Things seem to be going very well for my loved one here. It is a brand new facility, when I toured it was still under construction. I have heard nothing but good things from my loved one since she has moved in, she says the people here are very friendly!

I think they have done a really great job working with my mom, giving her the right amount of independence (as she is still able to live independently). It has been a really good experience.

The staff at Emeritus at Dunedin is very friendly and accommodating. It has been a very good experience overall. The only suggestion I would make is that since the facility is a little older than others, be sure to take extra good care of the cleanliness, and maybe look into some renovations to modernize the place a little.

All staff are very friendly and helpful and most of the residence. Monthly rates are reasonable compared to other places I checked prior to moving to Ashbrook.

I think their marketing person (Barbie) is great. Very personable and helpful. The receptionists as well are exceptional, certainly the kind of people you would want to first see when coming in the front door.

Plenty of great activities. The facilities really are beautiful. The staff is very friendly, although it does seem at times that some of the maintenance people are not very well trained. It's been a lovely experience for my mom so far, and she has been in there for six weeks.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This looked like a great place overall, and the caregivers all seemed very friendly. However, the sales people were a bit on the aggresive side, which was not the most pleasant thing to deal with.

Springfield Place is a very nice place. The staff are very friendly. The food is very good. Overall, I'm satisfied with the services they provide.

My experience with Fairwinds has been a fine one. I have no complaints. I'm satisfied with the staff, facility, and care provided.

Things are going well here so far, we don't get to visit often but we've heard nothing but good things. They do a great job with the memory care here, we toured quite a few communities in the area and that one really stood out to us as being a great place for memory care.

Overall I think they do a great job at Treeo. It's a very nice looking, very clean and well kept community, and the staff are all friendly and professional. This is a community intended for completely independent and active seniors, so they don't offer much in the way of care or planned activities, but for those looking for this style of senior living it is a very nice place.

no availability in assisted living with a waitlist. They would have allowed a bathtub to be added by my dad.

We love it, she is really happy here. A little more variety in the activities would be nice. They mostly just have bingo and crafts, and movie night once in a while, and live entertainment once in a while, but she wishes there were more outings. She loves the food. They had the most reasonable price, and they able to help us set up ways to pay, loans and benefits we could apply for, other places didn't do that. Tracy was wonderful about soothing my concerns, about the transition. And actually the nurses have been better so far.

When I arrived an awesome band ensemble was playing! The cafe was open and was stocked with cheese and crackers, coffee, tea etc. The place is clean, friendly and smells nice. Great dining room and library as well as a fitness program that seems hard to beat.

My husband and I visited the community today to preview it as a potential place for my mother. I was really impressed with the facility and the staff. Gwyn gave us a complete tour, introduced us to staff, told us about expansion plans and answered all of our questions. We visited the dining room and observed the food and service. I asked a table of nice ladies how the food is and they all commented that it is delicious. The food looked good and very well prepared. The residents really seemed happy and content. I have read the reviews and all of the recent reviews are very positive. Gwyn told us that they had a change in Exec. Directors early on and it seems that the negative reviews were from that transitional period. I was very pleasantly surprised at the facility, the activities and the whole atmosphere and I really like that they don't segregate residents based on their care needs. This community might just be the perfect fit for mom.

They have sent in people before they were trained on CPAP. She’s been out on outings. It’s great. Fairwinds was one of the first communities we saw and I wish we’d just picked it right away. My loved one has seen people move out – but they come back. Part of it is the open kitchen at Fairwinds, so you can eat anywhere from 7 to 6.

Treeo is a brand new facility in Orem, Utah. We toured this facility while looking for a place for my mother-in-law. The facility is lovely with full, modern (stainless steel appliances) kitchens and decent sized apartments. Bathrooms are handi-cap accessible with step in showers and high toilets. The meal we had in the dining room was very tasty with moderate portion sizes. Staff is very friendly and seem to know their residents well. The only drawback, in my opinion, was the lack of an outdoor garden space where residents could relax and socialize. The interior courtyard is, instead, the parking lot. For young retirees able to live independently, this would be a wonderful residence. Unfortunately we needed the option of more assisted care and choose to go elsewhere.

As a health professional this is one of the facilities I frequently visit, especially the memory unit, had the opportunity to observe the kind of care is provided and I have to mention, the staff is very friendly, kind and seems to understand the importance of caring of people in such need as Alzheimer's patient's. The person who actually is in charge of unit knows what she is doing and definitely to her the priority is the patient and the families.Thank you very much for all you do to each and everyone of the staff working there, I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a place kind, clean and caring.

The biggest thing is… my mom says the food. My mom would like more familiar foods. They do a good job with the laundry. It’s the community that my mom felt the most comfortable with. It’s close to two of her children and that made her feel more comfortable. There is enough parking.

It’s a very nice place as far as the ability their quality of life still and still help them when they need the help.. good food, they’ve got good food there, pretty friendly staff. Not much of an outside area, with a couple of benches. Parking can be a little rough.
