Staff is wonderful. Expensive but worth it. Food is great and apartments are good size. Residents are friendly and inclusive. Very welcoming community.

When we first heard about Delaney at the Vale, the building was still under construction. It took much longer than anyone expected to open and during that time, the Delany team was excellent in keeping us informed and organizing events to begin to meet other residents. The move in experience was outstanding. Very personalized and welcoming. Mom felt comfortable immediately and is loving her new life at Delaney.

Moving to Monarch Landing was a hard decision for me but a GREAT decision. People need to make this decision while it is their choice. Here I do not worry about snow on my driveway or weeds in my yard. I do not have to cook and there is always something to do and new friends to do it with. When I was looking for a place I decided what was important to me and Monarch has a pool, bridge, activities, trips, and I don't have to even change a light bulb. I made a great choice coming here.

I looked 5 different places in the area for the memory care for my wife. I couldn't be more satisfied. We moved her in 3 mos ago. The staff is constantly courteous and encouraging her care while is care which is sometimes tough, and everyone calls me by my name When I'm there visiting.

Precious Experience w/ other memory care makes Avalon the best. Staff all outstanding all are friendly and service-oriented. Vurses avartable 24/7. Meals are very good. Activities provided every day and are fun. Place is very clean. I don't think you can beat this.

If you need help, it's never far away. The people here are quick to learn: names, food & drink preferences & more. Employees are recognized for outstanding performance, and service which benefits us all! Everyone is SO KIND!

While in the decision stage of finding a Memory Care unit for my husband, he broke his leg. In parallel, space became available at Windsor; his assessment done by hospital visit. All through hospital/rehab activity, Windsor worked with me to complete the necessary paperwork & financial arrangements. With everything completed, we were able to transfer him directly from rehab to Windsor. From the beginning, I received timely suggestions & direction on setting up his room, clothing & supplies needed. My husband very quickly made friends with other residents, acclimated to his room and developed a happy relationship with the staff. I have had excellent support from the administrative staff; they helped me learn how it all worked. My husband is very content in this new environment. He feels like he has found a new home that offers a wide range of people and activities. After a significant amount of searching for the “right place”; I believe we found it.

We moved into our apartment in the middle of December. This was the best decision we have made in our 42+ years of marriage. We looked around at all the options that were available to us and decided Parkwood was the best move for us. The cost is reasonable. Two meals a day makes the grocery bill almost non-existent. There are things to do each day to keep us busy and we get to meet new friends. To us, one of the best things is the community spirit at Parkwood . Trips daily by bys to grocery stores and dinner at several places close by all provided by Parkwood as well as bus service to doctors and other places can be arranged. Daily trash pickup and weekly maid service are nice, too. When we decided to make the move the folks at Parkwood made it very easy for us. The best thing I think is the community, people call us by name, and when they don't see us for a while they check on us. Another reason we decided on Parkwood is that my mom lived here several years ago and loved it.

This facility is full of staff that cares about our loved one. They help her to have a positive experience while also keeping in touch with the family (me) to make certain that I am informed and can provide all that they need to be successful. The move-in process was like any other apartment situation. A few items needed addressing, but were handled promptly and correctly. The food is the only small shortcoming. The food is fresh, but not nearly the quality and sophistication as what she had in independent living at her previous facility. It is not a reason to skip this facility at all, but it is not at the high standard that we were used to. That also said, it has been improving. I recommend this facility. I have zero regrets about putting my mother here.

As a resident, every day feels like being on Vacation. Many activities, etc.

Everyone has been polite, accommodating, responsive and helpful. My mother who 95 years old is in independent living but has assistance with bathing and with daily medications. She tells me they are always friendly and cheerful. She even talks highly of the maintenance men and cleaning lady. She recently injured her back and we were happy to find out that their is an inhouse PT and she doesx wonders with my mom.

The staff at The Delaney truly cares for my parents. They are very kind, caring, and accommodating. The nurses are second to none. They manage all my parents medication's and medical conditions. If there is ever a question, they refer out to the doctor that is there every week or her nurse practitioner. Other than the food, it's a wonderful, wonderful place. I can't say enough about this staff there.

My loved one is currently a resident at Cottage Grove Place and everything seems to be great for him at this facility, so far. Based on the experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

My name is [name removed] and I have been living here at Richmond Place since September 2023. When I first saw this place when my daughters brought me here, I walked in and said, I love it! My daughters had looked at 6 other places, but this one immediately stood out. The first 3 things I noticed were how clean and immaculate it was, how welcoming and accommodating the staff is, and how happy the other residents living here are. The woman we spoke with let us know a newly renovated apartment had just opened on the first floor and asked if we wanted to take a look at it. I said yes, and when I first saw that apartment, I knew it was where I wanted to stay. It had much more space than I expected, more than enough for me. We signed right away. During my time here, the thing that has impressed me most has been the staff. They are friendly, honest, and always respond quickly to any requests I put in. The monthly activity calendar is a great feature as well, there is always something to do.

Everyone we've met here really loves it. Great location. You can walk to town in 3 minutes and it's situated on a large park, Windows on the Waterfront.

We would absolutely recommend The Delaney to anyone. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate and make my Mother and our whole family feel welcome and safe. When we tell people where Mom is, everyone has heard of The Delaney, and what a great place it is.

It was a great place for my grandmother to spend her last days. Thank you.
