We really liked the staff when we first came to visit, they were very friendly. The community has a very welcoming feeling to it. They have a few different room sizes to choose from, and we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

When we first toured this community it was very clean, but unfortunately we have not been back since COVID so we don't know how clean this community has been kept. The staff is very friendly. My mom in general likes the food, but would love to see more of variety of vegetables and fish. We thought the rooms were very well laid out, very spacious. The windows that are in the rooms provide really good natural light.

They clean the rooms every day and the bathrooms. They also do the residents laundry and clean the common spaces so they are spotless. The front desk staff are very attentive and are very responsive. The med techs are also very concerned and caring. They do provide activities. The only thing I think they might be able to improve on is the menu available to the residents. Compared to other communities in the area, we think Grace Manor Suites is a good value.

There are a few things that could be improved! Food is pretty food when it is served hot. Waitresses are good they do their best! [Name removed] is great because she makes sure you are pleased. Overall I think the place is great. The only issue I see is too much staff turnover and I fell sometimes it reflects on being short staff which comes at a price for the resident's care. It also limits activities if staff is covering the issue of being short-staffed. Would love to see a shuffleboard game but outside as an activity in the future. Also the 2,000 now refundable deposit is a bit steep for the elderly.

Activities during the day need to be geared towards people sometimes who can't quite comprehend normal routine and also activities for "men." Would like to see activities done outside on patio when warm. Also if front door is going to be kept open then an employee must be at the front desk at all times. To prevent residents that should not be outside alone and safety reasons. Otherwise, experience has been great!!

Mother has been there for 10 weeks. She says the staff is very friendly and caring. The food is good and the facilities is very clean. I think she is being taken care of very well. I am happy that it is a Christian facility and there is a Sunday morning service for the residents.
