We met with [name removed], the Brookdale Oakbridge Sales Manager, for about an hour. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. I am pleased with the facilities and will keep this on our short list of assisted listing facilities.

My Mom loves her new home. New management is still trying to right the wrong from the old owner. Brand new staff and they love the patients. The food is incredible! I often eat with my Mom so I can see what they are feeding her and hands down- since May the food has been delicious and delivered hot. Kudos to the staff for loving the residents. I see the staff helping in all areas not just their assigned ones. I witness the Kitchen Manager helping someone to their room- she stopped what she was doing to help. I’m very happy and plan on keeping my mom there as long as she wants to be.

Very nice place with great and caring people. Activities could be better but they are changing out old staff and bringing better people in. Ate with my Mom on several occasions and the food was very good and not typical to Assisted Living blan foods. Very friendly staff in dining and other areas.

September of 2018 I had to place my Dad in memory care. You would find it hard to find a more caring, safe and clean place to have someone you love placed. Everyone, no matter their job at Savannah Court of Oviedo are awesome. They know each resident because the interact with them 24/7. I change up my routine of coming, which allows me to learn that they are always there tending to my Dad and all the residents. Everyone is treated equal! Even when I've gotten the phone call at 9pm or 2am. The staff keeps me updated on Dad's activities and how he is doing, even though I usually pop in daily. The PT/OT staff share with me how Dad is doing and what activities I can do with him while I am there. Savannah Court WELCOMES family to come and interact with their Love One(s). I have come to enjoy/love some of the other residents there as well. Savannah Court of Oviedo is TRULY the BEST place that you can TRUST the CARE of the ONE YOU LOVE.

My mom started out going for day stay 2 times per week plus respite care when we had to travel starting back in early 2017. Almost a year ago mom became a full-time resident. It was a natural transition for mom. She knew the place and the welcoming staff. Shout out to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and the many staff members that are there taking care of not only mom but all the other residents. They are amazing and very hands on! I cannot express fully how important it is that I feel that mom is in competent and caring hands. I drop in all the time with no rhyme or reason and have never been disappointed in mom's care. I wish she could still be at home with us but this is the next best thing.

The Lakeland team members are ready and able to assist when necessary. My mother really talks about all her new found friends, both residents and the Grand VIlla team. We appreciate the security and standard of living provided by Grand VIlla.

WoW! What an amazing place. The moment that we ‘dropped in’ for a tour we knew that this was the right place for our Nana. The Executive DIrector ([name removed]) & the Operations Manager ([name removed]) have been here for us throughout the entire process. Our Nana is 94 years old and has dementia. She has been at Grand VIlla for exactly one month and during this time we have had the opportunity to meet and work with most of the staff, not only in the Memory Care unit but throughout the entire facility. Our Nana’s health has deteriorated significantly over the past four weeks and we are preparing ourselves for her transition into heaven. As many know, this is the most challenging of times for her and for us but we can honestly say that we have been so very blessed to have each and every teammember here at Grand VIlla~side by side with us on this journey. The compassion that they display is like none that we have ever felt. In spite of the challenges that each of the staff members face on a daily basis, they manage to keep the place clean and the residents calm while maintaining a smile on their face and a genuine sense of concern for each and every resident and their family members. This place has superb leadership that begins at the top and is definitely not lost throughout the process which has created a team of people that I like to think of as our very own guardian angels~ hand selected to become a part of our Nana’s life as well as ours. When we say that everyone displays a sense of pride and compassion, we sincerely mean everyone. Every interaction has been positive and amazing,to say the least. We would be lying if we did not admit that we are heartbroken to watch our precious Nana aging and progressing deeper into the throws of dementia but as we sit by her side, we know that we are not alone as our Grand VIlla ‘family’ is right here beside us providing peace and comfort for her and for us. Most of us will be faced with the challenges that come along with caring for aging parents or grandparents at some point in our lives. We have chosen to see the blessing in this....and for us, the blessing has been the opportunity to move through this stage of life with the help of our new friends and family at Grand Villa. If you are in need of assistance or in search of a new home for your loved one, please, please give these folks a call. I promise that you will be thankful that you did.

My mother has been at Mars Hill Retirement for almost 2 years. The all around care here is very good. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice place for their loved one.

Mars Hill Retirement Community has been a wonderful place for our mother to spend her senior years. We were told when we were looking to bring her there that if she came they would love her and they have made her feel loved. She attends most activities and enjoys the lovely dining room for meals. We rest much easier each day and night knowing she is safe and happy.

I absolutely love Wellington Manor. I m so glad I did my homework and found this place. The staff takes such good care of not only my dad but if all the residents. Could not be happier. Thank you to A Place for Mom for the recommendation

I moved here April 2017. I thought I would bring my past professional experiences, but found out it was the best living experience that I had ever had to "learn" about myself. I am an only child and had a wide variety of experiences working with others. The support of the staff including the CNA's is most exceptional as are the activities, food and day trips.

We toured several nursing homes and my husband was in a rehab unit after living in MHRC for awhile. Food and staffing in all places was terrible. MHRC is like a posh hotel by comparison. I join my husband for dinner or lunch on several occasions and the meals are wonderful. His comment after being in rehab for a month was "I want to get back to my cheerful CNA's and enjoy hugs and laughter and enjoy eating again!"
