The staff that are currently working there are great, but they are going through a big turnover right now so a lot of the staff we got to know has now come and gone. They just brought on a new chef so the meals are getting better and the overall value is starting to improve.

They are very over priced, for what it is.

They say they are going to do activities and then they do not do them or they cancel them - that has been my loved ones biggest complaint.

Our loved ones are enjoying the meals and dining service and all the activities but at this moment we would not recommend this community to others.

Our family had an in person tour and our loved one like how the room she would of had looked over the river, but we just did not see much activity going on. We didn't see residents interacting with each other, and there really isn't gathering places for people to hang out at.

Beautiful place but the care is not there for what you are paying for.

Sage Spring is a new facility therefore they have all new staff that are not necessarily trained on dementia care. Communication has been a problem and something they could definitely improve on. It is hard to reach the front desk and even harder to reach someone in the memory care unit. The facility itself is beautiful and the building is wonderful.

I didn’t like that facility was old, and I didn’t like the high placement of windows in rooms. You couldn’t see out really well. But the facility was clean, and the staff was friendly,

This was a good tour we just did not feel like the community was a good fit for our loved one.

There are some good staff members, and then there are some that are lacking. I think they're understaffed sometimes as well. They told us it would be no problem to turn the TV on and off, but they they have not done that consistently. As far as cleanliness and grooming of the residents, there' s been numerous times it seemed our loved one had not been washed in a while. I've had to take her home and giver her showers because her hair has been greasy. Sometimes the food looks good, but it tends to be cold. I asked them to heat it up one time, and the woman gave me some attitude about it. They haven't had many activities. I know they just hired an activities director, so I'm hoping they'll begin offering more. Clothes end up missing, which can be common in memory care. But it's still frustrating when you brought fifteen pairs of socks and end up with just one pair. But the building itself is only a couple of years old and is very clean.

We virtually toured this community. The staff was very friendly and shared a lot of great information. The tour was good but we couldn't do an in-person tour due to covid

It is probably the best place around here. I get weekly emails from the community. The staff is responsive to my calls to check on my loved one. My loved one enjoys the food here. There are arts and crafts, movies, social events, and other activities for the residents.

Our family had a virtual tour experience and when they were showing us around we realized that the community had multiple stories. The activities were on the 2nd and 3rd floor so the accessibility would be difficult for some residents.

They don't offer activities, if the residents don't put the activities on, then it happens. Otherwise the community cancels a lot of activities. There is no activity director. I wouldn't recommend this community. I feel the high management is rude. I feel they false advertise. I didn't have a lock on my balcony door and there . The appliances should have been matching and they weren't. The residents are pretty friendly. The higher up office staff are rude. The higher up maintenance man was horrible, due to them entering my apartment at anytime. I signed a paper unless it is an emergency and then they could enter only. They had a staff member in the exercise class only, that I was aware of. They had a corner market in the community. Since they didn't have a staff member (who was a volunteer) and then the residents had to run it. So the store had to shut down eventually.

Definitely have a camera in the room so that the family can see what's going on with that loved one when they are not there. The biggest problem was the food, it wasn't good, Breakfast was fine but lunch and dinner were the same meal. We chose this community because that had availability and I looked at others and this looked to be best of the ones I've seen. I would not recommend this community to other families.

Facility was clean and people seemed nice. Wasn't aware that they didn't have 24/7 nursing care (in emergency). Something that I should have checked out myself better! Guess they dropped some of that. (didn't want to pay the extra license) Residents seem to like group activities like the balloon volleyball. They need more of those.. People do enjoy the music and the ice cream social. More bus tours going some places..

I would be hesitant to put someone here. They are not truthful and will not take constructive criticism. The Executive Director thinks he can smooze everything but he is either not truthful or he lets his staff lie to him. They hire some young sweet people without a lot of skill and they have nobody to train them. Big on appearance small on skill and integrity is my impression- it’s a beautiful place at first impression. Don’t report incidents to family and deny when confronted.

Drove by after meeting at Three Rivers and it seems to be a larger complex which I believe wouldn't work for mom as she would get lost in all the buildings.

Great place, but not a good fit for dad, because they don't offer skilled nursing level care. However, I would recommend this place. Administrator/sales team extremely helpful!
