I was very impressed with this facility. We were greeted with kindness and I felt comfortable and welcomed there. It is a lovely community!

While touring the facility for my grandmother I got to meet several of the staff at Galleria Woods, the nurses were extremely nice and were able to answer all are questions we had about how meds work. Whatalso really impressed us was the activities it was reassuring to see a group of their residents together socializing and having fun with each other while doing art and the worker I. The room was nice and welcoming.

There interest in their patrons stood out. Top notch concerns about each individual. Lots of entertainment and activities. I would recommend to others.

The place was very pleasant and in excellent condition. There were many rooms for various activities. The menu was appetizing and nourishing. The staff and tour guide was exceptional. We loved the tour and think that this would be an ideal place for a loved one!

I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, and everyone had a smile on their faces. I know my friend is an a great place, and I no longer worry the way I did when she was home alone. She has already made so many new friends.

Mom has been a resident of Havenwood of Richfield Memory Care for over four years. In that time we have come to know and appreciate the wonderful staff and the excellent quality of care that mom received there. There are truly exceptional people in all areas and we felt mom was truly happy and at home there. As mom‘s family members, we highly recommend this facility and can’t say enough good words of appreciation for the care she received.

Residents and staff are like family super friendly and helpful. We share our life experiences and give one another support especially if someone or their family members is having difficulties. I love the food here; menus change every week and I get to enjoy dishes that I have never tried. Even the vegetarian options are excellent. I'm glad I moved here.

I live at The Clare in a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view. The layout is excellent. Dining here is exceptional. Our superb chef is committed to using high-quality, healthy ingredients. Meals are varied, gourmet, with multiple options. They accommodate individual needs. In my case, low sodium, olive oil only due to GERD. The staff throughout the building are outstanding, well-trained and, just as important, they are warm and attentive. There is also a wide range of activities, from music of different eras to classical performances, group outings, etc. The Clare is a continuing care community, offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. That became very important to me shortly after I moved in, nine years ago. Within six weeks of arriving, I became seriously ill and was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma. I spent five months in the skilled nursing area, where I received extraordinary care. I am deeply grateful.

What a wonderful and welcoming community, outshined only by the people I encountered. I enjoyed a delicious lunch and was attended to. Thanks for a lovely afternoon to experience the community.

We wanted a place with interesting activities and people and found it here. Exercise classes and facilities were also Important to us. The gym and heated pool are good. The fitness classes are quite popular. We love the tai chi and were happy to find it here. Meals in the Shoreline Restaurant are consistently good to excellent. Residents and staff are always very nice and helpful. We’ve only been here a few months and are quite happy with our choice.

I am so grateful that we found a place like Avalon for my father. The entire staff at Avalon is exceptional. The aides are so compassionate and patient - regularly offering a gentle, loving touch, kind words and a smile with their assistance. The nurses are incredibly skilled - thorough, attentive, and proactive. The recreation staff is fantastic - upbeat, energetic, engaging, and just a ton of fun to be around. The day is filled with creative programming and the staff actively recruits residents to participate and socialize. The entire staff has taken the time to really get to know my father. They have learned his likes, dislikes and interests so that he feels comfortable and at home. The facility is lovely and extremely clean. The food Is amazing and is served in a beautiful, bright dining room full of windows. I visit often and have seen firsthand the quality of care at Avalon. I feel incredibly blessed to have my father in such a well run, caring, and healing environment.

Accommodations I had been looking for my move, in my city! Havenwood has a perfect location, beautifully planned, different sized apartments and the type of staff I can work with! I prefer the plans for assisted living residence as they do not need to move to a different floor if assistance is needed. The assistance is given in their apartment which may be any where in the building! And seniors help seniors! Activities, classes, religious programs are varied daily and weekends! Fitness programs for all levels! Extra special dining for holidays! Very impressed with the director for her attention for residents when contagious medical problems occur! Notes given self preventive care are displayed/distributed and emergency contacts notified! Prevention posters throughout the building! A concierge is present 8a to 8 p with answers for most residents questions! This has been easy living for me for 5 years and my family is assured that I am safe!

The facility and food are both very good. But the staff is excellent.; from front desk to maintenance to aides and nurses. Everyone always has a smile and seems to carry out the duties efficiently. There are always lots of activities and ways for the residents to interact with and support each other.

Havenwood is lovely and well taken care of. Im treated with respect from all the staff members. My family feels welcomed here as well. [Name Removed] at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming to all. I also love the activities that are offered here.

There are a ton of activities to choose from every day. It's very clean. Lots of different sized apartments to choose from and they renovate each apartment upon vacancy so it's nice and new when residents move in.

Travis was very friendly and provided a comprehensive tour. We were provided with a complimentary lunch which was very tasty, with numerous choices. [Name Removed] served the lunch and was very friendly.

Toured the community and it was a beautiful place. So many amenities and beautiful floor plans. This is a great place that I am considering!

A lovely alternative place for senior living. I was very impressed with all the services and the staff, etc..

Interested in learning more about the community and the costs involved. Will be comparing the costs with other communities in the Treasure Coast area.
