My loved one was previously a resident at Rose Senior Living at Clinton Township and everyone and everything was great! The staff was great. The facility was clean and the dining room was always good. I have nothing bad to say, for sure. I will recommend Rose Senior Living at Clinton Township to others.

My auntie moved from Watermark independent to Watermark assisted living in November 2023. We have been so pleased with [name removed], the Assisted Living Director, and his staff. They listen to our needs and do everything to make things as easy as possible for us while keeping my auntie comfortable. The Med Tech ladies are friendly and thorough. Even the Dining Room ladies are considerate and helpful to the residents as well as to me, the family. [name removed], the Activities Director, works hard to find age appropriate activities for the residents and encourages each who is able to participate. He is great about keeping decorations up for all holidays. Overall, I would recommend Watermark Assisted Living.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Avalon of Bloomfield Township. The Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy is great. The staff very friendly. The apartment is nice. The food is okay. I would like to see more flexibility on the timing of the meals. Overall, I would recommend The Avalon of Bloomfield Township to others.

My parents, aged 101 and 94, have been living in Independent Living at Clarendale of Addison for 2.5 years. We have always been pleased with the quality of services and living environment at Clarendale. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and kind. When we needed their help on moving day to Assisted Living it was seamless. Our daily stress level is eased because we know the caregivers, [names removed], nursing staff lead by [name removed] are watching out for our parents 24/7. The staff makes a sincere effort to gently persuade our parents to allow them to provide help, learn about our parents habits and preferences, and insure they are always safe and cared for. We are certainly getting our money's worth of services, care and consideration during our parent's final years. The administrative staff of Executive Director, [name removed], and support staff of [names removed], and others truly go out of their way to be helpful. I would highly recommend Clarendale of Addison.

Pristine grounds, commendable housekeeping, reliable medical transportation, local shopping trips, on & off site activities, pickle ball, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, golf, nature trails, fitness director, delicious food in seven locations, 24/7 EMT, golf course views, competent maintenance, in door & outdoor pools, friendly staff….Freedom Plaza has it all.

I am currently a resident at Clarendale at Indian Lake and everything has been great for me here, so far. I have had troubles with my diabetes and they have come to my rescue, several times. This facility is also a good value for your money.

My Mom has been a resident for a few years. She enjoys the activities and all staff are very kind and helpful. Her apartment is perfect for her. She has made several friends. She is glad to be living there.

My aunt found a great home at Rose Senior Living. [name removed] and all the staff have made her feel from the time she toured and still do. She has made lots of great friends and is so happy! It makes me so happy that she is so happy.

The staff truly cares about their residents. Overall, I would highly recommend to others.

Having to move your parent(s), or any loved one, out of their home and into a new place, can be daunting and heartbreaking at the same time. I chose Harbour Village for my Mom for two reasons. Reputation and location. And I couldn’t be more pleased. The apartments are beautiful. The meals are deliciously homemade daily. Daily activities to choose from. The staff is amazing! They are all attentive to your needs, and kind, which is so important to our aging parent(s). The residents all seem genuinely happy. I would highly recommend Harbour Village and I’m very particular when it comes to caring for my 91 year old Mom. She is happy, feels safe, and cared for. If you find yourself in a situation, where your loved one is having a hard time taking care of themselves, or just needs more help, take a tour of Harbour Village. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Many years ago, I also had 2 uncles in Memory Care at Harbour Village and they also received excellent care.

I can't say enough about Havenwood of Richfield! Even when mom was dying, [name removed] , the head lady there came back from being at home to help us! There were 2 young aides there that my mom just loved! They were so sweet and caring! I thought that the food was great. I would highly recommend Havenwood of Richfield to others.

I am currently a resident at Clarendale at Bellevue Place and the experience has been great for me so far. Everything is fabulous! The staff is great. The facility has great amenities for the residents. The cleanliness and friendliness are also great. Based on my experience, I would recommend Clarendale at Bellevue Place to others.

The staff are and have been Wonderful caring helpful people that treat you and your love ones like family. The staff did not rush us and spent several hours with us in the first visit and answered all our questions and concerns.

5 on all categories!! Very happy with Green Country! Very kind,caring, thoughtful, and courteous to my mom and from what I have witnessed, to all the residents there!! My mom feels safe ans feels like the staff really cares about her as a person, not just an old lady they must work around, which has given her much relief! She also loves the food and dinning room. She said the staff that serves her is always so nice and help her when she can't make a choice or remember what she ate the time before. She loves that they remember her and her now table full of friends she dines with! So far, it's been just a great experience for all of us! Staff at the facility have been wonderful and so helpful to me and my family when they visit!!

A special THANK YOU to the entire team for helping us find mom's new home! From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and comfortable. We noticed the smell of freshly baked cookies and positive vibe in the community including laughter from the room above the front desk. It was a great first impression! While walking the community the staff stopped to welcome us. We ran into some of mom's friends who were quick to invite us stay and be part of the Clarendale family. It was clear they were happy and proud of their home. Since touring the Clarendale we have made it mom's new home. We couldn't be happier. Best decision we made!

Live at Clarendale for 5 years and have been very happy with my lifestyle here. They have the most amazing activity person her name is [name removed]. She keeps me busy and makes all the other residents busy and happy. She has a wonderful personality everyone loves her! I would recommend Clarendale to anyone interested in moving here.

Our experience with moving in, personnel and care could not be better. All of the staff are excellent, communication is outstanding and care unparalleled. Food is excellent and pricing is competitive. But it is the staff that earns the most accolades. The are personable, caring and attentive at a time when family and friends are in greatest need of these attributes.

The nursing staff needs to be more hands on with the residents. They need to have more activities provided. They have bingo every day, but no other activities maybe once or twice a week they have someone entertain. They really lack a lot of supervision and entertainment. Overall I would recommend Freedom Square.

The staff at the Brielle is very caring and attentive. They provide their residents with the assistance they need, activities, events, and good food.

My Mother is at The Delaney at Lake Waco community now and so far I would rate them a 5 all across the board! It is the best place ever!
