I would tell others that it is a nice community, adequately equipped. The staff is responsive. There are several activities for the residents to choose from. I found the meals to be above average when I ate there with my loved one.

The price of this community is reasonable and it is in a good location. They had a lot of things available like activities and space, there are on a lot of acreage. The rooms are pretty good, and in decent shape. We would recommend this community to others.

We think this community is a good value, and we thought it was very nice, the location was good and overall we were impressed. Our only issue we have had, was our loved one saying the food quality has gone down and the portions are small.

It's a beautiful facility and if you can afford it your loved one would be happy there. The room sizes were above average, The food was awesome before covid I have tried it since. They had a nice dining facility also. I would recommend this facility.

Our visit and tour at the facility was very informative. The services and amenities available for seniors is excellent.

Staff very friendly, kind, and helpful. Food quite good, interesting and plenty of it! Nursing care attentive and prompt. This is a limited review because few group activities occurring because of Covid.

Richmond Place is a nice place to reside. The community is beautiful, and they have a lot of activities for the residents. The room was great for our loved one. The food was enjoyed by my loved one, while she was there.

My loved one has settled into this community very nicely as much as we can expect from him. I think it is a nice community for your loved one to be. I think they have been very nice, and I would recommend this community.

The community is very welcoming, pleasant, and adult safe and comfortable. The staff took their time getting to know my loved one and their personality to be able to meet his needs. The food was more southern for my loved one, due to him not being used to it.

We chose Richmond Place because there is a park area on the property and we liked to go outside and walk, it is very nice. The apartment sizes are excellent, we have a balcony as well. The food here is very good, it is served restaurant style and we have a variety of choices off of a menu. My favorite part about the community has been getting to know the other residents. Overall, I would recommend.

I am very happy that I came here and like it a lot. I have been here one year and have many friends. Sometimes I am not happy with the food but hopefully, we can get back to normal when this virus ends.

I was a resident from 2016 to 2018. Good food - Excellent activities, especially the choir director - Slow maintenance - Poor security.

The activities listed on the calendar do not always occur. The care is getting better. The director is very responsive to any problem or issues you may have. The staff is very helpful. It is very cost-effective.

Very beautiful community. It is very large but inviting. The residence seem to enjoy their activites. The virtual tour was very informative and gave me a lot to think about.

Our 4 parents lived there and loved it. They loved and do love all their friends there, and the community. The support we received at the end of my dad's life was tremendous, compassionate and supportive. Mom continues to feel safe and valued in these Covid-19 times.,

The staff here are very helpful with the concern for your needs. The residents are very friendly! It's a big adjustment at first, but happy once you move in and meet the people and staff.

Nice place to live. The staff is very friendly, know who you are. We live in a house, and enjoy our independence. During the pandemic we have been well looked after. The admin. has kept us updated, and does "special" things for us on a weekly basis. Very happy we made the choice to live here!

Once we looked at Westminister Village we knew it was the right place for our retirement residence. We live in our own house amongst neighbors who have interests and life styles similar to ours. The administrators and staff provide everything we need and respond quickly to our requests. Westministers response to Covid-19 has been superior. To date no resident has contracted the disease and we remain highly vigilant and proactive. Great place!

It is a nice, friendly, and clean place to live. I chose this community because it was the best value for the money. Before COVID, the activities were great, and there was something going on all the time. The food was good with a variety in restaurant style dining, but now they deliver to the room. I would recommend this community to other families.

The staff are great. The community is a good size, you get to know the people that live here, and they are a cordial and congenial group of people. If we could eat in the dining room the food would be excellent, but right now .the food is being delivered to our apartment and it is not great eating of off plastic and paper. We looked at other communities, but we chose this community because it seemed like the best.
