Sunabella is very accommodating to us all the staff helps anyways needed. The meals are great. We have cleaning and laundry. Fun activities. The building and grounds are beautiful. It is friendly and a loving environment. I love it here.

The community provided the best service there is. The staff wants above and beyond to take care of my loved ones and truly cared. Communication was very good and they kept us well informed and were quick to return calls. I would recommend this community and already have.

I chose Carolina Gardens because it was less expensive than some of the others that I looked into. The rooms are on the smaller side. The meals here are chef prepared and we are given a daily menu with choices. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

I can’t say enough about the staff of Sunabella of Towne Lake. Their love and care is over and above anything I have ever seen. My mother was a resident for almost three years and during that time she enjoyed the many activities and friends that she made. Sunabella was her “home” and the staff became, and will always remain, a part of our family.

We had to make a very difficult decision to be sure we found a very safe place for my 93 year old mother. SUNABELLA is that perfect place. Everybody is so kind and mother is finally settling & calling it home. We are so comforted knowing she is eating well, her meds are correct, and she is finally socializing. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Sunnabella!

Even though the activities were limited they still put in a lot of effort to have things from time to time. Our loved one really enjoys the food, and she really likes the staff members. We would recommend this community to others.

I think this community is excellent and was for my mother. The staff was great to work with. They were able to keep me updated via phone and email during the pandemic. The grounds looked good about a year ago. The community was able to give both vaccines to the residents.

My wife and I spent almost a year in Atria. Long enough to realize the values and success. Atria’s values included integrity, optimism, serving God by serving those most in need with whatever was requested, by dedicated professionals. My wife and I could attest to Atria’s success for their residents. It was our first entry into assisted living out of home. Considering this move, Atria provided excellent material about their services and responses from satisfied residents. Accepting their invitation to visit Atria, our visit provided personal interaction with professional and caring staff. It greatly facilitated our decision to enter. A decision that proved to be an excellent one. During our stay my wife died. Atria could not have been more caring and helpful. I made the decision to move to a similar facility near my son and daughter by law in Clemson, SC. Consider this letter to be a recommendation to anyone considering a move to an excellent assisted living facility.

Dear Atria Family, Yes, I said family because that is what you become to Aunt and to me. I prayed and searched for the perfect place for Aunt when I faced surgery, a place where the staff was warm, caring, professional and the facility itself clean, bright and had a feeling of "home". God answered with the Atria. Sales Director was so kind, patient and helpful through many visits, phones calls and the move. Once Aunt was settled, she quickly become involved in the wonderful activities offered. Engage Life Director and Program Director always reached out to make sure Aunt was included in the activities that she was able to do. Receptionist were gracious beyond measure in allowing Aunt and me to duo call for an hour each day. COVID kept us physically apart but the girls gave us a chance to be together each day. Nurse is amazing and was a true blessing. I don't know how she does what she does. She is so knowledgeable and skilled and goes far beyond the call of duty to provide the best care for the residents and help the residents family. The med techs were always there to provide care and answer questions. Our thanks go also to all the wonderful caregivers, the chefs, the cleaning and the maintenance crew for their hard work. A special thanks to the Maintenance Tech who brightened each day with a greeting. Again, I thank Atria for making Aunt's last year on this earth a happy one. She always thanked me for choosing the Atria. She felt it was the perfect place, a place where she felt like a queen, where everyone lovingly met her every need. She loved and appreciated all of you, as do I. You will always have a special place in the hearts of the [name removed] family.

My loved one is having trouble adjusting to the community. This is due to the isolation of family members. My loved one has made friends at the community. I feel they are taking care of her the best they can.
