Communication is good between the staff and our family. They keep us well informed and send out lists of activities. You need to know that you will need to supply essentials for your loved one including shampoo, personal cleaning items, briefs, and wipes. I would recommend this community to others.

Overall we have been very pleased with this community. The transition at first was hard for our loved one, but he is settled in now and he realized this is his home now. Everyone there is just so friendly and nice, and our loved ones apartment is just beautiful. It is so nice and we would recommend this community to others.

From the moment I called to the time we moved mom into the Village, you could feel their caring and compassion. Everything is clean, updated and beautifully decorated. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a place for their parents. Its not easy to make these decisions and it is such as huge life change but I feel better knowing she is safe and cared for.

I am constantly amazed by how loving and caring this facility is and how well they treat my mom. From the very first conversation when we were trying to decide what was best for our mom, we received assistance, information, guidance, and genuine concern. Numerous staff admitted that this is the only facility where they would work or place their own family. It is obvious that great care is given to each resident, and my mom has raved about the quality of the food and how kind the staff is. I am so thankful for all of the support I have received from this professional, doting staff!

My Dad has lived at The Delaney for quite a while, first in Independent Living and now Assisted. He's happy and we're happy. The staff is really responsive and we feel like he's getting good care and is thriving. No complaints.

We have only been able to go inside the community once, but as far as we can see looking through the lobby and the windows it looks to be very clean. The activities were pretty limited due to tall the restrictions, but they really did try their absolute best.

I moved into Freedom Village on [date removed]. I'm very pleased with every aspect of the facility. I live in the Lexington building on the Independence wing. The apartment is beautiful and completely re-decorated prior to my moving in. I chose the colors of paint, the granite tops and cabinets and carpet/flooring. Currently there are many activity restrictions because of the covid virus, however all the residents that wished be have received their vaccinations. It is the vast majority of us. Gradually activities are being re-started. The dinning rooms are open and serving excellent food! Everyone I have met both residents and staff are pleasant, friendly and eager to be helpful. The surroundings both inside and outside are beautiful and well maintained. I feel so secure here and my family does as well knowing I will always be care for no matter what my needs may be. It is definitely a five star place!!!

They took good care of my loved one. They accommodate the resident and the family. They were allowing virtual visits; there was one time we weren't able to visit due to lack of technology experience. The communications has been pretty good. They kept me informed of any changes. [name removed] was very nice and she was very responsive.

I am so impressed with the staff at Westminster Village West Lafayette. Everyone is very kind, friendly, and goes out of their way to call each resident by name. The facilities and grounds are beautiful and very clean. The food and dining staff are lovely.

So much to do. Lots of events, celebrations, activities and concerts. Love the professional musicians coming in and all the events the activities department hosts. Super nice residents and staff.

My mother's move into this facility couldn't have gone any smoother. They were so helpful during the move in phase. Keeping in touch with my mon and myself to see if we needed anything or if they could help in any way. The facility is run efficiently and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. They really care about their residents and treat them with dignity and respect. They go out of their way to make sure they are healthy, happy and comfortable. They keep in touch with the family and let them know if anything needs their attention. I am VERY happy my mom and I chose "The Clarendale of Chandler"

The experience was very good. I thought the staff was responsive. The community is a not for profit. They had a special deal for us. Anytime I had concerns I called about, the staff would like into them right away. The staff seemed very kind and caring. The admittance team were experienced and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with.

My loved one was handled very nicely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The communication was good between the staff and the family and they kept us updated. I would recommend this community to others

My mother-in-law just recently discharged from Burcham Hills Center for Health & Rehabilitation. She has nothing but praise for the entire staff that cared for her during her month-long stay. I can't tell you what piece of mind that gave the family members knowing that she was receiving such great care. Even though we were unable to physically visit her, the lines of communication were always open and the staff was able to provide the emotional support she needed when we could not be there. Thank you Burcham Hills, we would definitely recommend you to anyone seeking a rehabilitation stay.

My Mom and I received excellent support while transitioning her phone, cable and internet to a new provider. I spoke with [name removed] several times during the transition and she was very patient and super helpful with this complex task. It was difficult that I couldn’t physically be there to help my Mom because of the pandemic. [name removed] helped us fill out the forms and assisted with troubleshooting during the install. As a former IT manager, I know how trying it can be to get every little detail right. [name removed] is a true professional and a real asset to the GVS team.!

Residents and staff are very friendly and welcoming. My new home also feels like my new family. Staff are very helpful. Everyone knows my name.

It's a wonderful place to live. I feel at home here. When I first saw the community, I said I want to live here because it is so inviting. Nothing is missing with the care and love of everyone. I am happy.

I have lived in GVS for almost ten years. I chose to move here as a gift to my children. My grandchildren love to visit and one even commented "it reminds me of Celebration in Florida with all the cute homes. Many employees are long term employees and all go that extra mile for us in so many ways! I love it here and can't imagine being anywhere else. And, above all I was happy to make my own choice and my children didn't have to do it! It truly has added many things to my life - I feel always very safe and don't ever worry about home maintenance. There are friends and volunteer opportunities. I feel very blessed to be a part of the GVS Family!

The community is very nice. Everyone is friendly. The staff and people make it nice. The room is okay for the residents. The food could be improved and they are allowing us to eat in the dining rooms.
