I'm alright. I'm satisfied with the place. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming.

The entry way is quaint and home like. The employees that I encountered are very friendly. Bonnie, their Ambassador showed my family member the ropes for the first week, she is awesome. The Chef, Miss Doris was a delight, and you would never complain about not having a good meal, or not enough to eat. Ester,, a.k.a. Sunshine is an absolute joy and asset. The Hair Salon is a wonderful convenience. Grand Villa is a nice family oriented facility. I would have liked to see more grounds areas for the residents to enjoy the outside better. Many thanks to Amanda, Nikki and Raquel for helping answer any questions I have had and continue to ask. I would recommend Grand Villa of Pinellas Park. As Amanda would say,, "A cruise ship on land".

My mom is here she enjoys most of the meals however, she complains about the meal time. Overall, she had made a lot of new friends and is OK.

Overall our experience with Grand Villa has been a good one. It's a nice looking facility and the staff have been friendly and professional for the most part. We've run into a few issues regarding the transportation service, but in general things have gone well.

He is doing okay at Grand Villa of Delray West. It's a matter of adjustment. It takes time. He doesn't like the food, it has no salt or spice. He's not happy overall, it is nothing on Grand Villa's in, he just needs more time. The girls come in and change the bed and clean. The facility is very nice. The sliding door doesn't lock and I cant get them to fix it. There are just some things like that. The apartment is nice and the people try.

Fairwinds- Rio Rancho- is a nice place. It should be for the money you pay. They have good food. They have a lot of assistance for those who need assistance. The grounds are nice. They offer a lot of amenities. The place I was at previously was really nice and it was less money. I'm kind of regretting moving out of there. Money comes into it because when you pay a lot you expect a lot. They do provide a lot though.

Mom went into the Memory Care Unit. She started in assisted living. She kind of got lost in the cracks for a few days in Memory Care, but nothing serious. In their defense they know that they are in need of better staffing and they are trying to address that. What they do well is they care and they are conscientious.

I am very pleased with Grand Villa of Melbourne. They are treating my mom pretty good. They do a good job over there. It has been a good experience. I have no complaints.

Overall I think they do a good job at Springfield Place. The level of care they provide isn't quite as high as what we were hoping, but the care they do provide is excellent. it is a nice place, and we're satisfied with our choice.

We like it. We don't have any major complaints. There have been a few medication issues, but that's not all on them. It's clean and the staff is friendly. He likes the food there. So far it's working out well.

My Mother had been at MacKenzie Place for almost 6 years. She started out in Assisted Living, where she received wonderful support and care. A few holidays I was not able to be with my Mother and the staff made sure that she was never alone and participated in all holiday events! Mother moved to Memory Care, which is a lovely secured unit with an outside courtyard. The Director of Memory Care is supportive and nurturing, she always made us feel like we were part of a large family. There was,however, a high turnover of aides which made communication between the staff a problem. I appreciate the extra mile that MacKenzie has gone for me and my Mother. They celebrated Mothers 100th birthday in the Lodge with an open house for the residents, providing all of the wonderful food. My family is very grateful to everyone at MacKenzie who showed Mother love during her stay.

Moving in was very helpful, because that was a difficult job. Everyone was great. They are friendly and my dad likes it there. The salon is very nice, even though it's an outside agency. The food is good and the activities are good. I think it was a very good choice for my dad.

Mom is enjoying Washington Oakes Retirement Community. My mom only participates in a few activities there but they offer quite a few. Right now I am not very happy about the carpet in mom's room. It needs replacing and seems like no one is doing anything about it. Overall we are happy here but this particular area needs to be addressed.

Well they can improve on the noise factor we are having in our apartment. It is right next to a mechanical room for the elevator. It is a nuisance and annoying, but they said the were working on it, so we will see.

So far it seems to be good. I haven't heard any major complaints or anything. It's brand new, so I imagine it doesn't need much in the way of maintenance. So far things seem to be working out pretty smoothly.

They have actually been extremely helpful with me and my wife. They have bent over backwards to accommodate various medical conditions and working with the health providers. Everything has been going good. The facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The value is pretty good. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice community.

We've had a great experience with Grand Villa of Melbourne so far! The facility itself is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Everyone here has been very friendly, and they have a lot to offer the residents! They've got a wonderful activities team, there's always something going on to keep everyone active and entertained!

I think they do a fabulous job overall at Grand Villa of St. Petersburg. It is a bran new and very nice looking facility! The staff have all been very friendly and helpful. Since they are so new they've still got a few kinks to work out in terms of getting the staff working together smoothly, but overall I think they do a great job here, and I only see it getting better!

I feel that the place is very great for seniors to stay. It doesn't smell like an old folks home, the food is wonderful and I am very satisfied with my residency there. I think it is also very well kept, and cleanly and the staff is very personable and friendly.

My loved ones have been here a few weeks and so far I have heard nothing but good things! I don't get a chance to visit often myself since I live out of state, but my loved ones really seem to be enjoying themselves here!
