The staff is friendly and helpful and they all have wonderful attitudes. The food is very good. Generosity- all the staff so helpful and I can depend on the staff with a sense of humor.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The staff in the memory care are so caring and considerate of the residents. They take time to learn their likes and dislikes and work hard at making them comfortable and as happy as possible. I would absolutely recommend Clarendale at Bellevue to anyone who is looking.

We toured Carrilon when looking for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. It was excellent! We were truly impressed. The cleanliness and friendliness were both great, also.

A few things stood out to us about this facility. I liked the quality of the building, the number of activities, and the energy of the residents that we interacted with during our visits. Also [name removed] is AMAZING. The staff on the floors are incredible with the residents. The Director is a bit off-putting. Had we met him first, I am not certain that we would have placed my mother there. Housekeeping is great. They are not intrusive and keep her apartment looking great. Activities are varied and Mom enjoys them.

My husband and I feel that this is the best decision we've made. In weeks we made wonderful, caring, intelligent friends. The staff is super friendly and available.

Wonderful active community with caring associates. Beautiful grounds and all levels of care on a 19 acre campus. The community offers independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing. There are many floorplans to choose from including a garden home complex.

Overall positive. As might be expected, at times, the quality and consistency of the care varies a bit based on who is on duty. I also wish that there were more male caregivers (this would make it easier to lift up and move my father who, due to his Parkinsons is not very mobile). Overall, nice. I like the wardrobe that is provided in the room.

All staff of the staff is friendly, not just the marketing people. Multiple levels of care make it easy to move from one to another as needed. A surprising number of staff have worked there for many years which speaks well of the management. And I think the cost is very reasonable and represents good value.

Kind and loving staff and executive staff. Friendly and kind staff and visitors. Beautiful location. Always clean and inviting. We are very happy we found this facility. Feels like a home. I would strongly recommend.

I just picked out my mom's room with her and so excited. The community is GORGEOUS and the team is beyond fantastic. [name removed] helped us from the very beginning and introduced us to the lovely team including [name removed](director), [name removed]and [name removed](food and cul), [name removed](finance department), [name removed](building maint.), and many more. Could NOT recommend any more than I do! Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been thrilled with the care that our Mother has received here at the Delaney at South Shore. The staff is kind, considerate and always accommodating. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond. The kitchen staff is friendly and Mom says the food is great! I would highly recommend the Delaney at South Shore.

Our experience was so positive, I have not one negative thing to say about this facility. My loved one was in the memory care. The biggest thing was how the staff interact with their residents. They were all very caring in how they re-directed the residents - they are the best. They handled every situation with kindness. There was a lot of humor and laughter, it is a great atmosphere. The rooms are HUGE and have been recently updated and it is a very calm and peaceful environment. There are tons of activities provide for residents and plenty to do. All residents are treated with dignity and respect. I felt very comfortable about mom being here even when I was not there. I cannot say enough good about them and would absolutely recommend Richmond Place to anyone.

Wonderful facility. Staff answers call light promptly. My mom felt safe and her care was exceptional. Everyone was very respectful. Therapy department is the best every single one in that department knows what they are doing. When you walk in you feel very welcome and when you are leaving, you leave with a peace of mind knowing your loved one is safe.

They did everything well. One issue that did arise was caused by a data entry error. My phone number was incorrectly entered and as a result I was not receiving updates from doctors and such. Unfortunately by the time the error was caught and corrected, my wife was receiving hospice care. The error had no impact on the situation other than that I was in some instances, not receiving information in a timely manner. Other than that, the staff was perfect.

We are so blessed to have found this place for mom. She is thriving there and an avid bingo player. They are very interactive if needed or asked. Only challenge is they are a bit short on staff for example you use your phone to call them to get you for a meal and just sometimes they are pressed to come.

Our experience with placing our mom in this assisted living facility has been wonderful! During the stressful time of indecision and inquiry when we knew a change was imperative to insure Mom’s safety, our family, upon visiting this facility, felt an immediate warmth and connection to the staff. The care and professionalism that has been exhibited since the move last April is absolutely exemplary!

My aunt moved into The Manor from the Pavilion and the transition could not have been easier. Great communication between staff. Nursing is so attentive and they have addressed all of her immediate concerns. Her apartment is centrally located making it easy for her to get around. She is happier than I have seen her in months!

I am very satisfied. The staff work hard at making this an enjoyable place to live. I like the bright light atmosphere the place gives off. The residents all seem content and very friendly. They respond with any issues or concerns, usually within hours...always on the same day. They seem to have 4-6 activities for the residents daily. Exercising, games, entertainment, meetings...In house salon. They have scheduled transportation when needed.
