Looking around for a place for my mother. Came across this beautiful community during my drive. This community is absolutely beautiful. Still smells and looks new— very well kept. Staff are also friendly. Place I would definite place my mother. Concierge gives a "very good" first impression!

The staff, from the front desk to staff helping residents, to the director, are caring and professional. My mother was against moving out of her home, but now loves Grace Manor.

I am grateful that my mother lives in such an inviting and friendly ALF. The staff is caring and helps my mother when needed. The activities calendar is full of things to keep her active and her mind working.

Ashton Manor has been a wonderful place for my Mom to live. The staff is very friendly and caring and they keep the place extremely well kept.

Visited late yesterday a staff member opened the doors to us without asking who we were and we gained access immediately that was a svare. No movement in hallways most at dinner rooms are big possible ootion sonce they do take Medicaid. Left message with [Name removed]

The Brookdale Senior Living facility was excellent. They were friendly and did all they could help us get settled in. They helped us get the furniture that we needed . They were helpful in getting medical assistance and helped us get to places that we needed to attend. They helped us get to appointments.

We met with [name removed] for an hour and was given a tour. The place had a family atmosphere and was clean and comfortable. This was the lower priced facility for memory care of the two different ones we visited today.

Food is very good. Service in the dining room is great. They make sure that we are taken care of and the front desk is very helpful. It is a great place to make new friends!

A friend of mine's Mother lives here and recommended it. I have been very happy here. It is clean, all the staff members are helpful and go out of their way to help you. The food here is outstanding. If you do not like or want what is on the menu, you can order something else. We have an activities director and she always has something fun to do; Walmart outings, Bingo. I have made a lot of friends here and we all eat together and have a lot of fun!!!

After checking out several independent living facilities for my 86 year old mother, we decided to go with Ashton Manor. This was hands down the best overall value of any facility we toured. This is a high quality facility at a great price point. My mother has been here for a few weeks now and she absolutely loves it. I looked at Ashton last year when it was under the previous management team and the the place was not very professionally run (we would not have put my mother in that environment). However, the new ownership team is awesome and has a demonstrated commitment to excellence. They have made amazing upgrades in both the facility and the staff. We feel truly blessed to have discovered Ashton Manor. Highly recommend it!!

My husband utilized the short term respite care & was treated like a family member. He was exceptionally cared for & received friendly, safe & personalized care. We so appreciate this option of care & want to shout out a huge thank you to all concerned. The community of care has the feeling of home with lots of love & interest in the residents. The one level facility offers eyes on care which is a good feeling for the extended family. They want input & communication with the family. We will be back very soon & once again want to say a huge thank you to all behind the scenes of this caring place.

Ashton Manor at Sugarloaf has a wonderful staff and is a first-class community. I will definitely tell others about my experience and recommend to people I know.

My mother was recently admitted to the memory unit at Ashton Manor . I couldn’t be more impressed with the staff and how the people who met my mother went out of their way to make her feel welcome . I was so worried that she wouldn’t like it and demand to go home but by the time I left she was happy and already settling in . The facility manager made the whole process of admitting my mother very simple and painless and the professionalism really impressed me . I work in healthcare and have seen first hand how some homes and the staff that work there operate and to say it leaves a lot to be desired is a understatement and that is definitely not the case here. The communication between me and them has from the start has been quick and pleasant. Any questions I had were quickly answered and communication in this sort of situation is important. I couldn’t be more happy with Ashton Manor and was very comfortable leaving my mother in their care.
