Our loved one would probably say the quality of the menu items could be better, especially meat entrees. They are tough or dry, and may be covered with a sauce to mask it. Activities are well planned and there is variety from what I personally see, however, my dad prefers to keep to himself. The staff at all levels of all departments and ambassadors/residents are very welcoming to help get acclimated to their new environment. I feel those interactions have been what has helped the most.

Right when we came to tour The Avalon of New Albany we were just blown away - you noticed right away how clean it was, there were not odors anywhere. The staff members have been very welcoming and so friendly. Our loved one seems really happy with the meals and activities. We have already recommended them to other families and we will continue to do so.

I was able to take advantage of a mini-staycation to look over the property, chat with the residents and employees, and look at multiple apartments that would suit my needs now and in the future. I’m so glad I did. This is a beautiful property, lovingly maintained. You can tell from the attitude of the employees and residents that things are well-run and their voices are heard. I was embraced by all, even as a guest! The chef-inspired meals are absolutely delicious. Tons of activities, exercises, and excursions. Weekly housekeeping and linen service! Issues from the beginning of COVID have been resolved with new management and a new director. The director spent time with me and shared Freedom Square’s vision for the future. As a life care community, I take comfort that all of my needs will be met going forward. I can’t wait to make Freedom Square my forever home.

Like a lot of facilities, Burcham Hills had some trouble with their staffing levels. However one of the best things about this community was our loved ones room - it was wonderful with really big windows that brought in a lot of natural light. It was very enjoyable to be in as well as visit.

Clarendale of Chandler was AWESOME. If I were looking for a place for myself, I would want to live here. They do offer all levels of care, independent living, assisted living and memory care.

This community is one of the best-kept secrets in the Chest County area! My loved one came into the community at the best time and is enjoying their time here. There was no buy-in fee for us at the time we signed! The Watermark at Bellingham is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones.

Our family had an in person and we thought this community was beautiful, it was a great tour experience and the lady who took us around the community was very helpful .

After I retired, my daughter felt it was important for her to live nearby in case my wife and I might need some assistance. That was nice of her, but I was disappointed to find out later that she had turned down a job promotion that would have required her to move to another state. After we moved into Casa, she visited us a few times, and she remarked how happy she was to see how much we were enjoying our new home, how friendly the residents were, and that Casa provided us with lifetime care. Shortly thereafter, I was happy to see that the next time an opportunity came along for a promotion, she was able to accept, even though it took her and her family away from the area. She felt comfortable moving, knowing we were being well taken care of. We are all happy now living the best years of our lives, keeping in touch via all the many social media means, and occassionally in person on special holidays.

My husband and I visited the sales office to get information for the Independent Living apartments. For years we have been looking for a continuum of care without a buy in, and were ecstatic to learn that there was a new rental opening in Florham Park. We have lived in this area for over 40 years, and this is where our children are as well so the location is very important. The amenities and floorplans are second to none. They offer activities everyday like Bridge Club, Canasta, and exercise classes. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. We are thrilled for this next chapter, thanks to The Delaney.

If you are looking for anew home with some or a lot help needed.give this place a chance. Don’t think you could ask for more no matter how much help you might need. Beautiful rooms,friendly staff and great cookies.

we toured and it was real nice. clean, friendly and the people living there had good things to say. especially like the idea of all the care you need in one place. we experience rehab previously and it was great as well. a place for mom counselor did a good job finding this for us.

The tour experience with Village at Woodlands Waterway was great! It is a high rise facility which was the only drawback for us. It seemed like a very social atmosphere and there were lots of activities offered for the residents. The staff were all great!

The woman who I spoke with and who gave me the tour was lovely, she did an incredible job. The facility was absolutely beautiful. It was just too expensive and we could not afford it. In a perfect world if we could have, this would have been our first choice.

The Village at Woodlands Waterway is in a great locaiton. We also really love the set up of the facility. You can tell that the staff members who work here really do genuinely care about their residents. I would for sure recommend this community to others looking. They have multiple levels of care

Cypress Village gets all 5 stars. They were very helpful in the application process even through a few glitches we had, seems genuinely interested in doing what it took to make the transition as smooth as possible. I would recommend the facility to others.

I would probably have given a 5 for the value for cost had it not been for what we perceived to be less than optimum food and meals. Recent supply chain issues have made it difficult for the facility to source certain food items, as well. We also had a 10% rate increase as of the first of the year.

Out of all other communities we checked out in the Battle Creek area, this community to use was the best for all the amount of services they offer. It does not feel like a nursing home at all, they have game rooms, and a really nice library with open gathering/social rooms. They have all the extra support and services you may need and we would recommend NorthPointe Woods to other families based on the experience we have had.

Had an urgent situation with my parent over the holiday and [name removed](sales) made our family a priority over hers! She worked quickly to help us get out of an unsafe situation. It was a lot of work, and she moved swiftly. We are so grateful. In a very short time our loved one has come back to life at south port. The care and attention to detail is phenomenal. My parent is more engaged in a week than the last 6 months at the previous community. Cleanliness is great, Food is nutritious and it’s all because [name removed] cared enough over Christmas to help us. South port is family. Thank you.
