My tour of this community went very well. The staff I met was very kind and friendly. Our tour guide was kind and informative, they answered my questions. From what I saw everything appeared to be well maintained. My tour was very nice, this is a good community.

The Clarendale of Mokena seems to be a great place. A very large,well organized facility with beautiful decor. I enjoyed the tour with Bridget who is a very friendly and informative person.

We are very satisfied with the help that the staff provide. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. My loved one enjoys the variety of food offered. The community is very well kept and clean. The staff do a great job keeping the community and grounds clean.They do not have very many activities since my loved one has arrived.

My experience has been that this facility is going through some changes and seems a little understaffed in the memory care unit. But they seem willing to take families input regarding changes.

The staff at Sterling Aventura is great. When my mother in law needs help they are there as soon as possible. The staff is nice they are always checking on her to make sure that she is comfortable. The community is nice and up-kept. We are comfortable knowing that she is in a safe place.

Other than one rather rude late dining waitress Magohony, this trip was everything I needed to feel that my mom was in the best place for her.

Very welcoming and accommodating- in my moms first month and she's very pleased. Hopefully this will be her experience for many years.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this looked like a very nice place, overall! All of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and well kept. We ended up selecting another community, but I'd say this one is worth a look!

Been there several time, love the location. Big entrance fee.

They have been pretty good so far. I really like that they have a lot of activities, and they keep the memory care people really busy. I think because they are new I would like to see a little more continuity with the staff. I feel like they are working towards that now.

The facility was very nice. Apartments have been keep up nicely. Dining room looks really nice. The facility has everything Im looking for. They have lots of activities for people. Everyone was really friendly.

I liked this place, especially the apartments. Would like to visit again to sample the food.

Older facility that has been renovated beautifully. Staff seem very conscious of cost and look for ways to accommodate our families needs. Skilled nursing unit is very nice. Residents appear well cared for and they look for ways to keep married couples together regardless of differing levels of care. Continuity of care is a big plus for us.

So far, things seem to be going well at Richmond Place. We are still getting adjusted to the situation and getting settled in. The staff has been very accommodating and professional. We do not have any complaints.

My dad seems to be much healthier since he came here. I feel like he is good off on his meds, and clear headed, I cant wait to see him get even better. Thanks MONTICELLO

Most of the nurses and the aides they have working there are very good. We had some little problems during the holidays with missed baths and not knowing about some of the activities, but we are still getting use to it.

My loved one wishes he didn't feel as if they were keeping an eye on him, so maybe if they were a little more discreet he would feel more comfortable. As far as my experience goes, they are very kind and as helpful as they can be, so I think that they do a good job. I don't have anything in mind that they can improve on.

Things have turned out very well at Bellingham Retirement Community, everything is going great! We have no complaints!

My dad has only been there a short time. He has been so happy there. He has met a lot of friendly people. He loves the food there and he participates in all activities.
