Atria Forest Lake provides excellent care, support and activities for the residents who live there. The staff knows each and every resident and all of their needs. The engage life program provides many opportunities for residents to join groups and meet other residents. This is a wonderful community!

We had seen a few other communities in person, and we were actually not able to see this one in person due to the covid restrictions. However, the staff was very consistent with reaching out to us, checking on how our family is doing during the decision process. They were not pushy and that ultimately made our choice. They offer a lot of great activities and do a good job keeping the residents active and engaged. We definitely think the value for cost is worth it.

We can't say enough about our experience in moving my mother into the Memory Care unit at Atria Forest Lake. From the first visit, we were impressed with the staff's professionalism and compassionate care for residents. They also helped us in making the transition smooth with suggestions for how best to prepare my mother for the move and accommodated deliveries of furniture, etc., for her room. Placing Mom was a tough, heart-wrenching decision but the staff at Atria managed to alleviate our worries and doubts with helpful tips and just being there when we needed help and assurance.

Once my sisters and I had a tour/meeting at The Atria on Forest Drive we knew this would be the place for our mom! The facility and grounds were so appealing, clean and well kept. The staff, care takers and everyone we met were so genuinely nice, friendly and professional. The dining room was open and inviting for a good meal. Mom's apartment (the studio deluxe) fits her and her belongings beautifully and she felt right at home. She continues to enjoy the meals, activities and exercise classes with her new friends. She also just enjoys some of private time in her apartment reading the paper, napping, etc. My sisters and I are so pleased with new stimulation she gets everyday. Her being around people and activities has definitely made a positive effect on her. We (including mom) could not be happier with our decision to make The Atria her new home.

I was moving my husband from another community. The staff made this move very easy for our loved one but also for the rest of the family. Never was a question looked upon as irrelevant. My husband is very happy here as well as I am . He receives great care by everyone.

We chose Quillen Manor because they have a buy in program as far as if her money runs out she can go to medicaid, they accept that which is great. The room sizes at the facility seem to be good. She really enjoys the food that they here. I would recommend to other families.

I can't believe how great an experience this was.

They are wonderful. Our loved one is happy, and they take good care of her. She says she likes the food. They call me and check in with me. I can't say enough good things about them, everybody there. They've followed Covid protocol and have done a really good job keeping everybody safe. I don't think anybody has been sick there. Their cleaning is as good as it gets, and there's no urine smell. They've been great in working with me and our budget, and from what I can tell, they provide stellar care. I was really worried about placing our loved one, that it would be a bad experience and she wouldn't be happy. But that has not been the case at all.

My loved one is well taken care of and they are attentive to her needs. She is very happy here, and they have a very welcoming and friendly staff. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The entire staff was friendly. The Facility is appropriate for my family member. We felt Welcomed.

They have great experienced caregivers and nurses. We went with this community due to the experience level of the staff. If I get into a place where I need assistance, I would want to go here just based on the food. You should see the meals the chef prepares. It's almost gourmet with great presentation. My loved one is enjoying the food, so it must be really good. The activities are really good. The staff are sending pictures to me of my loved one participating in activities.

Our loved one loved her stay there, she is home now but once she is able to go back she will most definitely be going there. The cleanliness of the place was one of the biggest things for us, and the staff members just seemed so friendly and very caring. They gave her a sense of independence with a little assistance which was nice, they let her set up the dining room tables before meals.

The Reserve at Towne Lake has everything we could ask for to keep our mom safe, active and engaged. Everyone was very helpful. A beautiful home for mom.

The facility was very comfortable and inviting. Staff was friendly and [name removed] was very helpful. We were looking for a respite for a few days and now my mom thinks she wants to move in. She loves the idea of living on her own at 96! Many thanks for everyone’s help. We had no idea this type of help was available

The staff members would be above five stars, and we are very impressed with the cleanliness of the community. We have heard from other residents that they are very pleased with the food they serve. Sometimes our loved one is a picky eater so she complains, but they are very accommodating to fixing her something special that she will like which we appreciate. Compared to other communities we feel that we got a very good deal.

Very nice, very comfortable, clean and caring environment. Just what my sister would need. We are just not ready to take the step to move yet.

It is a great place with great staff. You will be very happy here. There are quite a few activities for the residents to choose from. The communication is great, you get a call or answer quickly to any question or concern.

I like everything here, there's nothing to not like. The people are very nice and helpful. All the girls that work here are so sweet to me and they give you cookies in the afternoon, I would give it a 10
