Greenwood Village South is the a wonderful CCRC. The people that work in all of the buildings are caring, considerate, and knowledgeable. From the EVC staff and social services staff to nursing, you won’t find better quality of care anywhere.

My experience with GVS has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff's dedication to the residents' well-being is evident in every interaction. I have been so blessed to have both my grandparents and now my parents live at Greenwood Village South. Every person who works at The Brielle is compassionate, loving, and attentive to all the needs of all the residents. My mom has been at The Brielle for over 8 months and I could not be happier. There is always an activity on a happening.

My husband and I recently moved into one of the independent ranch homes ( called cottages) and we couldn’t be happier! We have both experienced the process of our parent’s move to this community and then their progression through the various levels of care, eventually into the skilled nursing area - a top notch top rated facility. Knowing we could remain extremely independent with support and assistance available if we need it was invaluable. Our adult children are quite happy that we made this decision together and plan to enjoy the lifestyle. We give Greenwood Village South five stars!

It's really a great place. My loved one loves most of the meals. It's a bit pricey. Overall, it's a really a lovely place and I'm thrilled my mom is there. I would recommend to others. It's been amazing so far.

It has been difficult for my uncle to adapt... but he's getting there. Starting to engage a little more with the people and activities. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Communication with the facility has been good, which helps. They keep me informed when anything important is going on with my uncle.

I have lived here 10 years, 2nd oldest resident here, and I have loved every minute. Met so many friends who I feel like I have known for a lifetime. Staff too, they treat me as they would treat their own grandmother. I love to see them and their beautiful faces everyday!

You can make this place exactly what you want it to be, there is something to do every day for anyone who wants to be involved! I help organize our weekly bingo hall, and I also help with planning for our Men's Group. We do a lot of good things here that I'm proud to be a part of. Love to always see the smiling faces.

I enjoy it here; I am happy. I came to Richmond Place because my condition made it too difficult to live on my own, and I had a friend who was already living here. When I first came here, I wasn't sure if it was right for me or not. But over time, I came to know more and more people, both residents and staff. They always made me feel welcome, like I was part of the community right alongside them. That's what made this feel like home. The staff and the residents are so sweet, I consider them my friends.

Wonderful and Awesome. The staff is always there to help me when I need them most. The new dining system works great for me too, because I always get to take home lots of extra goodies at the end of the month.

My daughter chose here after looking at multiple other communities, She determined Richmond Place was number one. [name removed] and [name removed] were Amazing!! The staff is phenomenal, from the servers all the way up to the top! The Cafe is best thing they have ever done here! Amazing! Truly!

It's been a great experience for my loved one. It's been genuinely a great experience. [name removed] doesn't believe it but I believe it saved her life. She is much healthier now because of all the exercise she's getting.

Richmond place was great, unfortunately my mom moved out after a few months because she felt she couldn't afford it. The physical updates made to the facility are wonderful. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were very kind to my mother and were available to discuss concerns from family. The food was very good and my mom always felt included and invited to dine with others. I have nothing negative to say.

My mom passed away last month. She was so happy at The Brielle with the staff and the many friends she made. She was so involved with all the activities. My family and I were so grateful for the care she received. She was only there a year But it was a full year of happiness for her even though she had a few hospital stays she was always so happy to go back.

I would recommend this facility to others. The people are helpful and were able to answer all of our questions. The move was easy, but my parents are on the first floor. They are very accommodating. The place is always clean. We have trouble with the satellite tv. Have been asking for help since February and haven't seen anyone yet. The food is okay. Desserts and soups are the best part. The process is fast paced. Not a lot of time to make a decision. The units go so fast.

The staff are a great resource. Super friendly and willing to help with any questions. A lot of activities for the residents.

Best overall experience I could imagine. Not perfect of course but really excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone and have done so.
