The staff have been very nice and friendly with my loved one. However, I would recommend to look somewhere else. I would not recommend this place. My family and my loved one are not getting the services that were stated at the beginning.

Mill Creek Manor was okay. I was impressed with lady who gave the tour and took us around. But I was concerned that I didn’t see a lot of staff in memory care unit. And I actually talked to some people who had experience with their loved ones there. Overall I just didn't think it was the right place for our loved one.

The memory care was depressing and had no outdoor access for community members. Assisted Living area was decent.

We toured Osprey Manor and the staff were friendly and it was a welcoming facility. We did not tour the apartments so I am not sure on the sizes but the location is downtown and difficult to get to. I would just say it was an average place.

We chose Morningside because of the value for the money. I do think that the night time staff are a problem, they were grumpy and not very attentive to residents needs. I did have an issue that my mom was here 32 days and I had to move her because of care she needed, they charged me for an entire month extra for medications and the upgrade for the level of care that she was. Due to our experience I would maybe recommend to others looking.

The community was nice, and communication was good between the staff and our family. They kept us well informed and up-to-date. My loved one did not like the food at all. Depending on your loved one's needs, I would recommend this community to others.

I felt the community was kind of old and outdated. The staff was always willing to help and was friendly. The communication was ok and they could have done better with return calls. I would recommend this community to others

We do hear that they have some activities from our loved one, however we do think they could improve on expanding their nursing staff. Sometimes throughout the week there are only two nurses on the schedule.

I would tell others that we did not have the best experience here. The staff here kind of passed the ball around. You aren't able to speak with anybody and no one wanted to take responsibility for their actions. There was only one staff member we could really talk to, if she was not around we could not get a hold of anyone. I would not recommend.

It isn't what I expected. I didn't have a good experience at Atria Lutz. We had a short experience at the community. The pandemic may have made the experience worse. My loved one was having a difficult time with their medical conditions. This caused stress on myself.

From what our loved one says, the food is not good and they are having their meals delivered to their rooms due to COVID. The only activity we do know they had were bingo. We do know some of care takers take really good care of our loved one. The ladies at the front desk are awesome, they always answer our questions and help out our loved one.

We chose this facility because it was a first time thing and after looking around at about 4 different facilities, it looked homey and the affordable at the time. I would tell others to talk to others who have been there themselves or who have had loved ones in there and have had experience. After our experience, I would not recommend.

Make sure that you read the materials and you understanding exactly what services that will be provided. Especially the days of the week and the time before you commit to anything. The rooms are nice, and our loved one really enjoys the food, there is a nice variety.

prior to the management change, it was great, after the change, the communication has been terrible and, they do not return phone calls. We had an incident where my mom called and said there was an issue, and we called the emergency line and no one answered. We drove there and no one ever came to the or answered the phone. Their response was we are having an issue with that phone. I would not recommend this facility.

3 meals a day plus transportation to doctors.

From our understanding our loved one is well cared for, the two times we have been able to visit she was all clean and her hair was brushed. The community itself is clean, and its in a convenient area to where our loved one was prior, and convenient for us when we need to go visit. Also the price is pretty reasonable.

We chose Savannah Court because at the time, she had a dog. She wanted a secure place that she could take her dog out and they had a courtyard here. There were many things that they mislead us on once we moved in. They said they provided medical transportation, they did not tell us it was only on Tuesdays and Thursday's between 10-2 and that they wont go more than 5 miles out. They said they would take care of her medicine for her, they ordered her prescriptions from the wrong facility and are costing us a fortune, they have also lost her medicine a couple of times and ordered medications that she no longer needed. They have mold in the facility and in her room that we have found. They also told us we would take care of claims, and I have to do it myself otherwise it does not get done. They are nice people and all but they have a general lack of detail and communication and we expected more for the amount of money we pay. My mom is happy here so we have made it work for the time being.

The care services at Ashton Manor are fine, the food at this community is about average. Everything at this community would be about average. We would not recommend this community if asked, we were very confused with the care they provided our loved one during COVID. We felt they did not handle things well or in a timely manner.
