Mom likes this one best. has a one bedroomand is clean , big and Bright!. only downside is has been opened since Aug 2012.

This is the place that we decided on. They were willing to negotiate with us on price.

They were able to offer us a fantastic move-in special and a one bedroom at a great price even though a few items are at extra cost. Outreach coordinator has been friendly and professional.

Is this an option? Last time they wanted 2 years of private pay. Liked their cuing support and efforts to keep the residents involved in daily activities.

I toured Westbridge Assisted Living & Memory care, and they seemed to be in a transitional stage. They were striving, but I got the feeling that they weren't quite setup how they wanted to be. A lot of things were changing there and I didn't feel comfortable having my loved one there.

Had a decent tour, but chose place that was more affordable and closer to family.

Dining room was closed due to renovations. The meals get delivered and the meals don't come as what my loved one ordered. She likes the church service and bingo activities. Look at other locations. This would be one of several to check out. All the charges were not revealed in the beginning. They add charges for everything. They came short on promises they made.

We had a good tour with The Village. It seems like a very well maintained facility, but the social atmosphere was not the right fit for my loved one.

It is not a bad facility by any means, it was just not the right fit for my mom. Everyone is different and she just needed to find a facility that she felt most comfortable in and that was just not Burcham Hills for us.

It is a nice place. Food could improve. Communication is not as goods as it should be. They changed the meals plan without telling residents. The Executive director is not that good. The staff under the Executive director is good but there is a real lack of communication needed to run the community smoothly.

My mom has been in Memory Care for 18 months. Her apartment is very nice, plenty of room for furniture, 2 closets, just enough space for her to feel at home. She is happy spending quiet time in her apartment or joining others in the common spaces. There have been many updates to the space to make it dementia friendly and comfortable. The garden is beautiful and provides us with a safe outdoor space to move around in. The consistency in staff over the past 6 months or so has been so important to her care. We have been pleased with the attention from staff as her need for care has increased. They are a caring, thoughtful group who are aware of her emotions and needs. The dedicated kitchen staff help to make mealtime a good experience. We feel like many positive things have been happening at Gable Pines.

We moved from California. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Food is excellent and facility is clean.

I toured here, and I liked it. However, the facility is really, really huge. It's very nice, and the staff was very welcoming, but it's so big, I worried my mother would get list there, so we shoes another community.

I had recently taken a tour of this community and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked that they had an open floor plan and it was easy to navigate through. The facility is a newer one so a lot of things are just not finished yet.
