A wonderful, loving environment. Very homey, pleasant furnishings, good clean smell. People looked at home, many sitting areas for fellowship or just reading. I will research medical side more, close to hospital is good, weekly visit from Dr. at HarborChase.

Spacious (halls and rooms), very helpful staff, resonably priced.

1. Overall experience 4.5 - prior to Bridge Senior Living taking over I almost moved my father due to safety concerns. Since [name removed] became the Director there was a lot of positive change. If any concern arose, [name removed] addressed it immediately. 2. Cleanliness - 4.5. Every effort was made to keep the entire unit clean. Due to the nature of the clients that can be a struggle at times, but addressed as soon as possible. 3. Friendliness of staff - 5. All staff were friendly and respectful. Any concerns were addressed immediately by [name removed]. My father loved the staff and the staff loved my father in return. 4. Quality of care - 5. I never had to worry about my father once [name removed] became Director. Everyone on the unit from the housekeeper, [name removed], the nurses, CNA's, activities staff, dining staff, and all the way up to [name removed] and [name removed], memory care coordinator. I believe it is important to note that family involvement directly correlates to quality of care. 5. Meals/Dining -3. Choices were consistently offered to residents. Most staff had a lot of patience with the residents. There were times when food was thrown away if a resident got up from the table for any reason even when they had every intention of returning. Those who needed help eating or offered help. 6. Activities - 4. Activities were consistently offered. As long as train staff, we're on the unit the residents would participate. My father is very social and the activities were extremely beneficial for him 7. Value for Cost - I don't feel I am in a position to answer this question. Staff went above and beyond to ensure my father was safe, well cared for and able to stay on the unit. It takes adequate money to be able to run a memory care unit. I would've gladly paid more than was requested to know my father was taking care of.

My client had lived at the Carlisle for sometime now & I want to say the Activities Director is doing an amazing job, the facility always looks cheerful, upbeat & always professional. The activities are always a lot of fun!

My siblings and I looked for a place to put our mom. We needed to put her in memory care. We called places and I talked with a [name removed] from the Carlisle. She was very nice and helpful. Took the time and made me feel that this was the place for mom. After mom moved in the staff in memory care was very nice. [name removed] who was head of the department has always been very nice and patient. She always gets back to me. Even when they are off the clock. And always puts my mind at ease. They care about your loved ones. I feel that my mom is getting great care.

The Carlisle as been my home for the last 9 years and six months and I will never leave. The staff are friendly and professional at all times.

Harbor Chase has been a blessing to our Mom and family. The staff are caring and compassionate . What few questions or concerns that have come up ,have been addressed quickly and to the best interest of our Mother. Mom comments on how safe she feels, the friends she has made, the good food and how nice and helpful the staff are to the residents . Our family could not be more pleased with the choice of Harbor Chase for our mother.

My loved one has really enjoyed all of the activities this community provides. There is a variety of them throughout the week and it allows my mom to interact with the other residents. The staff is very attentive and always making sure that that my mom is comfortable and feels safe.

From our first phone call for information to our first and subsequent visits we were were always impressed by all the staff we have interacted with. They have embraced my Mom and have treated her with dignity and respect and she is transitioning quite well into the Harbor Chase family. Kudo's to Kathleen and her dedicated and caring staff. This is a wonderful facility!

She lived at the Carlisle before we moved her to a more affordable place. The Carlisle is absolutely beautiful, but it's too expensive.

I don't really have any complaints per se, I've had to follow up a couple of times on her medications. One time, she was given an incorrect medication that morning and recently she's been starting on metamucil everyday, and they didn't start that until very recently. They've been really good once I bring things to their attention and they always answer my questions promptly. It's been a big adjusmtent for her but she's happy at Oak Leaf and people have gone out of their way to make her comfortable, she's made some friends and she likes the staff. her only complaint, and this is probably not a valid complaint, but she says that they give her smaller portions than everybody else. She is getting good care and even though there ahve been some mishaps with the medication, the caregivers have about 30 people they look over so I understand that's going to happen, just as long as it's not everyday.

It's very nice it's just that the cost was a little higher. But it was a very nice facility!!

I wish the director and the DON there were more accessible , it is frustrating to not get a callback or response in a timely manner. Feedback can be hard to come by. My loved one seems to be adjusting.

The facility is located in a prime location, proximate to multiple shopping/dining options and healthcare services. The staff is superb, very helpful and responsive to residents. A recurring theme I've heard from residents who've been here longer than me, some of whom have lived in other senior communities or have left here but then returned, is that Inspire is a great place to call home.

I ask a staff member to help get my mom in bed because my mom can't walk plus bed much too tall. She looked at me with disgust & shook her head she wasn't going to do it by herself. She stopped down the hall to find help. It really disturbed me especially when my mother had rang for help & I went down hall & she was sitting on her butt didn't even respond or offer to come to my mom's room. I even said I would help. I was very disappointed. I had paid out of pocket for my mom's Respite care for the week, $[fee removed] dollars & this is what I'm suppose to accept from staff. Had a good experience last year. Didn't feel good about leaving my mom there after this happen.

It's With in walking distance to shopping dining. And a vary secure building at night The staff are 5 out of 5 here Lots of activities But most of all it's peaceful and quiet Which I was also looking for After 44 years in high rise construction.

The rooms in memory care were large. The techs were great although there weren’t many. I only met one nurse and she was very good and worked with me to get Moms’s medication worked out. They were good about calling if Mom had a fall. The food was just ok.

There were not enough nursing staff. [name removed] the nurse was so helpful to my sister before she passed.

They are a lovely place. Very caring. As with all places, staffing limitations make answering call lights in a timely manner difficult at times. Overall, we would choose them again. They loved my dad very much.
