The management staff is very low rate when it comes to the hands on staff have over heard many times management talking down or talking about hands on staff but the sad thing of it all is the way some of the resident talk to the hands on staff and most of all how the Executive Director talk to staff members. Over all care is GREAT even though the building is very short staff across the board. I would like to know why fish is being served 4 nights out the week. Great place are far as care but I would not allow my DOG to work there. Watch how you talk and treat your staff.

The staff (care partners) is made up of mostly women who outstanding and second shift goes above and beyond which is the reason why my in law is there. The management team are low class at it's best the staff is over worked and very much under staff. Have seen this more then once. The food is great until dinner due to having fish more then 2 nights a week. [Removed] who is the Executive Director is very Rude to the staff and have no form of Empathy . Do not know who is in charge of Assessments but they need to learn the difference from Assisted living and skilled care. If you want a place where the staff cares for your love one then this is the place but not for employment..... Please pray for the Ladies of Harbor Chase of Columbia

I know I made a good decision having mom come and stay at Atria Mableton. It is a well-kept and clean community. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Right now due to health complications she is in the hospital. But the staff has been very friendly and caring and attentive to her care needs. They are also warm and welcoming to me when I come to visit. I would definitely recommend the Atria Mableton to friends and family.

Enjoyed the clean atmosphere that this facility had. I also was impressed by the activities and places in which the residents were allowed to go. Along with the several views of the outside they had. However when looking for two people the rooms were too small.

Really enjoy this facility. It was very clean and very home like. How ever when looking for two people to be in a room the rooms were very small.

They took good care of my dad for the short time he stayed at HarborChase of Columbia. The community is warm and inviting to family members. The director was very involved and the community is well run and efficient. The staff was very hands on in attending to my dad's care. It is a beautiful and well-kept community.

This is the first community I have visited so I don't have anything to compare. However, I found the community clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. I like the option of villa housing for independent living, but I did not get the feeling there is a lot of contact or support for their care.

The staff at this community are really nice to my mom and she is doing well with their help. She really likes the food they make. My mom recently started to join some activities that is provided for all the residents.

I'd like the facility I like the people the rooms were clean I was not entirely happy with the parking and there wasn't a lot of round that area

I did not really care for Habersham House when I toured. They had happy hour on Fridays and I did not think that would be good for my mother with all of her medications. It would probably be the place she wanted but not what she needed.

This is an older community that they have updated. They do keep it clean and the staff are nice. The food is alright and they do offer some nice amenities. This is an ok community.

My sister, Mother, and I visited with [Removed] on June 3rd. She gave us a wonderful tour, fresh rolls, introduced us to staff and residents, and let us meet Miss [Removed] to see the set up of her apartment.

We had a pleasant tour of this community. Everything went well, and everyone was kind. The community was clean, and from what I saw everything was well-kept. The staff was kind, and friendly. Our questions were answered. It was nice experience, and our tour went well.

[Removed] was awesome! The facility was. great, but lacking in areas for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. No "zen" areas so to speak. I felt like it was a community that catered more to those that were still able to get around on their own with their vehicles. Pricing for some of the amenities was a little off the wall for me, but still a very nice place.

We toured this community for the care for a friend. The staff was nice and we did like that the community appeared to be clean and well maintained. They offer a nice menu. Activities are offered. We would recommend this community for other families to tour for care for a loved one.

They offer a lot of daily activities. The staff are friendly and encouraging. Mom really likes the food. They keep the community clean. This community has a homey feel to it and I would recommend it.

We toured this community for care. We did not like that the residents were not active. The community was clean We were happy with the staff who were able to answer the questions that we had on the care that is offered. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My father is doing okay, he is finally starting to settle in. He is still wanting to go home. They keep him safe. The staff there is great, they are very kind and patient with him. They tolerate the situations very well.

We toured several communities when looking for my uncle and this was my first pick.The place is super and well managed. It's a smaller community but we were impressed. Unfortunately, around the time of searching there was no availability and we chose another community.

Everything is working out pretty well for us here at this community. My mother is doing since her move to this community. I do feel she is safe, and in good hands at this facility. They have a very good staff, they are taking good care of her. This is community I would recommend, it is a nice place.
