Mainstay Healthcare Management

So far everything is working out pretty well for my father in law with his move to this community. He is doing okay, and we are satisfied with his move here. We know he is safe, and receiving good care. Overall it is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for my family so far.

My father is slowly adjusting to this community, but so far everything is working our pretty well. I'am comfortable with his move here, I know he is receiving great care. They have a very good staff for the most part. The activities director is amazing. She is very good at encouraging the residents. The meals are decent. I know he is safe, and in a good place. This is a community I would recommend.

My mother in law is really enjoying her time here at this community. It is a great place, and we are pleased with all they have done. She has improved very much. The meals are great, and she has even gained some weight. So we know she is pleased with the meals. There are plenty of activities offered for the residents. Everything is working out very well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

II am happy with the care that my husband is getting here. The staff are outstanding. The food is outstanding with a good variety. They do offer him alot of activities. The community is always clean and taken care of. We would recommend the community to other families for the care and the value that is reveived here.

My dad is not at this community anymore but it was not all bad, it just didn't work out for him. He lived in a clean community and the staff cared for him well. As for the meals it was not his favorite, it was not what he was used to. They had activities for him to get involved with but he was not into it.

My friend is doing well at this community. They are taking good care of her and her needs. She is doing very well, and everything is working out very well. The community is well maintained. Everything is neat and tidy. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I know she is safe and being cared for well at this community.

They are caring for her well, and I'am satisfied with her move here. The staff is wonderful, they are very kind. There are activities available for her when she ready. She isn't pleased with the meals. They need more of a variety for the residents to choose from. I know she is safe and in good hands. This is a community I would recommend.

This is a nice community, and my tour went well. Everyone very friendly and courteous. From what I saw everything looked well maintained, and clean. The staff I came across was friendly and kind. This is a kind community. My tour was a good one, and they treated my family and myself very well.

Lake land is cleanand taken care of very nicely. We did not like the lighting that my grandmother would need We wanted walk in level showers for her to be able to feel safe.The staff was nice and friendly. The nurses seemed inattentive when it came to taking care of the residents. We did not feel at home here. Families would like the clean community. The staff did answer are questions on everyrhing.

I was able to take a tour of this community and we really liked it. The people were nice and friendly and they answered all the questions. I would love to send my loved one here, but they are just way to pricey. Also no one ever called me back.

This community does cater to a variety of different ages. The caregivers I met were nice. The community was clean. They offered activities and allowed pets.

Brookdale has a warm, welcoming entrance. Everyone one of the staff we met, we liked! The tenants, are very nice, and say hello to everyone! We've met a few and a lot of them have been here for years, and then stayed after their spouse's passed on. They love it here and it really is well put together with tons of activities, a bus to take you shopping, to the movies or other entertainment. Everything is at your fingertips! Beautiful Dinning, a Solon, Doctor's, Nurses...right there! You really can't beat it! And, last but not least, Help! When you're looking after someone, and you're both getting up there in age, it is a struggle for one of them, always. So there is help with baths, going to bed, dressing and even taking care of your meds you might forget! It really is amazing and very comforting.

The staff gave us a very warm welcome and greeted us in a timely matter upon arriving for our tour. The property seemed clean and had a fresh smell throughout the community. I have no complaints about our visit and would recommend this place to any families looking for additional care for there loved one.

Dad is still adjusting to living at Brookdale. The staff are nice. This is a small recently renovated community. They offer daily activities and numerous trips out. The food is a little bland but the offer a variety and they offer unlimited dining during the day. I would recommend this community.

So far I am happy with the care. My dad is enjoying the meals and he just started participating in activities. The staff have been making him comfortable and welcomed. From what I've seen for the first time visiting, he looks good and it's a great place. I also think they should itemize the personal care with the billing statement.

I would recommend Brookdale Sumter to family and friends. The staff is attentive and nice. The meal portions that my loved one has are good and healthy. There are some music activities that my loved one likes. Many more activities are also offered on site. My loved one is doing great and they are most importantly safe.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my uncle here at this community. He is doing well here, and I'am pleased. I would say for the most part this is a good community. My uncle is in good hands here.

The caregivers seem to truly care about the residents, respond as quickly as possible when assistance is needed. The food is very good. They have a schedule of exercises & therapy. The facility is very clean, no offensive odors. Outside very clean & beautifully landscaped. A very pleasant facility & the family of a resident can feel comfortable & assured of good care for their loved one.

We are very happy with Brookdale in Florence. Very clean, very friendly and genuinely seem to care about my mother.

Brookdale Columbia is an older facility, they are in the process of upgrading. This facility is extremely clean, well managed and the care my mother is receiving is exceptional. They made the transition easy and were accommodating of our needs. There are plenty of activities, movies, movie room, cards, games, there's a patio to go out on when the weather is nice. I have eaten there with my mother and the food is good.
