We absolutely love all the activities you plan and provide to our sweet Meme. Thank you for providing a place that we know she is safe and cared for. Knowing she is safe gives us a such a tremendous peace of mind.

My family and I were fortunate a couple of years ago choosing Fairforest Grove Senior Living for our mother as she was needing extra care. They all have been so very caring and helpful with our mothers needs. A special shoutout to [name removed] and [name removed] who I feel very comfortable reaching out to with any questions or concerns. The staff is friendly and shares any concerns with me that come up. Mom is well taking care of and very happy with the day to day operations such as the food and activities. We feel blessed to have chosen such a wonderful place for mom.

I have been residing here at Fairforest Grove Senior Living for 6 months. The environment, quality of living and care are excellent. Meals are always done on time. The cleaning is like clock work daily; never missed. Medication is distributed every day in a timely manner. The Activity Director provides games and other events that are fun and relaxing. The staff are very courteous, friendly and professional.

We personally visited 9 assisted living facilities. My visit to Fairforest was unannounced and I was given the royal treatment by way of an interview with [name removed] and a tour of the facility. I was impressed with how neat and tidy everything was and this a random visit. But it was the staff who sold me. Everyone was friendly and seemed very happy to be there. There have been 2 incidents with our relative that have required special attention. These could not have been handled more competently and professionally. Afterwards I was able to discuss the situation with [name removed]- who helped diffuse the situation. It was comforting to see her her concern and compassion. I could go on but Fairforest has been the tight choice. The team and facility are top shelf.

I recommend this facility to others. The move in process was excellent. They are very helpful and accommodating. After a few weeks of acclimation, my mom quickly adapted to her new environment and loves it now.

I love it here. The management and caregivers are friendly and responsive and the grounds and facility are clean and attractive! The food is good and the Activities Director is a real professional . There is a large lake behind the facility with ducks, fish and other wildlife. I saw an otter catch a fish! There is a paved nature walk around the lake. I enjoy feeding the squirrels peanuts and I beep my horn a certain way and they come running, all 15 of them! New management took over in 2022 and it has made all the difference in the world!

It is a comfortable, clean and organized place. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The food is delicious and they make sure you are satisfied with your meals. They always have entertainment, movies, group activities. Beautiful landscaping, rocking chairs and covered patios.

My cousin is a resident at Lakeshore Manor at Lake Jackson and she is very happy and adjusting very well there. The staff has been very helpful and my cousin is enjoying the food at all three meals. I would recommend this facility to others.

I entered the door and immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. The reception area was spotless. The residents smile and talks. The staff was very attentive and kind.

Truthfully Florence Place was the only facility that we looked at but it had everything we wanted at a reasonable price...and had a good location.

I would highly recommend American House. The staff is so caring. The facility is warm and welcoming. I am also very thankful for A Place for Mom. I never would have found American House without your help.

Hands down the most qualified and caring staff. My husband is happy there. I am very satisfied with the excellent care he receives. Wide choice of meals and excellent food. The facility is well taken care of and very, very clean.

Like the care giver and nurses the best. Food the least. Great and would recommend American House. In fact I have already recommend it.

When the time came for Mom to move to an assisted living facility I was torn, green and unsure of what exactly to do. A place for Mom was recommended by the nurse in charge of her short term home assistance. From that point the Atria was one of the rcommendations. The staff is incredibly helpful and made the experience smooth and we felt more than comfortable with her moving in. They have kept and exceeded those standards. They have a wide range of fullfilling Activities for the Residents. They have special guest come by, special Holiday functions and engage the relatives of those in their care.

They recently put staff in turquoise shirts, so it is easy to ask someone. Housekeeping washes my clothes and sheets once a week. Change my bed weekly. Food is good, not necessarily my choice. I would recommend this facility.

Ephesians 6: 2 , “Honor your father and your mother” is the first command with a promise”. Not being able to physically care for mom 24/7 has been a challenge, finding a place for mom has answered our prayer. Chapman Manor made this transition as comforting and understanding as possible, they took the time to explain what we didn’t understand, their insight as to how to take care of mom was outstanding, they are patient and kind with her. Mom is very comfortable with her care, the staff make’s sure she is doing ok, and have called us if they felt there was an issue.

I picked Sanford Senior Living because it was right next door to Central Carolina Hospital, the rate was better than some of the others, and it's within two miles of my sisters house so if I can't get there right away, she can. It's a few miles for me and my other sister but we all three like that it's in Sanford and not a long distance away. It's much better for keeping contact with our mother.I would say that overall, Sanford senior living is a very good assisted living facility even though it's an older building. My one complaint is that many times it's difficult to get someone to answer the phone but I think that may be something they're trying to correct.

It is the sister facility to Sunabella. Just across the street. Since moving here, my loved one has been hospitalized a couple of more times. She is still at Reserve, & we are very pleased with the staff, the surroundings, the cleanliness , the care she is receiving, activities, just everything about it

My experience with Sunabella was good. I have no complaints. My loved one had to move to Sunabellas sister memory care facility and everything is going well. They are all very nice & they really do care about the residents, & their families.

My Mother lived in Quillen Manor Senior Apartments for years, and when it was time for assisted living, she chose QM again. She was glad to see some old friends from the apartments and to make new friends as well. There are a variety of activities, holiday/seasonal activities and decor, and local trips on the bus. Residents can participate in caring for the garden (often supplying fresh flowers for the dining room tables) or they can just sit on the non-smoking screened porch and take in the beauty. The director and department managers are easy to reach. As a vegetarian, Mother’s diet is always important to her. The chef is considerate of her needs, even to the point of making meatless spaghetti sauce and chili beans just for her. Mother has grown close to her med-tech and care staff. Her mid-sized room holds a twin bed, 2 side tables, a cedar chest, mini-fridge, chest of drawers, bookcase, recliner, and jewelry armoire. Adjusting can take time, but now Mother considers QM her “home.”
