What an amazing experience! I knew from the minute that I met the staff I was going to have a good experience. Everyone was so caring and loving towards my dad and welcomed him with open arms! My dad was so proud of his apartment at Ashton Manor, it was a very cozy environment. I highly recommend Ashton Manor as a place for your loved one. They’re awesome!!

Staff have been very responsive to all of our inquiries and concerns. They definitely want the residents to be happy there! They're a small facility so they don't offer outings (which is not an issue for my MIL but would be for other people)

The staff are very accommodating and and communicated with us frequently throughout the process. The move in process was extremely easy as we were moving mom from out of state and ordered all furniture through Amazon. The maintenance man put all furniture together before we arrived and the room was set up and ready when we got there. They even had the bed made up. Housekeeping staff is very thorough and friendly. Everyone from the staff to the residents were all so welcoming and friendly. Activities director is so much fun and friendly. The food is the only thing that could be better but I wouldn't really say it was a downside. I believe that when you have to cook on such a large scale it doesn't come out as good as it could if it were made to order. Mom has settled in and is very happy there. I was concerned about the experience because it is more reasonably priced than other assisted living facilities in the same area, but the whole experience has been phenomenal overall.

Mom has really enjoyed being at MarsHill Manor and the staff is very friendly. The staff that they have are great but not enough staff to care for the residents they have. Mom talks about the food and how good it is.

This place is above all expectations. Very caring group. They keep me posted about what's going on with my loved one, either by phone or when I'm there almost every day. They keep things tidy and my loved one really likes the meals. I would recommend this facility to others. The Grove does a great job in striving to make both the patient and family happy.

Most of the residents at Ivy Springs, are here due to age, but my wife is here due to a deteriorating terminal condition. It requires more attention and I feel that the caregivers are doing a great job of caring for her.

When you walk in it feels like home and all staff are very friendly.

I was very pleased with the level of service, wide variety of activities, upkeep of the overall facility and the respite room, and attention to individual residents.The only drawback is that they do not accept vouchers from our county's caregiver respite program.

A family member moved into Grand Villa about 4 months ago. All of the staff have treated him like family. The property is well maintained including his room. There are many activities for him to participate in and the food is always top notch.

The Management and line staff are friendly. [name removed] is always helpful and professional, you can tell she is passionate in what she does. Highly recommend this Community. I run a Memory Care and when I am full, I do not hesitate to refer to them. The building has a warm feeling when you walk in.

My mom receives terrific care from a wonderful staff. Nurses and CNAs, RNAs ... are terrific and work hard. Activities are varied and enjoyable. She has a very nice apartment.

This has been a great move for dad. Everyone is so friendly. The nurses and care staff do a great job. And dad really enjoys the food.

We have a relative in need of memory care and looked at so many places prior to finding Grand Villa. The staff make all the difference! They are kind, compassionate, respectful and so easy to work with. We’re very grateful for the expert care they offer to not just the resident, but us, as his family, as well. Dealing with memory care issues has been a new challenge for us but each and every person at GV, from the Executive Director to the unit management , to the receptionists to the activities staff have guided us each step of the way. Thanks to GV staff for ALL they do!!!
