They were so wonderful and caring. I so enjoyed getting to know the staff. They were very great in caring for my mom in the final days. My mom was happy there and I felt happy she was somewhere being taken great care of while I had to be away.

This is my dad's second time at Atria. Here was there in early 2020 but due to a medical issue had to leave and go to rehab. The Covid pandemic forced him to stay in the rehab location for longer than we would have liked and while we were very pleased with the care in rehab, he reached the point he was able to return to Atria last week. The staff welcomed him with open arms and i am not sure I have seen him smile so much in quite some time! The property is just the right size, the staff/resident ratio is very good, and the manner in which they care for their residents exceeds what one would expect. My dad is 95 and in memory care and I am 100% confident he is getting the best care possible. Even the way they conduct in person visits allows that connection to be the best it can be. I can strongly recommend Atria

I would recommend the community to others. The staff takes care of all the medical conditions my loved on has. They even refill all her medication for us. They are providing the vaccines for the virus for the residents. The staff is excellent. If I can't a hold of my loved one; the staff is willing to assist us in connecting with each other.

The staff are great and very friendly. They are cooperative with the residents. It has been during the pandemic for the time I have been here. They are showing movies on Thursdays, and have other activities. The food is 'good'. It is cooked well, and you have choices of the food. They do have a main menu and some alternative menus available, except during the pandemic.

We are absolutely loving Sunabella of Towne Lake and my grandma is so happy here. We are very pleased with them and the care that she is receiving. The staff have been incredible and have really worked with us. She moved in in the middle of the pandemic and they have made the transition so easy and have made time to make her feel welcome and make sure she is happy.

The staff and management changed a few times but was all for the best. Management now doesn't seem to have time for BS or passing the buck. They have done an amazing job during this trying Covid times. It is hard to know mom has passed on but I am so grateful for the care she had here.

We chose Brookdale Brushy Creek because I had known one of the staff members who worked in here so I felt more comfortable with it. I was also very impressed with the facility. The room sizes here were plenty big and it was neat the way they are set up. I ate here a couple times with my mom and the food was good. Overall, I really liked this facility. I felt like I didn't have to worry about my mom as much and I was at peace knowing she was taken care of here.
