My loved one is currently a resident at Clarendale of Addison and the overall experience has been great for her so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The food is very good, changes have been made. Just being there has helped my loved one's mental health.

After thinking about moving to an independent living complex for a few years, my son and I decided to explore the market to see if there was a fit. We visited 8 different places with definite criteria and Monarch Landing fit the "bill". The apartments were well designed with modern new appliances, the activities were many that I would enjoy, the people were friendly, food was good, and costs were within reason for what was being purchased. With a lot of discussion and thought, my mind was made up! I am moving to Monarch Landing which I did 3 months later. Staff was very helpful with moving arrangements to start my new life.

My mom is a resident at Rose Senior Living Avon and everything, except for the food and the value for cost, has been great. The food is okay. As for the value for cost, after being there for a year the rent went up a lot. My mom now only has a couple hundred dollars left for the month. With the amount of rent, she should never run out of money for food. My mom really loves The Rose at the end of the day.

A great visit starts in the Lobby! We walked in for a quick inquiry for a relative that lives out of state, my wife and I had a very nice talk with the lady at the Concierge desk and we received a call from the marketing representative within hours! The community is welcoming, a couple of employees asked us if we need anything, and a resident even shared about her delicious birthday dinner! Highly recommending this community!

All of the memory care staff are wonderful. There are two care staff that I enjoy the most.

I started volunteering at HV more than 6 years ago, and when my time came to need more help I moved here! I love it here, I made friends!

What our family likes the most about Clarendale at Bellevue Place is that our loved one is happy there after meeting a lot of people and some that she knew from her Jewish community. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My loved one is currently a resident at Richmond Place. The housekeeping and maintenance are well maintained. The staff is friendly and gives a small town feeling, everyone speaks and smiles. I would recommend Richmond Place to others.

I would recommend Cottage Grove Place. The housekeeping could be quite a bit better. The staff was overall great. The move-in process was superb. Their communication was great. The meals seemed to be very good. The supervisor of the Memory Care unit, [name removed], was wonderful, helpful, friendly and sympathetic. She actually became a friend in the seven months that my mom was at Cottage Grove Place.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. What our family likes the most about Havenwood of Maple Grove is the staff accessibility, knowledgeable, and friendliness. They feel like family. We would definitely recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones!!!

During the time I was making a decision to move my mom from Arizona to Illinois, it was overwhelming. The decision became easy once we toured at Wyndemere. My mom decided she wanted to move closer to family and was tired of maintaining a large home. The staff at Wyndemere made the logistics easy. They have plenty of resources available. The Move-In Coordinator assisted with any of our needs and concerns. The Wyndemere community is warm and welcoming. In addition to a beautiful setting, the Wyndemere lifestyle offers its residents a wide range of activities, amenities, and experiences to explore on a daily basis. There is plenty of dinning options. Two restaurants, a convenience store, cocktail bar and lounge. Try not to prolong your decision, enjoy what Wyndemere offers now.

She is well cared there and they have her medicated so she doesn't get agitated as much. They check on her every few hours during the day. The head nurse [name removed] takes care of any problems that arise. I very much so recommend them. Little pricy but nice and clean. [name removed] sister is also a cross the street Assisted Living and she likes it too.

My mother started at the Independent Building with her faithful companion, Vera, her black toy poodle! After four wonderful years in the Independent Building, mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease, she is in Assisted Living. I want to thank all the CNA’S at Harbour Village, Nurses, Receptionists and Management for assisting my mother with the smallest task of simply turning on her tv, a friendly smile, clean apartment and immediate communication if their is a problem!

My mother who has Alzheimer's disease recently fell, fractured her pelvic and had to have in patient therapy. We chose Westminster Village because they are known as the best around. Also, because I work in the industry, I know more ins and outs as well as staff so that definitely influenced my decision on where mom should rehab. Her entire time there I think she thought she was on vacation at a resort - the staff are amazing - all of them - CNAs, nurses, therapists, housekeepers, dining - every last person cares about your loved one and all are respected. There was always something engaging for her to be a part of, hence she thought she was at a resort rather than working to recover and walk independently again! I am happy to report that she has healed completely, is back to walking stairs and all around unassisted. I truly believe we would be in a much different scenario with her current care if not for Westminster Village.

I was invited by a friend to attend this event and dance for/with some of the residents. Thus, I was there more as a dance host than a potential client The place is beautiful and the staff and residents were all kind, gracious, helpful, and enthusiastic. This was a wonderful event for the residents. I was more than happy to attend and would make myself available for future events of this type.

It's a great place to be. I love it here. I've been living here since last March. I'm glad I came here. I wish my husband would've got to experience Harbour Village.

The experience has been great. The people are friendly and the food is great. It's enough to do around here, its entertainment.

My husband and I like it here. It's a lot of friendly people here. You have privacy here and people don't bother you. The food is good. We are pleased with Harbour Village.

After 25 yrs living in Florida I moved back home - born and raised. I've been at Harbour about 8 months. I'm so glad to be back home. I'm more than happy as there is lots to keep you busy. Staff and people are helpful and friendly.
