I like it because you make friends and the apartments feel like at home

Great place for your family member. The small size allows staff to know each individuals needs. Front office with [names removed] are easy to talk to and get things done and to get answers. Caregivers, med techs and staff are caring and professional. Food is okay but i am a very picky eater

It's been good, I've been treated well. I'm satisfied, no complaints.

It's been a very hard experience, but that's just based on our specific family dynamics. It's hard to communicate with the staff. That's my biggest problem. Part of that is Covid. When I do get ahold of them, they're very responsive. I know they have a lot on their plate, but I wish there was better communication. That is my ONLY opportunity for improvement for them. Otherwise, the people are very nice, they keep it very clean, it's very easy to get in there, and my loved one is very happy. The lady at the front desk is amazing. My loved one enjoys the activities and looks forward to them - she loves the music they bring in. The entertainment and the celebrations are wonderful. Compared to other places that we looked at, I'm impressed with how nice it is for being so affordable. Everyone gets a private room, which is a huge plus. I'm very happy with this place.

We chose Atria because of the convenient location to family and the value for the money. My mom;s room is the size of a hotel room, it is adequate for what she needs. They offer different sizes on rooms as well. They were very helpful and walk you through the whole process. The whole experience was pretty nice and my mom has settled in well. I would recommend to others looking.

We would recommend this community to others, but they could at times use more staff. However, they have just been excellent, they stay in touch with us and during this weird time we can call at anytime and the overall communication has been excellent. Everyone has really done the best that they can.

I would tell others it is wonderful and comfortable. I believe my loved one received good care. The staff was alright to work with. Tiffany is wonderful to work with. The issue I had with the community is that I wasn't able to get all my loved one's belongings. The community kept saying I did get all their belongings back. I kept telling the community I was missing some belongings. This really upset me. I've never got a call back from them to resolve this issue.

I have the opportunity to observe Atria Forest Lake on a weekly basis (less so during covid restrictions) and am pleased with their care of my mother. I recognize that the staff have a difficult responsibility, but more often than not they administer their duties with a smile and a pleasant attitude. Before the current restrictions against visitation, the activities mother participated in were frequent and enjoyable. We all look forward to a return to normal. Hats off to Atria.

We chose this facility at the time because it was the nicest one out of the 4 I saw and the pricing at the time was very attractive. The guy who was running the facility at the time was extremely nice and helpful. He has since left and there is a new manager, we like him as well. The room sizes here are adequate for the needs. Overall, it is a nice place and we have had a good experience. I would highly recommend them.

The staff is very friendly and upbeat. They had some activities always going on. The rooms had a very nice view and were very spacious. Just make sure that if your loved one has and disabilities they are able to get around in their space ok. I would definitely recommend this community to others

We could see the lobby inside of the community and it was nice, and the staff members were more than willing to work with you and were very caring. They did take good care of our loved one, but when it came to the business and money side of things that is where we felt somewhat disappointed.

The staff is most helpful and accomodating. The rooms are very clean and the staff if friendly and accommodating. The activities are easy and fun.

We chose Mill Creek Manor because it had a very nice independent living section. He is in a 2 bedroom standard size apartment and they also have an all inclusive meal plan. My dad really enjoys the meals that are provided, he thinks they have a great variety. We are definitely happy with our choice.

you will need to be very vigilant and advocate for your loved one yourself. You need to follow up with management and staff to make sure things are being done correctly and that they do what they say they're going to do. I would not recommend this facility

We chose Morningside of Savannah because the facility was very clean and had no smell, it is spacious, and the location was good for our family. They had a lot of activities pre-covid, they had things like animals coming in once a week to visit with the residents, people coming in to play music, etc. The staff members try very hard and they are very patient with their residents and they are always available to talk to you, easy to communicate with. I would recommend to others who are looking.

We chose Brookdale Oakbridge because of the location, it was very convenient. The room sizes here are more than adequate for my mothers needs. I have not eaten here, but she said its hit or miss. The best part about the community so far is the friendliness of the staff members, they relate well to not just the residents, but the family members. They strive to make it feel like a homey environment. I would recommend.

Most of the staff is very nice. They have made some nice improvements the past year. Laundry and the library.

We really like Aston Manor at Sugarloaf. The cost is affordable. The community is kept up nicely. The staff is very helpful. The room is cozy for my loved one. There is a kitchenette in the room.
