I've had her at the Oaks in Savannah ever since and that place is just wonderful! Socially, it's been so much better, and the staff there is very gentle and patient with my mom. They also have a lot of entertainment for them, very good food for an assisted living facility. I think the substance there is far greater than [community name removed].

My father was welcomed here with open arms after his wife past away! They treat you like family here! They have so much compassion for the elderly here! The activities are engaging, fun and stimulating for your loved one and they adapt each activity if needed. The nursing staff is prompt, kind and compassionate! The aides that help with daily care and maintenance of the residents are so helpful! The food served is delicious and a well balanced meal! I would give Wellington Manor 10 stars! They truly love their jobs and the residents!??

Quillen Manor is the perfect fit for my parents. They are thriving.

I've been here for four years and the staff has been outstanding to me. I enjoy the activities, food, and our bible study classes. It's splendid, like the walking areas around the community.

I Love the activity director, she tried to get everyone involved and my Mom was hesitant at first, but now she seems to join in more. I feel they keep the facility clean and well kept and the staff is friendly and they help look after the residents. Either myself or my brother has visited almost everyday and at different times, and everything seems good!

I would definitely recommend the place to anyone...my dad's experience at Sunabella was very good..he had his rough days when not feeling well but overall was very good.

Personally I would say a 5 across all categories. After our experience at the previous facility my dad stayed at, this has been wonderful. They are consistently friendly and engaging, host plenty of events, and don't over-medicate which has been the big areas of concern for us in the past. It seems mornings are the best time to talk with admissions and their primary administrative staff. They were super helpful with move-in and right away provided a gift basket for my dad and set him up with a friend to help find his way around and get a routine.

What we like most about Grand Villa is that it is on the small side so everybody knows each other. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

What we like the most about Fairforest Grove is the friendly staff who appear to know our loved one and recognize us each time we visit; appears to be taking care of our loved one; cleanliness; different activities offered. Price went up which may be a challenge.

Mom loves it, for one. She is doing so much better now that she is more active. They communicate well and involve the family too.

I reviewed GV months ago when my brother in law moved into the memory care unit. I was impressed with staff and facility and said so in the review. Now, 8 months later, my opinion of the staff and facility has only gotten better. I visit often and at varying times so I’ve gotten to see many, many staff on each of the shifts. Each person I’ve spoken with has been cheerful, helpful, professional and caring. They are never “too busy” for any question or to provide assistance of any and all types. For the reception staff ([name removed] and [name removed] ), to each of the MC unit’s caregivers, we are very, very grateful.

I can honestly say that the staff at Grand Villa are amazing! They take such good care of their residents. From the administration staff to the activities staff to the caregivers and even the food service staff as well as the custodial staff, everyone is very caring. There are so many activities going on daily and the residents all seem happy to be there and be a part of the activities. It gives me peace of mind knowing that both of my parents are being well taken care of there!

I just moved in a couple of months ago and from day one, I have enjoyed my experience. The staff are so nice and friendly. My room stays clean and the food is tasty. The management team is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

We spent many hours and days searching for the right facility to place our family member and we choose Grand Villa. The staff and the nurses are very professional and attentive to each resident. The facility is very clean (top-notch!). We don't have to worry about our loved one because we know that our family member is in good hands. There are so many activities for the residents as well as wonderful prepared meals. We feel very comfortable knowing that our family member is getting the best of care. I would recommend this facility most definetly. The Executive Director has been very professional and is always available to answer our questions.

Sunabella was a perfect fit for my husband with dementia. It was an exceptional community staffed by kind, loving, supportive caregivers. The care was individualized to the resident and his/her needs. There was a monthly meeting for families to discuss past and upcoming events and issues. I have nothing bad to say about the facility and care provided.

The Director and Staff are all amazing! My husband and I were super impressed with how much like home it feels. They decorate for all occasions making it even more inviting. Highly recommend and on a 5 star rating I give them a TEN!!!

Grace Manor at Hunters Creek is a five star facility. My aunt has been there for two months, and she is very happy there. Her apartment is so nice! She loves to play Bingo, and she has made friends. She is 93, and she is keeping herself busy. So glad to have found this ??.

Wellington Manor Newport TN Let me start out by saying the staff lead by [name removed] are amazing! The binding seem of this powerful team are these two wonderful ladies! To say Wellington Manor has been blessed with the most caring God loving administration is an understatement. As I have learned these two ladies will be leaving this facility I am saddened and concerned over what Corporate will do and what kind of care they will provide our parents. I pray for a loving person who will honor the position and the care of our elderly they way [name removed] have. How do you replace the best of the best? As we step into a new phase, Lord guide us with discernment and recognize the paths that will align with Your purpose. Isaiah 46:6 -" God promises to be with us and care for us even in our old age." Under the direction of these ladies Wellington Manor Newport, TN is a 5 Star!

The location of Chapman Manor community is great. Lots of shade to enjoy the outdoors. They are installing new floors as they promised. The staff encourage the residents to participate in the activities
