of a gentleman with some abrasions/tears on his arms and they couldn't allow him to stay. The shared room which was available was small and could be manageable, but I found it unprofessional that the personality of the resident was discussed just outside the door, between our contact and an aide. The resident would have been the person that my mother would be sharing a room with, but I don't feel that it was appropriate to discuss a resident's personality with people touring a facility! We were also asked, what provisions we could make for my mother's care, if they chose not to accept her, once we moved her down, which led me to respond, "that's the only reason why we're here...to find a place for my mother to live!" The contact focused a lot on the condition of the property and what cosmetic issues she felt need to be resolved, but overall, we are concerned with the happiness and well-being of my mother, and not so much on whether the trim on the screened porch needs to be touched up.

We were helped and taken on the tour by some very knowledgeable people. We just did not go with this community because of the setting. It was not peaceful enough for what my loved one was looking for.
