Nice facility friendly staff

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, I don't think the room they had available would have been a good fit for my loved one. It was located too far from the dining room and common areas, the walk would have been a bit much for her to do every day.

So far everything seems to be going well. I haven't heard any complaints about food or anything. I think everyone is pretty happy with it so far. The care seems to be pretty good.

I was just disappointed with the care that mother was receiving. Some of the staff is nice, but the breakdown comes with caregivers because sometimes my mother was [removed]; such as laundry. My mother loves the food and they did take care to seat her appropriately though.

The staff was very professional. They are dedicated and driven. They are very interested in there job. I am satisfied with the outcome. My loved one is very happy here. My overall rating of this property is 4 stars. It has been pretty good. It's a nice community.

We toured this community while we were looking into care options for a loved one. Sterling House of Greenville looked like a very nice place overall, and it was pet friendly which was one of our requirements. The facility was clean and well kept, and the staff seemed friendly and professional.

This is looking to be a very nice place. It's bright and there is lots of things for people to do. It's set up very nicely. I was impressed with the staff, they seemed pretty experienced with better training, than where we are now. There are other residents that have moved from our current place to this one. It's definitely an option.

I toured Savannah Ct and was very pleased with the facility. My mother was admitted on 3/23/15. This was the hardest thing I have ever had to do but everyone has been very supportive.

Overall we are very pleased. I do feel like they should have painted and replaced carpet in the room. I think that's what you should in between tenants. Also, the cupboards could have been cleaner. But, overall the property is well kept and welcoming.

on the down side I thought the community had a slightly corporate feel to it. On the up side it was immaculate. I didn't get to speak to any residents.

We were here for a while and it was pretty good. Things worked out well. Eventually we needed more care, and money got tight so we had to move. This was a good community though, I didn't have any concerns here.

It's okay. They keep it very clean. She does not like the food it's probably the biggest complaint. The three chef prepared meals a day is a big disappointment.

This was one of the places we visited during our search. It was very nice but more of a nursing home kind of atmosphere. It was also a little more expensive. They did have a full nursing staff 24/7. If you were looking for a nursing home setting this would be a good choice. They had friendly people, and good care. It was not the kind of place we were looking for though.

We're very happy with how things have gone at Marsh View Senior Living, I'd rate them highly across the board! It's a nice looking place, and everyone seems very friendly. And Mom seems to really like the food, and all of our loved ones who have visited have also had good things to say about it!

Things have gone very well with Savannah Court so far. They were very helpful and informative right from the start. Steven, who helped us through the whole process, had the answers for any questions we had, and was very up front about what they could and could no provide in comparison to other options in the area. The level of professionalism shown made me feel confident they could do a great job looking out for my loved one, and so far they've done a great job.

Nice place. Prefer not entering facility in the dining area. Small rooms.

Overall things have gone very well at Atria Mableton! Our loved one had lived in an Atria community in another state for quite a few years, and they did an excellent job there, and they've continued providing excellent service at this one as well! The staff have all been very friendly, the community itself is clean and well kept, and they take great care of our loved one!

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. We saw quite a few options when we were touring, but I think this would have been our 2nd choice! It was a very nice looking community, and we liked that were able to provide the full range of care, from assisted living up to skilled nursing.
