The community is clean. The staff is very welcoming and when I go and see my dad and see him interacting with the staff, they seem great. My dad loves the food and the care giving is very communicative with me about his care. He seems to be enjoying his time here at Ashton Manor.

They really put the residents needs first. The food is great it is always warm. I like that they keep the food covered until it is delivered.They have outdoor space. The cafe always has muffins and fruit out as snacks and table and chairs for residents. The building is circular so you really can't get lost.

The most important thing to us is that they care about their residents and they take good care of them. They have the residents' best interest at heart. The food I have had has been good. They offer a lot of soups that are hard for my mom to eat. We have been very pleased overall. We have had other family members at Brookdale and have been pleased with their care and we have been pleased with my mom’s care.

It's a smaller independent community about 100 residents that make fast friends. In spite of being independent, the staff and management do look after the welfare of the people. It sets a few blocks from Lakeland Hospital and Watson Clinic and other medical facilities and a few blocks off a main road, and may I add, the rent is comfortable.

I am a recent resident of Osprey Manor - as of (less than) one month I have experienced a very welcoming reception I have met several neighbors who have helped to make my move-in easier than expected. I have enjoyed playing bingo and plan to attend more activities such as movies, etc. I thank [name removed] for being so helpful.
