#1 Selling Point: 'Quality of Food and Service.' Property is in renovated 1908 brick school house w/2 other buildings connected by sky bridges. Near Providence Hospt & Rehab facility. Family-setting, but hotel-like. Residents are 'family.' Very connected to local arts scene with live performances 3 - 4 days week in building. 5-day/week RN. Prices, assisted living 'levels' and floor plans are listed. PT, OT, audiologist and podiatrist come in-house. Mom's hearing aids could be managed right there. Before move-in, each apt is re-painted and re-floored. New resident can have a say in colors, flooring type, etc, and can request modifications (to be paid by occupant, such as an island in the kitchen). 2 BR with West sunset view now available.

This is our choice. We are anticipating a move in date in late March, early April depending on availability.

Great visit. Director was very present centered and concerned about the individual needs of my mom. Offered me a complimentary lunch that I haven't taken advantage of yet.

Loved it. Brand new. Private suites. Included extras in basic monthly rent.

Loved it. Loved The director. This would pass my Mom's "ambience" hurdle. Whole different feel from Palisades, and more expensive too. Quite a bit more than the $2500 we discussed, more like $3500. It is good to know such a lovely place exists, and the location is so convenient to Garden of the Gods. The view ain't bad either. They all sell what they have, but it is impressive there.

Nice place I'm not confident on the whole nursing piece.

this one looks nice, it's right by their house now. lots of activities. check pricing on this one. Resort-style, on riverview in Rio Rancho. Looks like a good art program. this one seems more active and social than the others.

GOOD: Paula did the best job of telling about her community. Although we had tentatively decided that we did not want to live in a mixed independent/assisted community (i.e. not in separate buildings) Paula made a good case for her community. She noted that you have to be ambulatory to be accepted as a new resident, but could age in place. The community is relatively large

Asst Living extra, no memory care or advanced skilled nursing. avg age 84/5. very active, few using significant asst living services. good trans services, good activities.

Super nice. Very large. Mom would need extra assistance getting around because of the size and complexity. Seemed better suited for active seniors

Furnished guest suites available for nightly rate of $90 to $125 plus $25 for extra person. 2Bdr/2Bath/2person = $4500/mo. Includes $400 credit for each for restaurant that's open to public. Suzie would work with us on a monthly rate for extended stay. Activity director onsite 5 days a week. Transport included. Eclectic. Interesting activities.

loved the activities and common areas, especially pool, theater, park down the street. Good memory care option for mom when necessary. Cost may be an issue. Weighing options now.

It's a mixed bag of answers where they have done extremely well in some areas, but are lacking in others due to being shorthanded and high turnover of helpers. We are providing our own caregivers to come there during the day to make sure my mom receives her meals in a timely manner. To be fair, my mom has a bad attitude sometimes and can be a difficult patient. Personally, I feel the cost of care there is extremely high, considering we are bringing in caregivers to help. However, Bella was one of the nicer facilities we had looked at. Overall I would them a 3 1/2. Beautiful Facility, Friendly Staff, Staff Shorthanded in recent months

This was a nice community. Crescent Park is on a busy street in a developed area and not as spacious grounds.

It felt locked down in the memory care unit and not bright and airy.

Our family had an in person tour and we could tell they were impacted by covid our heart goes out to them, but it was just not going to be the best fit for our loved one. The staff and residents just did not seem really happy and the community was not the cleanest. The staff we did meet with though were very personable and friendly towards our father.

Grand Villa is a larger community with more residents so sometimes communication would be a little difficult, however it was very nice. We thought the rooms were fine, our loved one really liked this community. It is a little older of a facility, he had a one bedroom, we would say it was adequate in size. Our loved one also enjoyed the food. They offered a ton of activities, sometimes he didn't always participate but they had bingo, scrabble, movie nights in the theater with popcorn. They would bring in guest speakers, have poker night, and exercise classes.
