[name removed] answered all my questions - and more! She talked to us, she showed us a 2 bed and 1 bedroom independent living unit. She explained all the activities available to us and showed us the rooms, exercise room, craft room, etc... She gave us her card we can call her anytime - often questions come to us afterwards - thank you [name removed]

We moved my parents in here in the midst of the pandemic. Balfour carefully navigated the twists and turns of all the protocols required. The staff here are absolutely amazing. Chef Adam brought his stunning culinary skills-and the residents there are treated to unparalleled menus. 100% the best place in Ann Arbor.

I'm happy to share my honest opinion of your team's well-deserved excellent care. My family has only enjoyed the short term care in Bradford Terrace, so I haven't been in the castle-like Protestant Home. It's fascinating! And I'm sure its longevity is a credit to the generations of people like you, who have maintained exceptional care within. My mom is on the 5th floor in Bradford Terrace. All of her carers have struck me as wonderful people, and their energy inspires me. I want to mention Noah, one of her CNA's, as a phenomenal human being, a standout on a team of great folks. I go home very night genuinely comforted to know that he is doing what has long been 'my' job at home. Mom has asked for substitute meals quite a few times, and [name removed] is so cheerful with her! It's an extra errand, but he treats it as a chance to make sure she enjoys dinner. What more could a kid want for his mom? We are very happy, and thank you for your kind reply.

Overall great community, when we first began, everyone was on covid lockdown. Not the facilities fault. The activities and such are starting back up again. They are a good place with good food. I know my loved one will enjoy it more once the weather changes and he will be able to enjoy the walking trails. We are very pleased with the facility and the people there.

Danberry provided comprehensive, compassionate care for our father after he broke his hip. The level of services they offer is above and beyond making every step of the process easy even during stressful times due to making such a difficult decision. While at Danberry he was always mentally stimulated in addition to the best, attentive health care. Every need was always met. I visited often and can attest the facility was always impeccably clean. From meals, activities, transportation to doctors appointments, weekly transit to the shopping, in house hair and nail services, to medical review and care; they cover it all exceptionally well giving residents the ability to carry out normal activities without burdening their family, which in turn gives them the since of independence. In addition to all this, it is a pet friendly facility. I would not want my family anywhere else when they can no longer be 100% independent.

we toured Rose Senior Living, but chose another community based on the value for cost. we didn't think there would be a difference between the quality of care, as they're both stellar places.

The Avalon provides great care with very friendly staff. my loved one is well cared for here.

Our family is having a night and day experience compared to our loved ones previous community it is just unbelievable how good Rose Senior Living is. The staff are wonderful, the entire staff from top to bottom even staff we do not know always greet us when we come to visit and based on our experience so far we would recommend the community to others.

I moved into StoneRidge two years ago, and it has provided me with every convenience that I was looking for. I'm in my 90's and full of life and I wanted to transition to an independent living setting that would relieve me of the worries of security, maintenance, cleaning, cooking, and medical care that I had in my single-family home. StoneRidge is a top-notch residential facility with a full social and wellness calendar. As a resident, you can do as much, or as little, as you like. The wonderful, attentive staff that see to it that I enjoy independent living my own way, at my own pace, make StoneRidge the best choice for me. StoneRidge is a wonderful, worry-free independent living experience.

I put a deposit down and was ready to move my loved one into this community. This was a very nice community but it was way to much community for my loved ones needs. It was just too overwhelming for my loved one. The staff were very good to me and refunded the money and did everything that we needed. This community had fine dining and a very attractive environment. It was just better suited for active individuals.

[name removed] the intake coordinator was absolutely wonderful. She kept up and would check in with me all the way until my dads passing. I was very impressed with her and this facility.

We had a great tour experience with The Delaney and really liked the facility, but we could not give it much thought because they told us there were no openings at the time we were needing to place my loved one.

I've been very happy with Richmond Place. They've been very accommodating. My dad had some health issues, and they've been in constant contact with me and have been helpful in providing information on additional services that he may or may not need.

My 97-year-old father is a happy resident of the Manor at GVS. We started checking out facilities last spring after he had a fall at home. Our tour of the Manor confirmed his already high opinion from many years of visiting friends and relatives there. He wanted to remain in his home of 70 years, but also be ready when he could no longer live alone. In late August a painful bruised rib put him in ER and he decided to go into rehab at [community removed]. The excellent care and attention there convinced him to move into assisted living at the Manor as soon as he was able. He has been at the Manor since [date removed] where he enjoys the excellent food and friendly atmosphere along with worry-free care and assistance from dedicated nurses, aids, household and dining staff. It’s been a great move!

I loved this community. It was amazing but it was out of my loved ones budget. The tour was wonderful residents looked happy just something that would not work out for us being on private pay.

After having a terrible experience elsewhere, we were very diligent on making sure we found the right place for Mom. Once my call was completed after talking with [name removed], I told my siblings this is the place for Mom- When we visited the community, [name removed] and [name removed] just confirmed this the original feeling. It like walking into A 10 star hotel. Now that Mom has settled in, the experience is just as what we thought it would be and that is Simply fantastic.!!! A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone at Clarendale!!!

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was amazing, it is a beautiful community. It came down to the location and it was just to far away.

My dad was very impressed with Rose Senior Living. The facility is top of the line, new, and sparkly. He just felt another place we looked into fit what we were looking for a little better.

This community has it all. The residents we spoke to had nothing bad to say, clean, well manicured and every single staff member we met were kind and helpful. But, we would be remiss if we didn’t mention [name removed] their sales director. What a beautiful person. She not only represented the facility well, she supported us at the hospital, rehab and hospice. Unfortunately mom passed, and not how we hoped this would go. She embodied the true spirit of what should be done for our elderly. Everyone should visit this community!
