Employees do what they say they are going to do. They know my mom, her personality, and her needs. They seem genuinely concerned for her health and well-being.

The in laws really like the food, the amount of activities, the ambiance (ie well lit / well maintained) and concierge service. They really haven't mentioned anything they dislike or are unhappy with.

An excellent tour was had by a well informed person with a pleasant personality. She left nothing out. I may be very interested in going there int he near future.

I was there last weekend helping a family member move in. I was so impressed by how this facility is run. Many activities for the patients on the weekends, as well as the weekdays. Beautiful dining rooms and bedrooms.

The best Senior Living I ever encountered! The Delaney Team is the greatest, I was welcomed with open arms and friendly staff who made my experience so much more comfortable. You will have such a wonderful time and the food is delicious which is an even bigger plus!

The number one reason we chose Clarendale was because it seemed like every level of staff genuinely cared about the residents during our initial visits and we found that to be true during my dad's stay there

This is all going to sound mushy & gushy, but I really appreciate Havenwood and mean every word. My dad lives in memory care and is now in hospice. I live an hour away, so can't visit as often as I'd like. Knowing my dad is in such a great facility makes that distance easier to handle. I know and trust that he's in great hands. -Every. Single. Person. We come across, from kitchen staff to cleaning staff to Greg, the facilities guy, to residents to nurses to office staff, everyone has been friendly and kind! -The facility is beautiful! It's been consistently clean as well. -The memory care nurses are stellar! While sitting with my dad in the main meeting area one morning, one nurse was giving a resident a manicure, then she braided another resident's hair and talked with her about her "baby" (a doll) so kindly, and she was going to make them Rice Krispie treats. When I commented on how great I thought all of that was, she said how much she loves these residents! That made me feel even better about where my dad is staying. He is getting positive daily attention and care. Also, I can call the nursing staff anytime to ask how my dad is doing and get an update. -My dad's room is spacious and nice. The cleaning team does a good job keeping it clean. I even talked with one gal and she said how much she loves to clean and talk with the residents. -Hospice - my dad receives hospice care while still being able to live in his same room. It is an outside company (Moments Hospice) and I regularly text the main nurse to check in on how my dad is doing. She usually responds within minutes. -The intake and updates on his care have been smooth. -I think the pricing is good. I live in the Twin Cities and know the care would cost more closer in the city. I appreciate that they don't nickel & dime every single thing that is needed. It's a flat fee based on what the patient needs. I don't have anything I would change at this point. I'm very grateful

We chose The Avalon of Commerce Township for the good reviews and location of the facility. The caregivers are very kind and helpful they are very good to the people there.

It is an excellent facility and find no fault with them. The staff is wonderful and can sometimes be short of staff but always pleasant. There was only one conflict with one person and it was resolved. The meals were good, but sometimes too fancy for what my mom liked! I would definitely recommend the facility to everyone, if you have the money set aside.

We picked for all of the reasons above. Particularly friendliness of the staff. Located near the beaches... My Mom was familiar with the community and had visited friends there in the past.

My grandmother is in the rehab unit at Greenwood Village. I think all the staff is amazing and very tentative. The building is always clean, and the food is great. I’m so happy that she has a place like this to do her rehab at.

Staff is friendly, communication is prompt. The move in process was very easy to follow. I would definitely recommend the facility.

We have been at Cottage Grove Place for just over a year and have enjoyed our Independent living appartment and the great dining services offered. They have all the services that a person may need as we continue to change as we get even older. We would encourage everyone to think about coming to a place like Cottage Grove Place while you still have good years left and can enjoy all the benefits of Independent living. What brings a great deal of peace is knowing that no matter what we may need in the future for care we have it here. This is a great location with great dining and a lot of activites. Cottage Grove Place is the only place in the area we are aware of that has LIFECARE and that alone was a big reason for us being here. This is a great place with a great staff and we highly recommend it.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Very careful with getting her medications. Work to get her involved in activities. It is very clean. Well laid out with activity rooms. Well equipped.
