I have lived here since July and am happy here. All of the people who work here are pleasant and helpful. I enjoy the activities and I use the library daily, because I love to read.

The people are so gracious. They are very welcoming and kind. The activities are numerous and varied. I like the light and brightness of the building and comfort it brings.

We had a very nice tour experience with Clarendale of Addison, all of the staff were friendly. It is a brand new facility that is really pretty, but the décor seemed too sterile and cold. It was just not my moms vibe.

I think that it is a great place for seniors on a limited income and still get all the benefits of a more higher end place. You can feel safe that your loved one is here.

This is a very nice community. During the time we have been here, the pandemic was in full swing. Things are starting to change back to the way it seemed to be prior to the pandemic. There are staffing shortages currently; however, everyone is very friendly and helpful here. I can't wait to see what it looks like when things are in full swing. Some of the activities available are exercise classes, bocce, pickleball, tennis, basketball, bus trips, water aerobics, and more for the residents to choose from. They will even take you to the doctor if you are within 10 miles of the community. The maintenance team is great and will come up when called. If you have any packages delivered the staff will deliver them to your room. It is a nice resort type of area. There is a pool for assisted living and two pools for independent living. There is even an outside dining area open after the pandemic. The best thing is that I can walk into Lakes Park.

We love it here! The staff makes this place so wonderful. The staff is willing to do most anything to keep us happy. The maintenance men have t do some crazy things but they are happy to do them if they make us happy - same way with every apartment! We are so grateful to be here!

Clarendale of Addison community is so clean, that part is excellent. Another family member works in the healthcare business and she went to check out the community one day and was just blown away. Anytime our loved one needs help or some kind of assistance that staff have always been right there. Sometimes she does complain that the food is bland, but that is to be expected. Even with the covid speed bumps they are doing an awesome job trying to keep activities as a regular thing during the days.
