My mom has lived in Heritage Pointe for over two years. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They truly watch over residents providing the proper balance of independence and assistance. The amenities are wonderful allowing residents to participate in a wide range of activities that match their interests or allow them to develop new ones. The dining staff is friendly and helpful. There is a strong Jewish cultural environment but it isn't overwhelming to residents can practice at whatever level fits their comfort.

From the moment we called [name removed] , we have had nothing but a positive experience. [name removed] and the staff at Clarendale have exceeded our expectations and taken amazing care of our loved one. We could jot ask for better service done with more heart. Thank you!!

We chose The Delaney because it has independent living, assisted living, and memory care all in one building. The apartment sizes here are good for what she needs. Overall, I would recommend them to others looking.

As an employee, I see firsthand the dedication and passion that goes into caring for our residents. Both senior level leadership and front line staff take their responsibilities very seriously. Each resident truly has an entire community invested in their well-being, and I am both thankful and fortunate to be a part of it. Greenwood Village South is an excellent place to work and live!

My sister really likes it here. They have been really careful with covid and have only had a few cases. They have had their first rounds of shots already and are about to get their second. She is in the memory care section and she really likes the activities and she gets a lot of socialization. I would recommend.

I moved into Parkwood[date removed]. They had the largest apartments when I was looking for a place to live. Not only that they were also the most reasonably priced. The people and staff are very welcoming and friendly, I love playing the organized games and have made a lot of new friends. There is always some type of entertainment going on as well. The staff treats residents like family and are there to help me when my TV needs resetting or I drop my remote and I need help getting it going again. I'll be 94 in March and look forward to spending mañy more years here. .

My experience thus far has been outstanding, warm, friendly and willingness to go out of the way from everyone I have talked with.

In the year that I have lived here, I feel safe and taken care of. The staff has been exceptional and caring. The diligence to our needs within the guidance of care guidelines has been a priority. All the residents feel like family and everyone helped with each other.

I have lived at Parkwood Retirement for almost three years. Coming here was an excellent choice and has more than met my needs for this time of life. Especially going from one stage to another. For example, I recently sold my car, but I have comfort in knowing that Parkwood offers transportation. The people here are all very friendly. Everyone I meet is a new friend. The staff are also especially good at what they do. I always tell other people about Parkwood!

My wife was in long term care, and they worked extremely well with us. This was one of the best decision we could of made. Being in assisted living myself I was able to go visit my loved one whenever i wanted. The people were extremely friendly, they became family after awhile. The meals for long term were costumed to each persons diets which was really nice. They also had games, birthday parties and Christmas parties. Now assisted living was still good but wasn't really anything special. They did keep it clean but we though they could of done a better job with the meals.

We have had a great experience with Windsor at Celebration. I cannot say enough good about the staff members here, they are very pleasant to work with and they have been great with communication. They seem to always be very on top of things, when my brother has had any health issues, they make sure to get a doctor there or send him to the hospital right away and call me. I would definitely recommend them.

We chose Clarendale because it was a newer facility and they also offered a lot of great amenities. The people we dealt with when we were moving in were great. My dad always says you could not find nicer people than the staff that are here. The apartment sizes are great here, he is in a 1 bedroom and has a little over 900 square feet. He was able to fit all of his furniture in there and it is plenty of space for him. I would recommend them to others looking.

W are beginning our third year at Parkwood. It has been the best decision we have made regarding our senior years. The atmosphere is conducive to enjoyable living. The staff is great, willingly doing whatever possible to make this feel like home. We have a two bedroom, two bath apartment with full kitchen, living and dining areas. Many and varied activities are provided . Transportation to medical facilities, shopping areas and entertainment venues is available. A well stocked library is easily accessible in the main building. We feel blessed to be able to live at Parkwood at this season of our lives.

From you the moment you pull up at the beautiful community you were greeted by the kindest valley ever [name removed] who always is quick and so polite to work with. [name removed] at the front desk always greets you with a smile and a kind word. Every resident in this community is connected, has so many activities and opportunities, and the best food I’ve ever tasted. [name removed] the director of sales and marketing knows every resident by their first and last name, their apartment, as well as their family members names. Which just goes to show you how much she cares about her residence and her position at the community. She always knows what is going on and takes time to make sure everyone is happy and well. [name removed] the executive director knows everything that’s going on at the building and takes time to know everyone, including the gentleman that directs traffic with a flag. [name removed] brings a level of professionalism that is aspirational. [name removed] is the warmest, kindest, and funniest person to know. [name removed] can make anyone smile and laugh and [name removed] is amazing at her sales role. To know this community and the amazing people that support the happy residents is truly a gift. The reason this community has seen growth is not about the building or the location (although that is one of the best parts) it’s about the people who live and work there that truly care.

Having reached the age where they realized it was time to think about a home that could provide the assistance they would need in the future, my parents decided to move to StoneRidge, in Mystic, Connecticut. Unfortunately, their move came in the middle of a pandemic, which we thought would add many difficulties to the process. After contacting them for information, however, we found that this complicated transition would be made much easier by the staff at their new home. Along the path to buying their apartment and eventually moving in, StoneRidge staff went out of their way to make every step as easy as possible. When unexpected health issues sprang up to further confuse the process, the people at StoneRidge simply took it all in stride and helped my parents through. They patiently answered the thousand questions we all had on every topic we broached. My parents made their decision and moved. The pandemic meant that their move would differ from most other transitions. A top priority for StoneRidge was, of course, the safety of all of its vulnerable residents and staff, and so they came up with a workable plan that provided safety for all while allowing us to move our parents in. In talking to residents both before and after the move, the one thing we heard over and over again was about the friendliness and welcoming nature of the entire community, and we soon found this to be true. Everyone we met in passing went out of their way to chat. The difficulty for my parents came with the pandemic. Like everywhere, normal flew out the window. For the moment, there are no communal lectures, movies, group dining or informal get-togethers. As everyone to whom we introduced ourselves said, “This is the worst time to have moved here, as the community normally comes out to help with everyone’s transition. All the activity you would usually see is currently curtailed, but once this is over you will really like it.” So while the pandemic has drastically changed my parent’s experience from the norm, StoneRidge has remained a great choice for my parents. With the unusual forced isolation during such a life-changing event as moving into a new home, StoneRidge realized my parents might need a little extra help, and allowed me to become a caretaker by taking weekly Covid tests. This has made the move workable. Their doctor has an office in the building, their meals are delivered daily, and the facility has done a great job of keeping the pandemic at bay. All of this has relieved many of our worries for our parents. Like most, my parents are social people, and I believe that once social distancing is behind us all, they will come to love StoneRidge even more, because it is the community that really makes a home in the long run. So this is an atypical review, as their move came during unprecedented times. While I can say how incredibly helpful and friendly the entire staff has been, I can’t talk about the many friends they’ve met or the functions they’ve attended – yet. I have no doubt, however, that once things return to normal (hopefully soon, as nearly all the residents and staff have had their first vaccine doses) they will fully immerse themselves into the community right outside their door.

The activities are good but they are limited right now due to covid, and we have nothing bad to say about the community.

I have loved my life here at Casa! I can't say enough about how wonderful it is and freeing to live here! Safe: Security is all really nice guys to us, but don't come on campus! they can be fierce! Receptionist, especially in am in Lakeside Norte, are friendly and so helpful!!! Food: Chef [name removed] and Dining room Mgr. [name removed], keep us, even in virus times, feed well!!! Can't wait to go back to our 3 wonderful dining rooms. Housekeeping ladies are our fiends and keep us clean. Residential l Health Care is always THERE to take care of us when needed. Activities keeps us young and having FUN!!!! And many more things, like GREAT neighbors and fiends keep us happy!

What a great place! My 82 year old mother moved in just over one year ago and right before the pandemic hit. I can tell you the care, and more importantly, the protection she received from Clarendale was outstanding. The leadership team at Clarendale is wonderful and always has the residents best interest placed first. The staff is friendly and caring, and make sure all of my mother's needs are met. If you are looking for a senior community for any loved one in your life, Clarendale of Addison is an excellent choice.

Last month we moved my mom from her home of 43 years to Clarendale of Addison. It was the best decision we ever made. I cannot say enough about how professional, caring and considerate the whole team is. From the "red carpet" welcome, to the extra attention and assistance they have provided, my mom is thriving and doing so well! She LOVES the food, playing bingo, exercise class and happy hour to name a few of the activities she is involved in. The healthcare team have gone above and beyond to help with Telehealth services. And, her apartment and entire facility is beautiful and very clean! For anyone considering making this choice for their loved one, I would highly recommend Clarendale!

I'm only living here for 3 weeks tomorrow and there is nothing I can say I don't like. I've been to exercising 5 times in 2 weeks and it's wonderful. The food is delicious. The people are happy and loving people.
