I suggest it to them and have several people, due to the care and all of the items rated above. Most of the places or assisted living around here are very expensive, they are nicer and more country club like. I do like this community because of the pricing, I do recommend and state to go look here. Great care is important even more than money, it is my priority. They have doctors on staff, the administrator is a registered nurse. There are different doctor's that do come to the community. You can always get to them, and always talk to someone on the medical staff.

Ashton Manor is very clean, they have bingo for the residents. My mom was in the processes of moving in but then COVID hit, so she hasn't been able to fully move in yet. The room sizes are excellent, but did not have a kitchen inside. Overall great look, and we would recommend to a family or friend. Great location!

We chose this community because of the appearance, the fact that if you go in as independent and then you need to add assistance, you don't have to move apartments or buildings, and the dining room. It was nice, it had a very broad menu, for example if you wanted breakfast for dinner you could do that. The room sizes were average based on other places that we looked at. Our favorite part about this facility was the fact everybody cares. My mom was hospitalized and one of the aids from the facility came to visit her. Everybody here would go the extra yard for their residents. The only downside was if you need more than one persons assistance, they cannot accommodate which is why we had to move my mom.

The food was very good, there was no complaints. The rooms provided were very nice, very clean. What really stood out to was that this community was well maintained, this community was good in price as well.. We would recommend this to a family or friend.

I feel so blessed to be here! This is the best place to be if you can't be at home.

I love everything about living here at Wellington Manor. They make me feel so safe, secure and loved.

I have never gone into my dad's apartment and seen it unclean. The staff truly cares about the residents and treats them as though they are family. We do feel like Insignia Of Towne Lake is a good value for the price. We have recommended them to several other families and would be happy to give them a recommendation to Insignia.

They have been very accommodating with the Covid-19 pandemic. They have been very good about accommodating with my mother's needs during the community lock down. When we call and try to make an arrangement, the staff know who we are and they do a good job keeping track of us. The staff is very communicative with us about how my mother is doing. Over the time that my mother has been here, the community is consistently clean. The food and dinning experience is also very good and they really try to work with her and work through some of her behaviors. The rooms are not overly large, however her room has a view of the street and is close to an elevator. The staff does her laundry and they are good about keeping the room itself clean. They help remind her to do her laundry and take her dirty dishes to the sink. My mother does have some memory loss issues and they have worked both with her and with us a lot to help accommodate for her needs. As far as activities, they do have outside musical entertainment come in so the residents have something to do. They take the residents off-community to stores and will allow them to shop independently.

The community is very clean. The staff is very hard working and very dedicated. They all take their jobs seriously especially during the Covid-19 pandemic and have gone above and beyond my expectations. The care is spectacular and in my opinion, my mother is getting an awful lot for her money. As far as activities, they always have something going on. Even during the pandemic, they have been hosting socially distanced bingo every day. We think Atria Lutz is worth the price given the high level of care.

The community has done such a great job during the Covid-19 pandemic. The staff has been amazing. They are a solid 5. The transition has been difficult for my mother but the staff at Atria have done such a good job. The food is excellent, they even come around with a cart for happy hour to keep the residents entertained. They have also been trying really hard to continue with activities while the community is lock down.

The community is clean. The staff is very welcoming and when I go and see my dad and see him interacting with the staff, they seem great. My dad loves the food and the care giving is very communicative with me about his care. He seems to be enjoying his time here at Ashton Manor.

They really put the residents needs first. The food is great it is always warm. I like that they keep the food covered until it is delivered.They have outdoor space. The cafe always has muffins and fruit out as snacks and table and chairs for residents. The building is circular so you really can't get lost.

The food is terrible. The room sizes are good. It was the nicest place we had looked at in the area. The staff is good. I am waiting for my wife to join me, she is in the hospital now. I think the unit we have is will be good for a couple.

Everything is good. They were very proactive regarding the virus. They had some cases but are managing it well. The memory care unit are spacious. The activity area is clean . I feel extremely luck to have found Grace Manor for my sister.

They have a very friendly staff. They are on the ball. They have done a good job with the virus. The room sizes are small. My mom likes the food.The grounds are beautiful. They could use more seating outdoor. The activities director is great.

[Name removed], provided the virtual tour of the facility; she was kind and professional. The facility looked immaculate; I loved the grand stairs in the entryway. The room appears to meet all of my Mother's needs.

The most important thing to us is that they care about their residents and they take good care of them. They have the residents' best interest at heart. The food I have had has been good. They offer a lot of soups that are hard for my mom to eat. We have been very pleased overall. We have had other family members at Brookdale and have been pleased with their care and we have been pleased with my mom’s care.

My sister recently moved into this community. A very warm and caring staff. Excellent to work with. Communication is outstanding. It's a small close community. I think they are wonderful.
