I loved the home-like feeling of this community. The director, [name removed] and the tour guide were very helpful. The apartments, eating area, multi-purpose room, and the library were nicely arranged. There are plenty places to go for those who live there.

My mother is at Brookdale Brushy Creek. She did not want to go to Assisted Living and made the transition very difficult. She will now say that she loves Brookdale and if she cannot be at her home this would be her second choice. She is very involved with activities and the socializing Brookdale offers. I too am very happy with Brookdale Brushy Creek. Since the facility is smaller it offers and added personal touch. The staff is very accommodating and very familiar with the needs of each resident. I personally would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for assisted living for someone.

This is the place we choose for Mom. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because we haven’t gotten moved in yet. We were able to score one of the largest rooms so she’ll have plenty of her own personal space which was important to her. There was lots of staff members around and they were all very friendly. They seemed to understand mom’s needs and appear able and willing to provide the needed care. We’ll be moving mom in a week or so only time will time. As we all know, making these decisions are hard for everyone and there is rarely the perfect place but I do hope Savannah Court will be the last move she’ll have to make.

The majority of the “team” here seem to care about the patient’s court side well-staffed, cove side – not too sure about. Have seen techs standing and when patients need care. Just my opinion.[Removed] are awesome and others I don’t know their names. Big, Big complaint is your parking!!! Needs to be addressed!!! Thanks

When we first moved my dad in last year it was a good facility. Since then they had 2 administrator changes which highly concerned us but from word of mouth in the community about the new executive director who came in around end of March/ early April, we decided to hold off moving dad to get a feel and so glad we did. It was some uproar with the staffing changes and thinning but once the dust settled, boy ol' boy has it been for the BEST !!! Staff is more focused and alert in the care and his needs. Their is a presence of pride in what they do now that we haven't even felt. [Name removed] and the staff are wonderful. The business manager is outstanding and is always helpful. [Name removed] has been adding new item for them to do and the new maintenance man is just unbelievably fast in fixing things for us. The food needs some work but the new Chef / Director is doing good changes so far. During the hurricane they were so prepared and planned out. They look at dad as their family and show him unbelievable respect and attention. So excited to see what the new year brings.

We toured a few different communities and this one we liked very much. However, I had been advised by someone not to consider a community that didn't have any nursing staff on site which this property does not. The community was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and nice most helpful during the tour. I did find that the community was maybe slightly too big for what my dad would have liked and made him feel comfortable.

As far as I know, she is settling in pretty good at Brookdale Columbia. She sounded really good and happy the last time I talked to her. She was enjoying playing Bingo and participating in the activities they provide for the residents. We are happy that the staff makes sure she takes her medication regularly. The staff is very friendly and welcoming when we come to visit. She did have a room to herself and then they moved her into a room where she shares it with a roommate. I think she is doing so much better having a roommate. Now she goes with the roommate to dinner and gets out of her room more often. They provide transportation so she can go to her own church. And her friends come by and take her to go places. We are looking for some more furniture that will help make her room more comfortable. It is a nice and clean community, I was impressed.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The staff was kind, and helpful. My questions were answered. From what I saw the community appeared to be well-kept. The experience went well, but I did find another community that met our needs better overall.

Mom has only been there a little over a week. The staff is nice and the place is clean. The meals look good. I like the fact that the residence all get the call button to wear. Mom had to use that already. Prices for care are better than most.

We had a wonderful tour of this community. It is in a very nice location, and everything went well. The staff was kind, and helpful. Our questions were answered. The community was nice, and clean. It was a good experience, but we did find another community that suited my grandmothers needs better.

We picked Savanah Court for my mom based on a number of factors. First was value, second was Location and facilities. As it turns out this was a good decision. So far everything has been going well. We've been impressed with the overall care Mom has gotten. She likes her apartment and we like the management of her medications and therapy. After all she has been through, multiple hospital and rehab stays in the past few ,months we feel she is finally thriving. One thing mom really enjoys are the meals. The choices and preparation are great and she is finally eating well, and enjoying it, on a regular basis.

We toured this community for care. We did like the friendly staff who were caring and able to give us the tour. We did like the cleanliness of the community. The menu was appealing, and the lunch we had was average. They offer activities for the residents. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

The management staff is very low rate when it comes to the hands on staff have over heard many times management talking down or talking about hands on staff but the sad thing of it all is the way some of the resident talk to the hands on staff and most of all how the Executive Director talk to staff members. Over all care is GREAT even though the building is very short staff across the board. I would like to know why fish is being served 4 nights out the week. Great place are far as care but I would not allow my DOG to work there. Watch how you talk and treat your staff.

The staff (care partners) is made up of mostly women who outstanding and second shift goes above and beyond which is the reason why my in law is there. The management team are low class at it's best the staff is over worked and very much under staff. Have seen this more then once. The food is great until dinner due to having fish more then 2 nights a week. [Removed] who is the Executive Director is very Rude to the staff and have no form of Empathy . Do not know who is in charge of Assessments but they need to learn the difference from Assisted living and skilled care. If you want a place where the staff cares for your love one then this is the place but not for employment..... Please pray for the Ladies of Harbor Chase of Columbia

I know I made a good decision having mom come and stay at Atria Mableton. It is a well-kept and clean community. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Right now due to health complications she is in the hospital. But the staff has been very friendly and caring and attentive to her care needs. They are also warm and welcoming to me when I come to visit. I would definitely recommend the Atria Mableton to friends and family.

Enjoyed the clean atmosphere that this facility had. I also was impressed by the activities and places in which the residents were allowed to go. Along with the several views of the outside they had. However when looking for two people the rooms were too small.

Really enjoy this facility. It was very clean and very home like. How ever when looking for two people to be in a room the rooms were very small.

They took good care of my dad for the short time he stayed at HarborChase of Columbia. The community is warm and inviting to family members. The director was very involved and the community is well run and efficient. The staff was very hands on in attending to my dad's care. It is a beautiful and well-kept community.

This is the first community I have visited so I don't have anything to compare. However, I found the community clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. I like the option of villa housing for independent living, but I did not get the feeling there is a lot of contact or support for their care.

The staff at this community are really nice to my mom and she is doing well with their help. She really likes the food they make. My mom recently started to join some activities that is provided for all the residents.
