My parents are doing fine since their move to this community. I just saw them this week and they were happy. The community seems to have a lot of activities that my parents can get involved in and make new friends. The building is going through changes, and we have had a couple of issues but they are always quick to take care of them. They have a new chef is starting soon, so we are all hoping the food will improve soon. Overall, this place has been great.

I have been very pleased with the services this community has been providing my mother. The staff are attentive to her needs and have made sure she is comfortable and feels safe in her new living environment. They have great food with healthy choices and a great dinning room experience. I have little to no complaints and would recommend this place to anyone.

The Richmond place was a well-maintained community, The staff was very friendly from what I saw, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The only problem with this community was the price, it was too expensive .

They are still working on getting some things up and running at this beautiful new community. The food is good, however they are still working on knowing how much to make and how many residents they are going to have. They have started some activities and the activities director is nice and personable. The staff are really nice and seem to know what they are doing. We could not have asked for a nicer place.

We have only been living in Brookdale/Richmond Place for four days and it has been an outstanding experience so far. We were greeted by our Sales/Marketing person who immediately helped us with our move--had a welcome package for us, and brought both of us a full breakfast selection--that got us through carrying in all the boxes, The Move-In Coordinator was quick to schedule any repairs we needed and she presented us with a beautiful basket of miscellaneous goodies. Since we are still in the process of settling in we haven't had time yet to get involved in the many activities offered--other than the afternoon wine club. All the employees we have come in contact with are friendly, helpful, and happy. Our apartment overlooks the courtyard which provides a beautiful setting. We are happy with our choice.

I am really enjoying my new spacious apartment, it has lots of extra room for my things and beautiful scenery right out side my window. They offer all the residents a great activity program with all different kinds of different events and activities to keep us busy through out the week. I have no complaints and am very happy with my choice to retire in this community.

When I visited with the community they told me about an outing they do. People with dementia try to keep their finger moving to help out. So they work with the Human Society Community. The resident are tearing paper for the animals. They feel like they are serving a purpose for animals and they are able to socialize and help animals.

My sister is doing well here at this community. It was a good move for her. They are taking good care of her and her needs. The staff is good, they are very caring and kind. The community is well-kept, they do a good with the cleanliness. She is getting involved in the community and meeting new people. I know she is safe and in good hands here. It has been a lovely experience and I would recommend it this community.

This is a good community with kind people. The community is well maintained, everything is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and kind. It was a good experience. There were many factors in where to move my parents too. This wasn't the place for us, but it is a nice place.

Overall my mother had a good respite stay experience here at this community. This is a lovely community, they do a very good job with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is great, they are very caring and helpful. I know she was safe and in good hands. Everything went well and I would recommend it.

Clarendale of Mokena has been providing exceptional services to my mother. She likes her meals they have good taste to them and the portions are good. My mother has been engaging in the activities that they offer she really seems to enjoy them. Staff that help out are nice and communicate very well with my loved one and the family.

Everyone was very professional caring & went out of their way to make my stay comfortable & restore my health. Thank You.

My mom has lived at Bellingham for the past 3 years. I cant say enough great things about this place. She went from living on her own to moving into bellingham and making so many great friends. I no longer have to worry about her like i used to. She was not a joiner but now she is and she is so busy I cant keep up with her schedule. It has changed both our lives for the better. Thank you to Bellingham!

It was a ruff start at first, but my mother in law is doing well here at this community now. It is a nice place, they do a good job with keeping the community nice and clean, and well maintained. They have a nice, and friendly staff here. Overall it has been a good experience, she being cared for well here. This is a community I would recommend, it is a good place.

The tour I had was nice. The community was nice and clean. There was nice interaction. I was not offered a complimentary meal to sample the meals. I was able to get all the community information.

I felt their pricing for couples was excellent. Seems like they are trying to give them a break. I was a little surprised at how empty this location is despite being open almost 1 year. It seemed very nice. They have different levels of service within the assisted living portion but also have a memory care unit which I believe had room for about 26. Right now due to small numbers everything seems roomy but not sure once the place is filled. Some of the amenities I thought were lacking were no transportation for residents. That being said they do have trips to mall and other shopping excursions, but no on call transportation even at a fee. Also lacked cooking facility in rooms. There is a joint room with microwave which can be used. They do offer kitchenette, with fridge and cupboard space. Rooms are furnished with beds and sitting chair, nice closet. Setting for facility is ideal. Lots of green, pathways to walk outside and a lovely outdoor patio for memory care. I was somewhat concerned that when questioned they couldn't answer if costs would rise or by approximately how much. Seems like they are still in process of getting some licensure. Overall the impression was satisfactory .

My mother in law will be moving to the community. So far the family has taken a tour of the place and we thought it was clean. Everything looked organized and the guide gave us all the necessary information about the community. The staff met along the tour were nice and the layout fitted our loved ones needs.

I stayed at the Village at Woodlands Waterway briefly, and I'd say it was a pleasant experience overall! The food was always on time, and generally very good, and for the most part the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff at the Harbour Village have been great with mom's transition to Harbour Village. They have made her feel very welcome and we are satisfied with the care that they have provided. Mom is very happy at Harbour Village!

The staff are very kind and considerate, and they tell you what's happening with activities each day. The food is good. The nurses are quick to respond. This is a really great place, I could go on and on.
