My aunt lived at southport memory care for some time. The attention to patient care was on point. From cleanliness, to nursing attention. Southport provided engaged programing, nutritious meals, and effective communication. My aunt had many clinical complications during her stay and the nurses and director were on top of things and available to offer solutions. Do not pause when it comes to considering Southport Square. This campus and their staff are top notch, and we owe them a debt of gratitude.

My dad is on the waiting list for Havenwood at this time, but will be moving there for sure in the next six months (Lord willing). I do want to say that Havenwood has such a positive and friendly environment - everyone we came in contact with: dining room staff, people who live there, and every staff person who walked by were all friendly! It's a lovely place and I'm so hopeful this will be a positive experience for my dad when he does move in.

The management and staff are very attentive and caring. They know residents by their name. They are in a residential area and with lots of trees and green space on the property. They have daily activities to keep your brain focused and your body active. All in all I found the facility, management and staff to be professional and effective.

The entire staff is trained to care for residents that have Parkinson's disease, and they have a support group for these residents as well. I would very much so recommend Havenwood of Minnetonka to other families looking for care for their loved ones.

In my opinion the friendliness of the residents were what swayed us to Marquette over [facility removed]. We were decided on HV but I suggested we go ahead and look at Marquette. Every single resident we serendipitously ran in to was so effusive about the community it was swaying for us. Plus it was over [amount removed] less per month which doesn't suck

If my mother was younger and able to get around a little more, I think Rose would have been the choice. Rose was very nice, but my mother was overwhelmed because of it's size. It has many activities which depending on level of care is a big plus. It's also a good value for what is offered.

They are very attentive to my mother and very responsive to me when I have questions or issues that need to be addressed. I tend to communicate with the staff through email, and they respond promptly. Any requests that I have had are addressed promptly. It is a very friendly, warm community. Very helpful, very approachable staff.

From the first day my mom and sister moved into Greenwood Village South, we knew we had made the right decision. The warm and welcoming staff and friendly residents eased their transition into their new home. I marvel at the way the leadership of the various GVS departments have addressed the challenges that COVID has brought to everyone’s lives. Through open communication, commitment, and dedicated teamwork, the GVS staff has developed creative ways to deliver a wide variety of engaging activities, attentive and personalized care, relevant programs, and a high level of service amid these years of COVID related struggles. The GVS staff and residents are truly a caring group of individuals. We are grateful to call Greenwood Village South home and to live in such a warm and welcoming community!

The place overall was very clean most of the staff is very pleasant the dining manager is great the food is good sometimes very good sometimes OK I think what they need to improve is they need more staffing the aids are overworked. But overall I was pretty happy with the place as a whole.

My loved one is a resident at Rose Senior Living at Providence Park and it's great! The staff is great. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. Everything except the food. I would say the food is good, not great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Our family felt the needs to leave a review for South Port Memory Care. We have worked with the team for a couple years, and they have been consistently competent, there has been great follow through, and they provide the most fulfilling programming. We are there often and watch some families not be realistic about their loved ones. Everyone at South Port puts their best foot forward and try to make things better for the residents struggling from this terrible disease. I'm in the healthcare field and am in and out of communities in the area. South Port does it best. Do not hesitate to trust your loved ones care to South Port!

What we really like about Heritage at Irene Woods is just how friendly the staff members are as well as the other residents. My mother-in-law liked the activities, especially the bingo. Based on the experience we have had we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

The staff was very helpful. We utilized the Assisted Living Care and they were very kind. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. The facility was clean and very comfortable. They had plenty of activities for everyone. Food, never used that service but the meals smelled delicious as I walked past the kitchen/dining hall. Central location, awesome views, kind and supportive staff....I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Our loved one lived in memory care for a year and we were very happy with the care and programming. The entire staff were on top of things with our father. He had many challenges with the progression of Alzheimer’s and everything was handled with dignity and respect. We highly recommend south port nurses, caregivers and management. Further, we found south port from a place for mom, and the service was a lot of help. The counselor was there for us even after we moved in.

Independent living apartments are large compared to other places. Lots of amenities provided. Smaller community- you don't feel overwhelmed or lost. Sales staff was very helpful, not pushy and great on follow up.

All but one of the staff have been great. They are all caring and think of the patient. Like all places, sometimes they aren't at full staff but usually get the job done. Housekeeping has been great. Communication with the family is awesome, they get back to you real quick. The meals are getting there.... they have a new chef so it been different but they are trying to make high quality meals. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends. It is a self pay facility, so for my loved one who will need to go on Medicaid cannot stay there. But the prices are in line with what is out there and I would say it is a quality place if you have saved for this type of facility. If you have VA benefits it can really help you out.

We looked at several places for my mom, but what finally tipped us in favor of Westbridge was HER request to move there! She understands she can no longer live at home but was apprehensive and reluctant to move. After a brief rehab stint at neighboring Wynscape, which included a few outings to Westbridge, she decided we didn't need to look any further: Westbridge was her choice. Additional rave reviews and recommendations from acquaintances who had placed their parents at Westbridge sealed the deal. The move-in process was very kindly and patiently handled and staff works very hard to ensure my mom's needs are met and to make socializing easier for her. The facility is very clean and there are many daily activities to keep residents busy and engaged. The food is restaurant quality. Very, very good with much variety. Overall, very pleased with our decision.

The Memory Care staff was always polite, friendly, and always willing to assist in my mother's needs. My family and I are very satisfied with how my mother was cared for.

The best part is that my dad has many friends that he enjoys spending time with!! There are a lot of activities that people his age with their mental faculties intact enjoy. The have two full time Activity Directors who are great! They are very kind and enthusiastic. I'm so happy we found Harbour Village.
