I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs care for a loved one. It was wonderful. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of my dad.

The staff know residents on a personal and professional level. They really go out of their way to understand individual needs and to make sure everyone feels special. They also know and remember family members.

As far as Grand Villa goes we would highly recommend it. Those people were really great.

Excellent affordable independent living option with opportunity to move to affiliated assisted living at a later time if needed. Transportation is available to surrounding businesses/services. Lakeland is large enough to have many amenities but small enough to not appear overly busy. Would definitely recommend Osprey Manor.

Everyone has been overwhelming welcome from the time I first went to get info. The application process and move in were easy and they worked with my schedule and allowed me to move my mothers belongings in on a weekend. I liked that everything was all inclusive and there wasn't added fees for extra services. All the staff has been friendly and seem to care about the residents. I like that they have mobile services that come into the building (eye dr, podiatrist, dentist) to do treatments. There's always a lot of activities and fun things they have planned for the residents. They have outside entertainment come in from time to time (people who sing and play instruments, the therapy horse & dog, and etc)

The team here treat my dad like he's their dad. From the moment I toured the family advisor was very professional and informative. She eased my mind and spirit as she had worked in Memory Care for over 15 years. The building was clean and the residents were friendly. The building felt like home. I know we made the right choice.

The family was unsure about moving to an Assisted Living Home since mom and dad were used to living at their home of 34 years. We brought their favorite furniture and decorations and were pleasantly surprised how easily mom and dad got used to a new routine. I didn’t realize how stressful it was to manage their medicines, but the Sumter Terrace staff takes great care of all the important details. We recommend them highly!

I visited my brother in late March at American House and was pleasantly pleased at the beautiful surroundings and how nice the staff was. Most of all, my brother was very happy. For all of us this was the most important because this was the first time he would be semi-confined to one area. It has worked very well for him and I highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Wellington Manor went out of their way to help us with our mom that has dementia. She loves it there and participates in all the activities. They have been a blessing to our family. They also call anytime there is a change etc. Great place!

The staff at Wellington Manor are so kind and loving. My Mother absolutely loves being there. They have daily activities to keep everyone enjoying themselves. The food is wonderful and they work hard to meet everyone's dietary needs. I have not found anyone there that doesn't like the atmosphere there. Your family member will love it there!

My dad was very pleased. As long as the company remains the same I'll definitely tell friends and family that this is a good place to look into for loved ones. Very nice and clean and great employees. The cleanliness and friendly atmosphere and staff, my dad just passed away a couple of weeks ago and he enjoyed his stay and that's saying a lot.

5 on all that is listed. My Father's experience there has been wonderful. [name removed] the original Mgr left and [name removed] and [name removed] have been amazing. My father passed away last week so we moved out his belongings this week. Thank you for finding us a wonderful home.

Very nice facility. Friendly and sweet staff. Very home-like. Lots of parking under mature trees and shade. Lots of designated rooms: poker, piano, chapel, activities room etc.....lots of live entertainment. Tucked away from busy traffic. Definitely a place for mom.

The staff is engaged with the residents on a consistent basis. The facility is very clean and they provide a lot of great activities for the residents. I would recommend The Manor at Lake Morton to others looking.

To me it feels that to the staff it is not just a job but caring is important and it is demonstrated.It has been wonderful staff have been kind and friendly other residents are kind and don't mind speaking to me. The only comment I will make about cleanliness is the outside railings . I see diner staff wiping them down outside the diner otherwise they are not cleaned in any other locations. The best thing about living here is the staff.

The staff that I have dealt with are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this facility....while my Dad does not partake in any of the activities there are quite a few happening...he doesn't partake of the food options either but I haven't heard any complaints...in fact most of the residents I have spoken with are very happy.

We have had the best experience. We couldn't have found a better assistance care living residence for my mom. Sumter Grove has exceptional service and meets all my mom's care. Staff are exceptional, very professional and very caring. It felt like home the minute we walked in.

I have not had opportunity to see the meals and dining but my mother is extremely happy with everything. I am so pleased to have been able to place [name removed] at The Oaks of Habersham.

After over a year I am still very happy with the care for my mother at FairForest. Mother wanted to be in Columbia, SC near her sister. This is too far away for me to be involved in Mothers care so I needed a place that I could rely on. Mother went in for Assisted Living but her dementia progressed and she needed to go into Memory Care. Everyone has been so nice and has taken great care of her. If she has any problems no matter how small, someone informs me. FairForest staff has taken great care of my Mother.

They provide compassionate care on a daily basis and always communicate how our loved one is doing. They exceeded our expectations and above standard from local assisted care facilities and for a great value.
